I am so impressed with the team here at Jiffy Lube in Cherry Hill, NJ across from Wegmans. They are all highly trained, professionals. Going above and beyond every time. They make sure that you understand all that's going on with your vehicle while you wait comfortably in their waiting room.I will definitely be a returning customer as well as tell my friends and family.Thanks to all!Sonia K.

The service here made me feel relieved and so comfortable. You know as a woman who knows little about cars is intimidating. Wanda was very friendly and joyful! She explained everything to me about my service. Not only was the service a plus but I love how everyone energy was so high and joyful as well. Makes you want to come back! Thank you for not making my time here hard nor uncomfortable! This will be my regular spot moving forward.

I have taken all of my cars here for over 15 years and have never had an issue with the staff. They have always and continue to be honest and respectful to myself and my family.They make sure to explain everything properly and go above and beyond.Jay has always had a great attitude and cares about his staff and his customers. Ray (The Master Tech) brought me into the bay and made sure I knew exactly what, how and why. This station will continue to have my business and respect

Absolutely outstanding!! Great service, knowledgeable and professional! Took time to explain what was needed and why due to aftermarket tires added to vehicle. Quick and fast oil change- will definitely be back! Date of service 12/8/23

I tried to change my windshield wiper on my own but it was jammed. I rushed over to Jiffy lube willing to purchase another wiper (instead of using the one I purchased to do it on my own) because I couldn t get the old wiper off and it was supposed to downpour the next day. When I got there they told me they were closing I explained what happened and the manager just took off the jammed one put the one I previously purchased on no charge! He definitely said as my knight in shining armor that day. I offered to pay but he said no. Great service. I ve been getting my oil done here for years and continue to be a loyal customer because of the service.

Visited Jiffy Lube in Cherry Hill, New Jersey recently for an oil change. I m not easily impressed and I rarely write reviews but I feel that the service I received at this particular facility was so exemplary and beyond expectations that I just had to compliment the staff for a job done well. Although obviously busy I was quickly greeted by the friendly crew and was in and out in the time that it took to drink a cup of coffee. This is my second time visiting this facility and I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube to anyone requiring the specific services that they perform. You can expect professionalism and efficiency here. Thanks to everyone at 2023 Marlton Pike West in Cherry Hill for a job well done. My nearly 20 year old black Mercedes Benz ML500 feels fresh and renewed again. Happy motoring!

Visited this place for an oil change. Staff was super friendly and the customer service was phenomenal. Ended up with an oil change, tires replaced and filter replacement. Great prices for great work ! Would definitely recommend for your vehicle needs.

Hands down the best experience I ve had at a Jiffy Lube. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Came in for an oil change and new wipers. In addition they gave me a very thorough vehicle inspection, and swapped all of my lug nuts out, both free of charge. (Brought my own lugs nuts). These guys are awesome, definitely coming back.

The team at this Jiffy Lube took my car near closing time with hardly any notice, for an installation of 2 tires, and cheerfully worked overtime to get the work done! When I got in the car to leave and noticed an unrelated light on the dash, they pulled out the code reader despite being closed. Excellent dedication and customer service!

Wow! What a great experience! Fast, thorough, professional and courteous! Mr Ortiz and his team took care of me and my vehicle, being proactive and taking care of problems I didn't even know I had (after discussing them with me first, of course). I feel valued and safe for my trip back to Ohio tomorrow. They did right by me, even knowing that the chances are slim that they would ever get repeat business from me. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to everyone.

They did a great job. Fast, easy, and all the bells and whistles. The manager, Jose Berrius, was great and very professional. I ve been to a lot of jiffy lubes in the area and this was hands down the best experience.

Been there twice now and experience has been great. Fast and efficient and when they recommend extra services they weren t pushy or demanding. They merely gave me my options and accepted my responses. All around pleasant experience.

This is my Go To Shop! Quality Work Quality Service. They always look out for the customer FIRST! Educate at the same time they fix!! Excellent work!!! I called this place for some information before I come for oil changes. They handed up on me 2 times and then I called to ask for a manager. Unfortunately they still hanged up on me. This is BAD customer service. I don't recommend this place!!!!They turned me off a big time

Can t even get a hold of them on the phone. Got an oil change said my antifreeze was low said they would top me off and now I m having problems with my car. Do not come here.

Jimmy was very friendly & honest with me about additional services that weren t necessary. Didn t try to push anything on me, which I appreciate. Service was also super fast - 20 min and the waiting room was full at that time.
