This Midas location, like many, is a great place to get you car serviced. There s also a singular feature that makes it stand out above the norm, but I ll get to that later. First, let me tell you about the great level of service that was offered here.The level of professional courtesy by the management and staff are some of the highest I ve seen in taking Amy car in to get checked.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. No hard plastic chairs here. No, you have soft and deep seats in the pleasant waiting area. A big plus while waiting for the vehicle to get checked.While I was there, an overheard a manager speaking to one of the shop s part suppliers. The manager was pressing the supplier to deliver the requested parts faster so that Midas could better serve their customers. Now that s the mark of a manager that cares about timely service and good outcomes for their customers.By now you may be wondering what the special trait of this particular Midas is It s open a Sundays.If, like me, you have a hard time getting time during the week to get your car serviced, then this is the place for you. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with this Midas location in Cherry Hill, NJ. You ll be glad you did.

Truly a 5 star experience !! I selected this repair service because I had a P0157 code on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted by Angel, who I felt was like my second son when all was done. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and actually sent me pictures of the issues they felt needed to be corrected. I could see worn brake pads and rusted rotors. They also diagnosed and replaced my Oxygen sensors, which caused the error message, but assured me that my catalytic converter was good. My intermittent wiper switch needed to be changed as well. They performed all of the work the same day and I was able to get the Midas credit card with 12 month interest free financing. I will definitely be back!!

I never write a review for any place but I had to do it for here! Not only are the prices so much better than the dealerships but the customer service they offer is absolutely the best I have EVER had. Angel and Jeremiah went above and beyond for me and in a way made me feel like family. They don't treat you like a number, they treat you as one of their own. I am so happy I came here and I will definitely be coming here for anything with my car in the future. Thank you both so much for taking care of the needs of my car and also your amazing infectious spirit.

I had gone to the dealership several times in the past for the noise my heat shield makes because in the past it was missing a screw. They told me it wasn't the heat shield this time, they said it was my exhaust system got an estimate for my exhaust system to be replaced $900.I came to Midas for a second opinion they checked out the car and put a screw in the heat shield and the noise stopped. They examined the exhaust nothing wrong. I asked Matt what I owed he said just write a good review....Between Jeremiah the service writer and Mat the tech, I felt I was in such good hands...I felt safe and comfortable. That's HUGE to me, considering I usually deal with the Nissan Dealership...I'm too much of a lady to tell you what I plan on saying to Nissan...Thank you so very much I can not tell you how grateful I am to you..You have a new client for life...

When I woke up this morning, I knew I had to tackle my oil change; the first place that came to mind was Midas on Marlton Pike, located in Cherry Hill. I went there once before and the General Manager was extremely pleasant and professional. Once again, I was NOT disappointed. This was my second time here today and I feel like this will be my permanent spot to rely on, for my car s service. Their entire team did an excellent job and it s due to the wonderful management. Keep up the good work guys; it definitely is noticed!

Stopped into Midas today for a routine oil change, and I know we all feel the nerves when the mechanic returns too quickly. Today that happened, but I could not feel more at ease that the employees and store manager was honest and knowledgeable about the concerns of my car. They created a perfect plan of action to get my car running smooth again. I ve never wanted to work again with a chain auto repair shop, but this Midas changed that today. 10/10 recommend!

I would like to thank all the gentlemen at midas this morning. Thank you guys for a last minute appointment. You'll had me in and out with no problem. I came In just for an oil change . Plus the few other little items I needed fixed they corrected for me with education and knowledge and the price was very reasonable. From the manager even the front desk gentlemen and the workers in the garage was very amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn't trying to get over on me as a female. I'll be back next month for oil change and any other work I need to be done. I'll let my friends and colleagues come check you'll out. Keep up the good work fellas. Thank you once again. The best ever staff! the place was quiet and clean, service was extremely quick! they were professional, polite, and most of all the price was great to receive 4 new tires on my kia soul! also the work they performed on our dodge ram was done right away! with pleasure, staff were so friendly, Angel and Jay were so cool it felt like a family environment and we will always go there.for our cars to be serviced and tell the world over and over again! Matt, Angel and Cam were awesome! Excellent customer service! They even shared their pizza with me when lunch was delivered. :) Matt showed me all areas of concern with the car and Angel texted photos of the areas of concern as well as went over the estimate in detail. I wish every car place treated their customers so well!

I was treated incredibly well by the entire staff. Jay was the main person I dealt with, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and the team working with him seemed genuinely eager to assist with any issues my car might be having. Overall I'd highly recommend, with a tip of the hat to the manager that encouraged that kind of environment. I belive it was the gentleman in glasses.

Went to get my van serviced at Midas today. Not sure what was wrong with my car. The guys up front were so helpful. Gave me a full detailed report and recommendations .. I went with the recommended work. No longer have any issues with my van. Their professionalism and eagerness to help me with my vehicle was on point GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

This was my first experience coming here, and I actually felt taken care of. The workers are on top of everything 100%. It a family friendly environment; the workers treat you as their own with the outmost respect. I was personally compensated with food as my wait took a little longer, and I strongly appreciated that kind gesture. The positive attitude and space within Midas definitely created a new happy customer.

Angel and the team at Midas are fantastic! I had several issues that needed to be addressed and everything was communicated to me as it was happening, why it was happening, and the timeline to expect. Cannot recommend these guys more - always working to find ways to save the customer money while delivering an excellent and quality experience.

I called in early to change my front and rear breaks they were pretty quick considering; I didn't have an appointment. They sent me very detailed analysis about my car (good and bad). Never pressured me into getting multiple things done at once; and even told me about the American finance plan I can apply for any work needed in the future. Very friendly staff 10/10.

Edit to my 4 star review: BEWARE bc this place is shady!!!! I Had to report them to corporate!!The service writer/manager Angel is NOT to be trusted..not only did he over charge me for parts but he charged me for a SET of gaskets he claimed i needed but the mechanic only replaced 1 of the 2 and kept the other gasket although i paid for a set Since i paid for a set to be replaced i expected the set to be installed but that wasn t the case.The 2nd Midas shop i took my car to physically showed me that it wasn t done correctly and informed me of the horrible thing they did in-which they could only describe as pure laziness and their way of trying to get over on someone who didn t know any better HIGHWAY ROBBERY at its finest!Don t trust them!! $2600 i spent here and now have to go through corporate for a resolution.

I am SO GLAD that I found this place. They do not tell you that things need to be done to your vehicle when it is not necessary. They rotate the tires for free when you are there to get an oil change!! They are very helpful with finding you coupons and giving you the BEST price that they can. Now that I found them I will NOT go anywhere else!!! Jason was amazing! Super nice and knowledgeable.

These guys saved me $800 worth of parts and labor because they used their amazing mechanic skills and every possible trick in the book to crack the master cylinder so they could bleed my brakes properly. They ended up not having to buy a new master cylinder for my 01 Mustang. These guys are great people and are extremely friendly. Always come to this Midas for all of your brake needs because they know what they re doing.

Normally, I go to my dealership to take care of the usual things such as oil changes and brake pad replacements. My oil life was running very short, so I canceled the appointment I had with them that would've happened in a few weeks, and went straight here after booking with them. I can't remember when I last had great service. These guys were fantastic. They found some stuff that I'm not sure anyone at the dealership would've found, thanks to the inspection that you request before they work on your car (not the same as your state inspection, in case you're curious). Very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and great to talk with as well. They know how to keep up a conversation and build a rapport with the customer. I'll still regularly go to the dealership for my usual repairs, but I will come back here if and when necessary. Amazing customer service the lead manager, and everyone else is absolutely amazing. They were grilling burgers in the back and they offered me some. They gave me some pointers on my brakes and rotors and stuff. I have to do soon altogether they re amazing people and thank you.

I came here for a tire repair. The tire in question had a nail on the side, could not be plugged, safety reasons. Need new tire, Midas doesn't carry these tires.Angel, the manager was very helpful. Thank you. Because of the way I was treated. I returned to Midas with my car for service. Great service, great price. Thank you, Angel, Anthony, Bert. Great Crew. Keep up the wonderful work you do. Also the way you welcome and treat your customers.. I will return..

I visited to get my BMW 550 i changed two tires this MIDAS at 0830. But I got to know that one of my rim got a crack and my rear tire is very rare.The owner, Angel Velez, went to the rim repair shop with my rim and supplier and get back with them in person.Most of all he was really kind. I swear that I have naver met the kind person like him. He always tried to make me relieved and workers worked very hard. I requested to get my car in the morning. He tried to meet my request and finally I got my car back 11:30. I definitely will visit this shop if I got any tire problem. I want to say one more time I really appreciate Angel Velez for his effort today.

Angel is the best, always takes care of my car problems with ease and always offers options for service to match my needs. Have been coming here for the past year almost regularly because of my older car and I can always rely on the team here to get me right.
