I went to get my first oil change and service after purchase. I called them after I saw the tires were not rotated. I know because I took a chip out of the rim at the car wash the first week. Left front . Only rim on the car with damage which totally aggravated me but after rotation by MALL and calling to confirm they were done, left front still has the chip. Three others still nothing. I was told by the manager he believes his guy. I bought three cars from this place 2019 , 2021 , 2024. It s unbelievable that you get treated like an absolute scum for just asking you to do what you promised to do. You told me you did the service and I can show you that it wasn t done. Unless you think I drove home and took a chunk out of my rim just to get you mad or rotate them . I can t believe after buying three cars in recent years loyalty for return business means I m a liar and I m screwing you. You must have it rolling in over there that customers mean so little to you . I asked him to just say sorry and admit it just wasn t done and well he could not unload his ego. That is stupid . I also asked how I could be sure the oil change even got done? Answer why wouldn t it? Well the tires unless removed from the rim, never got done that s why.Update I called the number , it was just to sales office. Left message girl called me back had no idea why I called or any info regarding this review. I told her to read it and call me back. No call back. Just a generic response to look like they care to respond to my review. Empty.

12 THOUSAND OF DAMAGEBrought my car in for a transmission problem, they didn t look at it for 2 weeks so I was without a car because they state that they have to diagnose the car prior to giving out rentals and they don t have any loaner cars even though I ve seen mall Chevy courtesy cars on the road.A tow truck hits my car while it s on the lot with NO CAMERAS but nobody saw anything they just assume the tow truck hit it because they say that was the only person in and out. Mall Chevy then says they aren t responsible for the damage even though I never signed the paper when I brought my car in. They then try to give me my car back with the rear end screwed. Brought daddy bear with me and when he started fussing that s when they decided they would fix it and cover my deductible for me if I fixed it at their body shop. BAD MOVE. Original estimate was 7k and then of course more damage when they take it apart. 3 months later I get my car back after paying 5-10$ a day for a rental through enterprise. The trunk doesn t close right! Are you kidding me. I bring it back. They adjust it. Totaled 12k of damage. Then I m driving down the road a few days later and the transmission has the same problem again. I said screw that and traded in what was supposed to be my dream car. Called Mall Chevy to see what they would give me and they said 14k for the trade in. Haha. I sold it for 18k at another dealership.Phone calls were unprofessional. When I called to check on my car the first time they told me, Sorry we don t have the luxury of fixing engines overnight The day they called me to tell me about the tow truck incident they told me that they would take care of it and file with the tow trucks company. Later on it s a different story. The tow truck denied the insurance claim later to find out they couldn t even get in touch with the driver because they were through a dispatch company. Lies after lies. When I confronted them I was told I bet my entire salary that one of my shop guys didn t damage your car and If we did it we d take care of it but it wasn t us no cameras in that whole lot are you kidding me? Go get your FREE CAR PARTS if there s no cameras take anything you want off any of their brand new cars in the back lot. Wow. I m crying on the phone because I literally bought the car in cash 4 months prior. It gets better because afterwards enterprise is calling me for the remaining balance on the rental and I m like WHAT! I had to run that right back to mall Chevy because they were seriously trying to deny the days they told me they would cover the rental. Eventually got it covered. I guess they didn t wanna deal with me. GM can t do anything regarding their warranty satisfaction because it s a dealership and not a manufacturer problem. Never again will I buy another GM product. Went to Automotive Avenues and bought myself a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee overland. Have had it for 5 months now and no problems at all.

Extremely unhappy with my experience. I made an appt. to drop my car off for a diagnostic for Saturday morning. I received a phone call from them the day before saying they are behind and most likely will not look at my car on Saturday. I asked if it would be better to drop the car off on a different day and was told to drop it off at my appointment to make sure I keep my spot in line. I asked what the eta would be and was told Tuesday at the latest. Wednesday arrived and I called to check on the status. They are now telling me by the end of the week. I waited till the following Tuesday to follow up again. They still did not touch my car. I asked to speak to their service manager and was told he would call me in the morning. That did not happen. Called again and asked to speak to the service manager and was told he is not in and he would give me a call and still did not happen. It is now Thursday and almost two weeks since I dropped my car off and when I called again they still did not touch my car. I then told them I would be coming to pick my car up and they told me its been sitting so it probably wont start. I have cables and I know as a shop they have cables and insisted I will be picking up my car. After getting my car jumped I left and will never be going back. I don't understand how it takes almost two weeks to do a diagnostic. I would have rather have been told they do not have the availability and taken my car elsewhere. My car could have been fixed already if I had taken it elsewhere.

I ordered the truck I wanted through Jim. It arrived and Jim, Alex, and Dante were very helpful.When I arrived the truck had been in service, checked out, already fueled, and been through detail. It was a perfect experience. I ve never in my life ordered a car to my spec and it is perfect.Thank you

I have been taking my vehicle to Mall Chevy for maintenance for 2 years and have been happy with the service I have received. When I went for an oil change yesterday I received a call that my rear tow links needed to be replaced, on a vehicle that only has about 38,000 miles on it. We called a family friend that is a trusted mechanic to take a second look and he said they look fine, no need for replacement. My warranty that would have covered this expired a month ago which also seems a bit coincidental. I feel as though I have now lost trust in the service department at Mall Chevy for recommending a service to the tune of $700 that was not needed.

Came here because I was rear ended and my insurance is affiliated. Lou from the body shop was so pleasant, explained every update to me in detail, and communicated frequently as my car had extensive damage and was being repaired over a few weeks. Had to write a review to commend his work ethic. I would definitely come back.

Initial drop off for service was waiting to be helped while desk personnel had me wait while he finished his paperwork and subsequently took a incoming phone while I stood there until other intake person Brian observed this and helped me. Upon picking up my vehicle the lady up front instructed me to go back to the rear and retrieve my own invoice and bring it back to her just so I could pay. I felt that this is or was a lazy practice to have your customer complete. The issue on my truck was corrected however I had to call several times for updates on diagnostics with very little updates in an almost two weeks.

Sal my salesman was amazing. Very informative and helpful.When it came to the price of the 2023 leftover. There s was 3 prices for the same vehicle. There was an Internet price, there was a sticker price and then there was the MSRP. My deduction was taken off is the highest price. Why have lower prices if you only are going to charge your new customers the higher price. This is going to insure the customer will not return for future purchases. I was then offered a service plan that my rewards would pay for but when it came to the payment process, there was a glitch.It appears that no matter how high the customers credit score, you will charge what makes you the most money. The MSRP is a suggested manufacture retail price not what have should been charged as the sticker price and the Internet prices were both lower.

Everything was excellent except the credit card charge. I did not realize you charge to use a credit card until it was time to pay. This was not told to me prior to the visit. There should not be an additional charge to use a credit card given the average cost of having a vehicle serviced. It is unrealistic to expect someone to come in with hundreds of dollars in cash.

Very professional. I purchased a new Tahoe and had my oil changed. I also had splash guards installed on front and rear. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Clean waiting area with coffee. Pleased with the service I received.

My salesman ( Rowland ) was wonderful, he even offered to pick me up a day after the snowstorm to pick up my new car. That's above and beyond in todays world ! The entire staff were friendly and professional during my visit and through the purchasing process to the very end.

We had a warranty job done. They installed the park assist module and an oil change but all went well. They had it done very early in the morning so we are very happy. Car came back clean no damage highly recommend your work.

We were pleased with the vehicle. However, did not appreciate the fact that on line we found the price of the vehicle to be listed at $68,000. When we got there it was $80,000. We were ready to walk away. But miraculously, the manager dropped the price the the on-line price. The added fees according to salesman was because of the high demand of the vehicle. I am all for companies making money. However this was outrageous.

This place is the reason dealerships have a bad name. The Sales Manager tried to charge us $9500 OVER MSRP due to market demand . Gave them a chance to come back to us at MSRP and it s sold, STILL wanted to charge $1500 OVER MSRP. BYE went right down the road to Dave at Barlow and made a great deal and had a great experience!! GO TO BARLOW NEVER GO TO MALL CHEVY THEY ARE GREEDY CROOKS AND THE REASON WHY BUYING A VEHICLE CAN BE SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Appt at 11:30 for oil change. Told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Returned at 1:30. Not ready yet. 2 p.m. came around. Had to cancel a 2:30 cardiology appt in Philly. Car ready at 2:15.That's 2 hours 45 minutes. Much too long

I had made my purchase from Mike the sales representative. He was very pleasant to deal with. He knew the vehicle I wanted and made it happen. My wife and I were very pleased on his professional manner while making sure we had water and felt comfortable. The manager who was Mikes supervisor that day took his time out to help make the deal. Previously I left the following review with three stars. However, the owner asked me to have them resolve the issue. They were very courteous and did their best to accommodate and make the necessary repairs. I greatly appreciate them and have known many of the personnel over the years. Mall Chevy is a pleasant and comfortable place to purchase a vehicle and to keep it maintained.Advice for service was good and I trust their work. However, I'm quite sure that there was damage to my car in the interior, on the plastic burl trim of the console. It looked like a cement-like material had splashed across it. I removed some of it with polish, but scratches were left where the material had been.They asked me to bring the car in so they could see. They said it wasn't scratched and no substance would have been used. Sorry, I'm not convinced. It's not a good feeling to pay $500+ for service and find the car you care about returned with damage, and have no recourse.

I took my car in for service due to a few issues I was having trouble with. Your senior technician Mike took full ownership of my vehicle. He reached out to me to clearly explain the situation which was very transparent and so we agreed on the rectifying the issues my vehicle had. Kudos to Mike and the service department.

I had a wonderful experience. My Tahoe was in the Auto Body for repairs due to an accident. when I called I was introduced to Lolita and she walked me through the process of what needed to be done with insurance, repairs, towing and estimates, etc. Lolita was amazing, she kept me in the loop throughout the whole ordeal. Mall Chevy actually got my Tahoe back to me beforethe expected date. The repairs Mall Chevy perform were flawless and I am very pleased. I will use them for all my Chevy needs from here on out. Thank you Lolita and Mall Chevy Team!!

Scheduled my diesel truck for an engine light service three days in advance. Dropped off the truck at 7:10am. Received a phone call from the service rep at 8:30am to advise me their diagnostic fee was $175. I approved the fee. I then received a phone call at 12:30pm from the service rep to advise me that they did not have a tech available to diagnose the truck until the next day at the earliest.This is piss poor service. You don t schedule a service you cannot do. Even if a technician called out sick, you don t leave the customer hanging for 5 hours and then cancel on them. This was a known vehicle to them and they knew from the beginning they would need a diesel tech.This is the second issue I had with this dealership. The first was a sales manager hanging up on me after laughing at me when I asked to speak with my sales person. Needless to say I purchased my truck at another dealership for less money.Stay away from Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill, NJ.Update: As of 8/23/23 they have not reached out to me like they said they would below.

We had an awesome experience from start to finish. At 47, I have purchased many cars.This was the first time I wasn't frustrated from haggling and with feelings of not being heard. Our salesman, Ben, was phenomenally patient and informative. I walked in having no clue what kind of car I wanted and drove away in the perfect car for me. Even the financing was painless! Alex was quick and efficient, perfectly explaining everything. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership and will definitely be back for all my car-buying and service needs.
