I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced with Imagine Audio, and I must say, they provided exceptional services. I reached out to them for window tinting for my 2003 Honda Accord, and the result was outstanding. They also installed an Apple Play radio with a backup camera, which has made my driving experience safer and more enjoyable.What impressed me the most was the remote start installation with drone, which allows me to start my car from my phone. This feature has been a game-changer, especially during colder months. Ray and Mark were fantastic in providing me with excellent customer service throughout the entire installation process.Overall, I highly recommend Imagine Audio for anyone looking for high-quality window tinting or audio installations for their vehicle. Their professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and I am confident that anyone who deals with them will be satisfied with their services. It was a complete disaster from the beginning. A little over a year ago I had a audio system installed on my 2021 GMC Sierra. On day 1 of the scheduled installation Mark the owner informed me all the components of the system were not in yet and they will need an additional day with the truck to finish it (2 days not working). For now they will install a piece they had laying around the shop until it comes in. I was also convinced I needed a ($250) unit to control my blinker and alert sounds. That day I get my truck back I have pop sounds and no blinker sounds at all. I'm thinking it's because it's not finished, I still needed the speaker box that was missing in the first place. So I wait patiently on the final installation hoping everything would work out. Not even close. The pop sounds are worse and still no blinker sounds and to boot when I get home the speaker grill falls off. I take it back and Mark's reply was "well I can take everything out and refund your money" in a very ignorant manner. I already missed 2 days of work, let's make it 3 and have nothing...... Smh...... I tell Mark no I just want it fixed. He never fixed the popping noises because they couldn't figure it out. The alert sounds were never fixed because the special unit designed only for my truck didn't work as planned and needed an update. He would call me right away when the update was available. I called and went there several times and was met with dirty looks and a horrible attitude from Mark. So here I am over a year later with very expensive parts that don't work correctly and no phone call with an update yet I spent over 5,000 dollars in this place. If you value your time, money and your vehicle, go somewhere else.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience or more knowledgeable staff. I had my car in for repairs at a collision center and they could not handle electronics very well. Imagine Audio was so friendly, supportive and helpful. I had a remote start system installed and couldn t be happier with it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, these guys go above and beyond

I've had 4 Trucks and 1 car with Auto Start, and security systems installed. On the trucks had backup cameras and monitors installed and then swapped into next truck. I couldn't be happier with the installs and outstanding service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade or install this type of equipment. They are truly professional at what they do! Great job!

These guys are great. They did 2 window tints for me and both came out excellent! Each time were completed within one day. Would recommend them for anyone looking for a professional window tint.

Ended up bringing my car here for a remote start and it turns out my car already had it. Ray was very honest and professional and did not use the opportunity to scam me out of money. He did not charge me for anything and returned my deposit promptly. So while I can t speak for the quality of work, I can absolutely say that I trust Imagine Audio and that I ll be returning there in the future.

Clean environment, friendly staff, good communication. I've seen them on the cover of Mobile Electronics Magazine years ago, so I know they are reputable. As a former installer, I did not detect any red flags here, unlike the dealers on Route 130.

I ve got a background as a mechanic so I m pretty picky when it comes to shops I choose. Imagine Audio is the only place I ll go for tint or other audio work. They have great attention to detail, and went way above and beyond to help me make sure I had my car back before a deadline. Great team and super helpful!!

I ve been a customer for over a decade now. They back up their work from my long experience. I put a lot of miles and hours behind the wheel from here to the west coast and Canada. I have had many many types of creature comforts installed in my multiple cars and trucks. They even did some work on my Goldwing and three trailers. I found them through trial and error with other shops that were closer to home.

The team at Imagine Audio did a great job installing my new head unit on my FJ Cruiser. They also hard wired a front and rear dash cam and even created a custom mount to mount the rear cam. The whole team is incredibly nice and communication was great. They even took the time to show me all the features of the radio and made sure my phone connected properly. Highly recommend them!

This was the 3rd and 4th car Imagine Audio installed radar protectors in my vehicle. Their installation and service was so outstanding; I also had them to install a dash camera in my 2023 Camaro 2SS.

I got the windows tinted with ceramic tint on my 2020 mustang gt. I am very happy with the way it came out. Highly recommend imagine audio.

They are so nice, helpful, informative, honest and just the best shop I have dealt with. I can t say nicer things about the entire staff. Pricing is very fair. They did a beautiful job! I am beyond happy with my system and tints. Don t hesitate use this place!

i had a my dream car stereo installed by an outfit in new brunswick several (two?) years ago--and encountered lots of problems (two blown speakers and all sorts of accelerator whine and other forms of bad feedback). i called marc after seeing he stocked focal last january--and he talked me through options and exchanged multiple texts with me. no pressure. just wisdom. i finally found the time to drive down to imagine audio in juneof '23--and i spent the day reading outside while marc and his diagnostic team identified a blown tweeter, two jerry-rigged wires that shouldn't have been there, a patch cord that was supposed to have been replaced--but was not, and an amp that was sixteen updates behind (and not set up properly in the first place). i ended up replacing both tweeters and both driver-side speakers (i love the focal sound). marc spent lots of time with me even well after 4 p.m. playing around with different sound configurations using his computer. i eventually settled on one configuration--but i should have stuck with marc's ear--because he was right that i needed more base. oh right: they also found that my woofer was not sealed on the first install--and fixed that somehow as well. oh man. do yourself a solid and just go to imagine audio first; marc and his team know what they are doing--there is no conning or oversell or price switches--and my upgraded factory system finally sounds like the money i spent was worth it. it's over an hour drive for me--but i'll never go anywhere else--as long as imagine audio stays in business. btw, i rarely write reviews (maybe once before in my sixty years on earth?). six stars. no joke. q.

This is gonna be long winded..Brought my car there in 2020 for an amplifier install. I am not new to car audio installation. I would normally do it myself but with this vehicle (Cadillac ct6) I did not feel like taking out my trunk liner to connect to the factory Bose amp, I wanted a pro , so I decided to go with them.Everything seemed fine at first until about a year later, I started getting a buzzing sounds and speaker pops from time to time. I tried everything in my knowledge to find the source of issue, the only conclusion I came to was there is either something wrong with the amplifier or they hooked something up incorrect and time has shown something is wrong.I contacted them to bring it back and take a look ( they claim to guarantee their work )! immediately the little guy that sits upfront was combative and hostile to my suggesting that if it s not the amplifier then something is possibly wrong because of their install.( I was nice about it).I explained what was going on and showed him what my stereo was doing. He claimed up and down that has nothing to do with what they did or how they hooked it up. It s something electrical and he would have to charge me to find the problem! I left there feeling blown off and a little disrespected, I didn t go back. I had paid over $1000 for this work!I don t drive the car much and the problem was intermittent from time to time so I putt it on the back burner, but then it started getting worse, more frequent and louder, and it started creating other minor electrical issues in the vehicle.Over the next few months I had been troubleshooting the problem again and double checking everything incase I missed something. I did everything I could to avoid a major disassembly of all the work they did, I started checking connections, speakers, power wire, grounds and nothing!Then one day I finally had enough. I decided to remove all the things they did and start fresh, i wanted to do one more test on my amp before I took apart everything and start it over.I went to remove the amp from the cat to put in another car and see if the sameProblems happened to confirm or not if it s my amplifier.Again, I wanted to check this last possible issue before I took everything apart. Then bam!!! i discover by chance when my car was running, and the amplifier was on, I pulled out the ground wire to the amplifier and it stayed on! This is not supposed to happen!That s when I realized they grounded out my $968 amplifier. This rookie installation flaw created a ground loop leading to minor electrical issues along with sound distortion, buzzing & popping in my speakers! It also destroyed my very expensive amplifier. I could go on in greater detail, but I think you get the point.Think twice before you take your car there!

The guys are true professionals i had work done on my truck 8 years ago they installed HID head lights never had an issue one time till now and I knew it wasn't anything they did I brought the truck in 8 years later they fixed it on the spot and it wasn't anything that they did wrong . 5+ stars

Amazing staff and service. I went in with a problem and no idea on how to solve it, the team at Imagine walked me through multiple options at different price points. I was never pressured into buying a high end product than I wanted and the customer service was excellent, before, during, and after the work.I will be using this shop again on other vehicles.

I ve used imagine audio a few times to have speakers/subwoofers/tint installed on my Toyota Tacoma. They always do an amazing job of communicating and making sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Ray is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The vehicle is always given back the same way it was dropped off. Super clean work and service overall. Would 100% recommend these guys if you are looking to upgrade your vehicle!

I heard of this shop by way of mouth. I called to inquire gently about pricing and any possible information that would be applicable to my situation. Service representative tersely responded that both I and the vehicle need to be in the shop before *anything* could be discussed; they made several assumptions about what I was interested in before I could explain anything, and this made for a difficult conversation. Save your time, take your business elsewhere.Edit in response to the owner: I found a friendly and well reputable shop that was willing to almost trivially spec out what I wanted in short order; placed an order through them the same day. Thanks though!

Great service, battery on my truck died causing the remote start feature to not work and needed to get reprogram. They service and reprogrammed the remote start at no cost.

I've went in to look into air horns. The salesman Steve greeted me right away. I told him what I wanted and he was quick to help. He helped me pick out the one that best suits my needs. I'm going back for the install soon. They carry the best quality car/truck accessories around. Very professional.

My experience was great. I booked an appointment in a week, they helped me choose the right tint for my car, and were accurate with their estimate for the job time. It's easy to drop your car off in the afternoon, spend a few hours at the mall, and it's done! My tint looks fantastic, inside heat is reduced in my black/black car, and now I have sun protection while driving. Highly recommend!

They did me and my son s cars and everything was fantastic . Customer service is number 1. I didn t like the radio I picked they let me return it and pick another one .the custom iPad mount they did turns heads at car shows. I look forward to them doing all my future car projects
