I brought my GLA in for a cylinder head malfunction. My service advisor is great but the general staff and manager are rude. I really don't prefer this dealership for service, as I've had a few less than stellar experiences. No one directs you to the service desk when I returned the loaner (with a full tank of gas). Most of the service staff ignores you unless you approach them. My advisor was absent on the day that I returned the loaner so I had to figure out who to approach when picking up my vehicle. It's very annoying that no one goes over the service diagnostic paperwork with you. It's just placed on the seat. I only loathe this because my car was in their hands for almost a month (waiting for the cylinder head) and I'd appreciate the courtesy of explaining to me what work was performed and answer any questions I had, regardless of the diagnostics on the paperwork. This must be the third time I've had a similar experience at this dealership, as I only come here for service. I never experienced this with BMW. More significantly, I brought the loaner key up to the service desk when returning the loaner vehicle and somehow my key was swapped with the loaner key. I was able to drive off with that key due to the black magnetic key that remains in the vehicle (I guess). Honest mistake. Moreover, it pissed me off when the general manager threatened to charge me $850 for the key the next morning when I told my service advisor I would return it the night before. I was delayed one day due to a serious family emergency, which consumed the entire day and prevented me from returning the key by closing. I did return it the following morning. I fully understand that you can be charged for not returning keys but it's absolutely unnecessary/unprofessional to threaten a customer with a charge when it was already communicated to service that (1) the fact that I even had their key was an honest mistake and it would be returned the following day, and (2) I had a elderly grandmother that had to be hospitalized for a serious fall, so I needed an extra day (day 2) to return the key. There was no distinction between my key and the loaner key (the key was identical and did not have a tag indicating that it belonged to the loaner), so I didn't know that I still had their key. Furthermore, I had no intention not to return the key; my family emergency was just more of a priority. Though the dealership is close to my home, I've just had a few too many difficult occasions with the dealership to continue with future service appointments and any future purchase with them. I'll gladly give my business to Ray Catena.

I leased a Mercedes and had it serviced with Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill. In my dealings with the service department, I was always treated with courtesy and respect. There was a clear focus on customer service and they were always mindful of my time. Whenever I had an issue, they took care of it and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to go back.

Some of the worst service ever. Back in the end of June 2023 my car had issues where the turbos weren t working and the car was in soft limp mode. I bring it in to get fixed and they held my car for over a month claiming they were working on it or it s a hard find . And that s if I was even able to get hold of the service manager Ted. Meanwhile I check the Mercedes app and my car has been parked in their lot and closed for 2 weeks straight. Not even being looked at. On top of that any time I would ask if they have any courtesy vehicles I would rudely be told there aren t any. After a month of waiting they finally give me a loaner vehicle and conveniently a few days after my car is fixed. The same day I get it back the check engine light turned on again. Fast forward to October my cars turbos don t work anymore and it is in soft limp mode again. I schedule an appointment for November 30th and I still haven t heard anything from them and it seems Ted doesn t even bother answering calls or calling back customers. It s January 2024. Over a month with no car. Please save yourself the hassle and don t buy a car from here. Go somewhere else that has better service teams.

This is the worst car service I have ever experienced. I brought my Mercedes to get maintenance work done and was never told about the long wait period. I sat in that customer lounge for 5 hours. It just ruined my whole day. No type of communication or update regarding my vehicle. I left there very emotional. Ted was my service guy, I was not treated right at this Mercedes Benz service center. Very very bad customer service!!!!!

As my new car approached its first service date, I contacted the local Mercedes dealership in Cherry Hill to make an appointment for service. What should have been a quick and easy phone call turned out to take way too much time as the representative kept putting me on hold for no apparent reason. It sounded almost as if she was working from home and had other stuff going on in the background, but it was a clear waste of my time and I found myself wishing I had just scheduled the appointment online. As I hung up the phone, I hoped this experience was not foreshadowing the level of service I would receive once at the dealership.On the day of my appointment, I arrived promptly at 9:45, which was my appointment time. I drove up to the valet stand and rolled down my window. Two women were standing there with blank faces and looked as if I was a bother to them for pulling up. After a moment of silence and awkwardness, I realized I was going to have to do the greeting. I told them I was there for service, gave my name, and then both of them looked at me and walked away toward the back of my car. I noticed four other cars had pulled up behind me in the short time I had been there. The women went on to service them and check them in and leave me at the front of the line with no explanation or further contact. One (different) woman came over to check my tires and asked if I had been checked in. I informed her I had not, and I had no idea why the girls walked right by me and started checking in the people behind me first. She did not have an answer and assured me I would be checked in shortly.After tending to everyone else in line, one of the original two girls approached my car window and asked if I had been checked in. I told her I had not, and reminded her that after I gave my name an appointment time and she and the other girl had just walked right by me and started helping others who had pulled up behind me with no communication to me whatsoever. She, though unapologetic, did proceed to check me in and walk me inside to a counter with a service advisor.That service advisor was currently busy with someone on the phone. Therefore, I had no choice but to stand there in front of her, watching her twirl her hair and not make eye contact with me in any way for the next seven minutes while she tended to other business while other service advisers were seemingly free and doing nothing. Once the service advisor hung up the phone, she did apologize to me and checked me in.I don t know what on earth is happening at this dealership or what kind of training, if any, these people receive, but the customer service on your front lines is awful. I m not expecting to be doted on. However, when you pay $100,000 for a car and a continuing service plan you expect better service than one would receive at a local Burger King.

MB of Cherry Hill needs a true OVERHAUL!! I was sitting here thinking about the mess I went through with them writing a complaint that is turning into a novel still in progress and going to Corporate for sure anyway they had my car for almost 4 weeks. Part hard to find .. that wasn t the problem etc! I actually talked to an employee about there loaner cars they LIE big time about them they have them lined up and look to keep at least 10 sitting there all the time.. actually quote was they funny about them cars they finally let me get one after the lies were running short and guess what a 2024 CLA250 about 2400 miles on it had it about 3 days couldn t get in it at did not recognize the key raining like all HHE** this day as well I meant HH by the way. Tech from dealer couldn t help had to get a tow driver to come out and he got me in the car but it chimed the whole way to dealer I was scared to turn it off now they send me a bill because the gas wasn t put in the car.. My service adviser was certainly not honest nor anyone there really she was very passive aggressive with her tone and lies (BP) they lie about car status if they test drive it.. again I have mercedes app I know if the car moves duhhhh gave me my car back at less than half tank can I charge u for gas like u did me?? If u have the chance stay far far away from this place they need to be closed down completely or at minimum everyone in there fired transferred etc. Brand Ambassador training needs to be held everyday starting at the top! Especially in service department my trunk was left a mess service advisor (BP) said it s no way tech did this we only worked under your hood uhhh my mercedes me app told me the battery was CRITICALLY low at least 3 times while there how else did u get it going if not going to trunk to charge battery.. I didn t send it there a mess . Then she asked tech..humm he denied being in trunk but guess what right on the darn receipt it says disconnected battery posts also car play adapter disappeared magically too imagine that..one thing likely means another just saying. On a separate note all together went in there one day of many went to Ted s desk he looked at us like what do u want.. I won t go further but he is a true problem I know I m not the only one he was rude as He** to. U don t like your job QUIT .The service advisor stopped communicating once I said it s on the receipt imagine that. I actually think they do liar training as opposed to Mercedes Benz premier ambassador training at this location. I have owned 4 Mercedes and counting never had such a terrible experience at dealer or Indy shop. I wish I could have never went here at all! I will certainly NEVER GO back! Corporate there are issues at this place. It is not a cheap car I don t want cheap service..These cars aren t cheap and the best service is expected not slick slimy lying like people heads come off Last two words Do Better!!!

Sherry has been absolutely amazing. The is my first experience with a female saleswoman. She wasn t pushy, she didn t talk to me like I was stupid, she listened and answered alllll of my questions, she would text me back right away! All in all I would highly recommend her especially if you re a woman looking for a car. I will forever only deal with a women when buying a car sorry salesmen

If there was anyway that this could have gone worse I'm not sure what it would have been.... Being a high end luxury dealer, the standard should be high. This service experience wasn't just bad, It was tragic. It took 3 weeks to accomplish literally nothing more than an oil change. The investigation into other areas yielded comically expensive fixes that were declined, but instead of putting it back together it wasn't presented with the seat still apart and dirty. I was promised a detail because of the egregious length of the diagnostic. I could go on but this has been more time then these fools deserve.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.Had my son bring in my car for Service A. No tire rotation because the wheels are different size front and back. So oil change, tap off fluids, change wiper blades. Total 349.00. The problem is my son was on his way home and BOTH back tires lights came on saying pressure low. Way low.So, I call Mercedes and speak with Service Manager since they should have never let air out of the back tires as there was no issue prior to bringing in my car. Well this guy, was an absolute joke. First tried saying that perhaps my son punctured both back tires when he left. NO YOU took too much air out of the tires. Then after I shot that absurd theory down, he moves onto well he doesn t know what condition my car was in when it was there. WHAT????Instead of taking responsibility he continuously showed lack of professionalism and customer service. His blatant lack of caring and blas� attitude is the main reason I will not do business or purchase my next vehicle from this location!

It is the second time I have made a service visit in Cherry Hill, I am disappointed not to receive the diagnosis of my vehicle, I understand the large influx of customers, but it is part of choosing your service to solve the concerns of customers. I hope it's all because of the remodeling they're doing now.

A month ago my husband and I came in and our sales person was Sherry. She was nice and made us feel welcome. Before going on a test drive, I had to run to my car to get my license and when I came back in I was very disappointed. I didn t expect to get back to her desk and watch her and listen to Sherry laughing and flirting with my husband. I am all about Girl Power and females doing well in a male dominated occupation, but the way Sherry acted towards my husband is not the way to work your way up the ladder. This also happened to my best friend during the summer when she came in with her husband. I do hope that her manager will talk to her and explain/help her to start acting like a professional sales person.

So I brought my car here to get an oil change originally. They called me told me that I needed a few recalls and two new tires OK got the tires. Go to pick up my car but now my car shakes when I press on the breaks. I go back the next day Brigg has a manager test my car out he says I m sure it s a rotor . Why ? My car wasn t like this before and you just tested my car nothing was wrong with it so he says he ll have brigg call me the next day .NOTHING. So a few days later I decide to take my car out and my tire pressure is low why ?? I just got new tires .come to find out they never put my tire screws back on so now after I paid all of this money just to have to take it to another dealer and pay more money is insane .

I had my wife's ML350 serviced here at Mercedes Benz of Cherryhill, NJ. And got three different diagnosis for the same check engine warning light. The last one stated that I needed a engine wiring harnessfor $4,600 dollars only needed a oxygen sensor for $261 dollars buyer beware. I took my wife's car over to Matthew Automotive in Collingwood, NJ. They did an excellent job better than Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, NJ. Matthew Automotive knew more about Mercedes Benz cars than they did. I've been in retail sales for over 40 years sold Cadillac, Mitsubishi, Dodge Chrysler, and used exotic cars. And a used car lot manager. Jud at Matthew Automotive knows his stuff take your car to him. He's a true mechanic. And Mercedes Benz of Cherryhill gave me a complete run around.

I normally don t write reviews but I m soooo tired of dealing with the same issues at this dealership. I ve been taking my car to get service here for yearsssss. The service department and customer service at this location is the worse! You call service department no one answers or if they do they re quick to put you on hold or transfer without hearing the issue . Instead of your service rep calling you regarding your car issues you ll have to do their jobs by calling them to ask them what s happening. You ll be waiting for days to get an answer Don t even think about getting a rental if needed it s ALWAYS an issue! I spent over 150k on a car getting a rental until my car is completed and I m not talking about for a same day service I m speaking about when waiting for a part ect shouldn t even be an issue but they NEVER have rentals The only reason why I don t take my car to another location is due to proximity and convenience. But Cherry Hill Mercedes Benz is the worse when it comes to the service department!

The staff at Cherry Hill Mercedes were very helpful, especially Desmond who is highly knowledgeable on all Mercedes products and help me configure my vehicle. He also explained the function of each button and walked me through the purchasing procedure. Making It an enjoyable experience.

My Sales rep was Sean Dudley. I can't begin to thank him enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer every question and concern I had, and I had a lot lol. He quickly returned every call and text message (even on his day off!) He made the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend. The only other person I had a direct dealing with was the Business Manager Tommy Kim who was also very helpful and got me out of there with my new car as quickly and hassle free as possible. The other staff members were also friendly and asked several times if I needed anything, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely buy from MB of Cherry Hill again. THANK YOU!!

I had the best experience ever buying a suv in my life! The process was so smooth from start to finish! My sales professional was 10 stars I highly recommend Ron De Pietro to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes!!!!! The best! I found the most beautiful gle suv. The suv is gorgeous. I don t know why people say stay away from dealerships and say they are Leary of them. I cannot attest to this at all! The best car buying experience again of my life! This is my first EVER poor review but I cannot bear to risk another family harmed. This is our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill:In October of 2022 our car was towed to this dealership for a diagnosis.After 3 days, we FINALLY reached an actual person regarding our vehicle.We were asked to bring a second set of keys as the issue was believed to be an ignition problem.We were advised that we would get an e-mail with the official diagnosis and repair estimate.That was the last we heard.In the months that followed, we called, messaged and even visited the dealership. We were shuffled around and sent away with no intimation nor access to our vehicle and promised return calls that never came.Finally, after agonizing months of this, our car turned up at a nearby scrap yard.Our car had been vandalized at the Mercedes Dealership and they failed to tell us. Rather, they sold our car to this towing company -- without keys.The towing company, once made aware of the situation, immediately returned our vehicle to us. This was yesterday, nearly a full year from the time the Mercedes Dealership took possession of our car.Our car has no keys and the once PERFECT and beautiful car looks like is was in a series of accidents. We are beside ourselves.I assume that our situation was an unusual one. Nevertheless, this speaks to the corruption of this organization.Please please BEWARE.

I just wanted to acknowledge one of your service managers, Andre. There hasn't been one time that i haven t been satisfied with his service. Either he tries to fit you in, returns your phone call, or even make sure you re seen early the following day! I always have great service at this dealership.

Got my nail in tire fixed and oil changed under my maintenance plan. They accidentally added a additional tire on the right too and didn t charge me and took fault and I got a free tire. Down to earth service manager that day!

Horrible customer service, went for an oil change about a month ago and all they did was turn the service light off on my car. Advisor Tina did a horrible job with meeting my car needs, would not recommend for any service at this benz location. TRY OTHER SHOPS FIRST. Overpriced and horrible service overall.

I m not one to leave bad reviews but this warrants it.Took my car to them for repair and waited 9 months 9 months to get it back because of a part delay. What would have made this whole issue better would have been the up front communication that there could be a part delay from the beginning. When I decided to bring my car to them they specifically told me we will have it back to you within the week absolute lies. My service advisor even stopped communicating with me, literally ghosted me I had to escalate to the manager for communication.To top it all off, I received my car today ( after 9 months) and they did not even take the liberty to give it a simple car wash or a vacuum. I have taken my Mercedes to dealerships and services in Scottsdale and I have gotten a car wash for an oil change this is insane. Poor service, poor communication overall. Will never go back. Only bright spot was the service manager Jim who did his best to overcome this nightmare. But if I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would.
