Sam and crew are the best!! We ve covered 20 states in 4 months so our faithful VW has GOT to be right. Don t want to be in Arizona with a problem!They handled our alignment and oil change and the car is tracking straight and I m super happy!!Sam the manager is the kind of person any company should be proud to be in management, a consummate professional and a true asset to the brand!Continued success y all and when we are back in the area and need work, we will be back!

Great people, great place. Called Angel at 745am, picked up said he could help me out when I got there since I was in a time crunch. Matt helped me out when I arrived, was very helpful and did a great job. I did not get the other employees' names but they all helped out to get my car in and out of there quickly! Great place

Sam was honest and friendly. I took my car to them after the dealership (Matt Blatt) told me my car needed alignment. Sam showed me my car was perfectly aligned. They did notice my tires were dry rotted and my front axle was leaking, which the dealer failed to notice the same day. The work was done quickly and reasonable for today's prices everywhere else.

BEWARE! BE CAUTIOUS! And most of all, DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Do NOT say Yes when they appear to really care and make you believe that they are giving you a discount. Luckily for me, I dodged the scam they were attempting to get me with, so much so that the guy got really upset that I did not patronize the shop for the service they were trying to offer. Please see the attached picture for why I said all of this. In what life does it cost almost $2500 to change ONE axle and ONE hub assembly along with a wheel alignment (that which I didn't know was added to the quote)??? And then he tried to act like he was doing me a favor by cutting the rate down to $1668 to make it appear that I was receiving a discount.Another thing is that they misdiagnosed my vehicle stating that I needed a new axle for passenger front side. They tried to take advantage of me because I am a lady and because I appeared to be desperately in need of car repair due to an event I was supposed to be at within a couple of hours and had driven in from another state. What they didn't know is I do my research before saying yes.When I told guy I couldn't make an expensive decision like that immediately and asked for him to print out quote with what was needed and cost, he said, "So you can take it to someone else and have them do the work?" Then he started talking loudly to someone in the back about what he felt I was going to do as if I was standing nearby. He was really mad. So I walked up to desk and told him don't be mad and ask him if he understood that I couldn't make such financial decision like that right now. He said yeah but it's just that people do this all the time (pouting) and said how he has sisters and just glad I got off road. I told them at least 3 times that I would pay for the diagnosis so they didn't feel they did anything free for me with hopes I would patronize their business, they told me know. So I did appreciate that. However, crazily trying to take advantage and overcharging me for such repair was sickening.So he told me I had 24hr to move my car before I start getting charged. Then he said I really havd until Monday (as I went there on a Saturday) since shop was closed on Sunday. So I got my car towed the next day to a trusted mechanic, an hour away, who told me that only my passenger's front wheel bearing/hub assembly needed to be repaired. He inspected the axle and said nothing was wrong with it. He didn't overcharge me for the parts (I know because I know how much the hub assembly really costed and from where he was purchasing and how much he charged for it). So he only charged me approx. $250 for the part, missing lug nut, and labor where as Midas was charging me $1068.82 for one hub assembly and $564.96 for labor totaling $1633.78. That's a 653% upcharge. I had a company in my 2nd home state who was going to charge me $296 for wheel bearing replacement (not full hub asbly) but they told me they charge more for parts if they get them but they allow customers to purchase the parts to save money.And the axle is only $95 but they were going to charge me $236.25 for the part and $247.50 for labor totaling $483.75. Wheel alignment for $129.99, okay. But going to Groupon, I could get it for approx $80 at same location. Even with the $792.51 reduction, $1668 is still robbery.Let's not add insult to injury that I was able to get the wheel bearing/hub assembly, valve cover gasket, and transmission cooling lines replaced/repaired for less than the amount they took off from the overall charge, i.e. I only paid $775 for all of that work and it was from a legit mechanic shop.All in all, I'm glad I stood my ground and did not allow them to try to manipulate me with their passive aggressive behavior.No matter where you get your car serviced, it will greatly benefit you by doing your homework before saying Yes. Take in for a diag and pay their diag fee. Ask for a printout of parts needed and breakdown of parts and labor. Take that and shop around. They will all say they are being honest. I heard it twice last week. ALL LIES!

Store Manager Sam Rios made process very smooth. Great communication prior to service, great hospitality upon arriving to shop. Would def recommend. My repair was a bit pricey, but I m sure Sam does not set the price for everything lol, all around great experience

I have been going here for oil changes and tire rotations for 25 years since I bought my car.They fix minor things for years.The mechanics are always great if they give you a full special car check.Give you tire tread number and top of fluids..tell them I sent you..They also have easy credit payments that you can pay later.This place is the real deal everyone.Forget your $ monster mechanics.

Was having trouble with my ford explorer, took it up to midas,they worked hard on the car to fix the problem. After teless effort, they able to fix my car, they are very good at what they and are true to their word on price ,very professional, and clean with their work. Will recommend they to everyone. Ask for Sam the manager ,he's is the best

Awesome service. I kept getting flats because of nails in the road and these guys always take care of me in a pinch. They were so busy that the manager Sam, personally did my car in the parking lot because all of bays were closed. He just jacked up my tire and fully repaired it on his own. This was the most expensive shop I have visited in years. The price you are quoted may not the price you will pay. You may have added cost and taxes onto your already high quote. Such as shop fees, $98 for a gasket, and/or $150 to top off you antifreeze. I would not return even for emergence repair. I would not recommend this shop. There are other reputable shops near by. I was too busy and in a hurry to get my car repaired. I was not paying attention on how much I was being overcharged. You are warned...

I brought my car there and asked them that flush out my radiator system. They told me that I needed to replace everything For over a thousand dollars. I brought the car home worked on at myself. Come to find out if it was a four dollar Part. The thermostat.... I paid a $184 for them to tell me that.They lied about the whole thing

I have been using this Midas Location for several years now. My wife and I put several miles on our 2 Hondas every year. Sam, Stephan, John and the crew there do everything they can to keep our cars in tip top shape.I watch the way they take care of every customer that enters their door. The difference is they care which is hard to find these days.whether it be tires, brakes, or anything else my cars may need they always have my best interest in mnd. If there is anything I need such as recalls from Honda, or future service needs, they tell me so I can be informed to make the right decision.It feels like family when I go there.Thanks

Went in for and oil change and left with 4 new tires all filters change, radiator flush and more etc...My vehicle now have an fast pickup. My vehicle was always a quite one but now it's extra, extra quite. Sam Rios store Manger well what can I say he's upmost respectful and honest person I have ever met. He's understandable and he make sure that when you leave his store that you are in a safe riding vehicle. That is Sam number 1 concern is that your vehicle is safe, and he tells his customer's that all the time. Sam is a great asset to your company and he knows his job very well. I will say this, I m hesitant when it comes to mechanics but Sam and his team literally went above and beyond when it came to dealing with my car! I was worried about the cost and how I was gonna pay but they worked with me and gave me a great deal and helped me out with my payment issue. I d drive from miles just to make sure i d come to them for repairs! 10/10!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/30/2022:The car got serviced just fine, but the technicians were very pushy. I asked for a moment to call my parents before they started the work (to double check what needed to be done) and then they told me that they had already started the work. Not wanting to make a scene, I told them to just keep going but I wish they had asked to start or confirmed that they were starting (I thought they were just doing the oil change, which was why I was still sitting in the lobby). But it gets worse because then at the end, there were two lights on the dashboard that were not there before. The two lights were the check engine light and the road traction light. The technician claimed that the check engine light was on before and showed the diagnostic papers from the initial examination, but it was weird that he did not tell me that the check engine light would need to be repaired when he was telling me the overall quote for the other repairs (serpentine belt and engine flush). The second light is the traction light, which was definitely not on before, as it was not written down on the diagnostic papers. They plugged a machine into the car to try and reset these lights, but it did not work. Then they said that the computer was broken. However, I think they might have broken the computer or tripped a wire or something while they were repairing the car. They said that this would be an additional fix, but I do not know about cars and I was starting to stop trusting them. I said to please stop touching my car and will be taking my car to my regular mechanic. For those considering services here, I would be very cautious because they were very sketchy.UPDATED REVIEW 9/1/2022:After calling Midas corporate, they told me that I could not take the car to another auto shop because that would void the warranty. Well, I don't even care about the warranty. I just want a refund. And I definitely did not want these people touching my car again. I took the car to my regular mechanic, and they said that the problem was that the dipstick was not inserted correctly AND that they had forgotten to plug back in the engine to the computer and that was why the check engine light was on. (Photos attached). At this point I do not care about the warranty. I just want a refund. I do not think customers should have to pay $370 to be SCAMMED due to SHODDY WORKMANSHIP.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Sam is amazing! I didn't have the best experience at another Midas location and traveled from Winslow Township in hopes of giving the company another chance. Sam went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He was very empathetic and most imperative, he listened. He absolutely treated me like family. I would definitely travel to Marlton go forward based on customer service alone. Job well done and my daughter recommends the decision to return to this site go forward.Service: Oil change

This place is ratchet unprofessional. I had to come back the next day after t spent 25 hundred dollars because the mechanics that did my car left my car nasty full of oil stains and spots. Had to argue to get it cleaned up. Manager unprofessional I was about to put my hands on him because he thought he was tough.

My car broke down before work the other day. I was able to get my vehicle to Midas without an appointment, and I had never been there before. Sammy and his crew were exceptional. They correctly troubleshooted the problem as I was describing it, quoted me a fair price and did the work with care and efficiency. I felt like I had a new car when I left. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They ve just gained themselves a customer

My car stopped running this morning on my way home. Engine failure popped up on my dash. I always come to Midas for my oil changes and knew I had to call to see if they could squeeze me in to see what was wrong with my car. They got me right over and seen only to find out my car ran out of gas We all could not stop laughing but aside from that they are always so attentive and treat me like family and make sure my car is nothing less than perfect when walking out!

I bought new tires online and needed to find a place to get them put on my vehicle. I was quoted $250 cash only from a competitor down the street. After going in Midas they quoted me $100 and it was completed in under an hour. The employees were friendly and explained everything in detail. Overall a great experience and I ll be back for my next oil change!Service: Tires

I feel I was taken advantage of when I was there in April. I was also mislead on your easy pay and the manager knew this when he stated they don t check your credit then when I signed the paperwork I saw where they did check my credit. I was told no interest of paid in 30 days, they do charge a rate up to 40.00 then after that they will start charging interest rate after 90 days. All I wanted was an oil change they convinced me I needed new tires because of my mileage I only had 32000 roughly on the car in April I did not need new tires, son instead of spending 59.00 I spent over 800.00 which after I left I realized this was a Total scam! I will not be going back.Services: Tires, Oil change
