This place makes it pretty easy for you and very flexible as well. Machines never gave my husband issues, and staff very friendly.

Incredible customer service and I can't believe I'm saying this because I'm thrilled to have my device removed but will actually miss my short visits and chats with the technician there. If you have to get an interlock use these guys, no extra fees, very reasonably priced and already great people for getting you though a difficult situation!

Randall was the best! Everyone at the idrc class was complaining about their interlock! Not me! I said it was way cheaper than I thought and never had any issues. Randall was always fast, got me in n out there painlessly. Super friendly n nice.

If your in need of an interlock device, this is the place to go...... dont make a mistake & get an "intoxalock" brand installed, trust me, im just giving a heads up..

The technicians and staff have all been very helpful and accommodating over the last 18 months and have actually helped make this difficult experience a positive one. I ve visited various locations and all are friendly, professional, quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

They make a very horrible situation very manageable. The shop is great and are very easy to work with. If you need to have this device these are the guys. Excellent!!!
