Service team is always very polite and accommodating and don't feel like I was ever getting ripped off. They have a cab service that can drop you off if you live in the area. All of my past experiences with this service team has been excellent and fair/reasonable prices.The reason I am writing this review is because the parts department told me that the headlights that I have been waiting on since March was back in stock and I could come in to get it replaced. The day before the apt I get a call from the parts department telling me that they no longer had the part. Was not given a logical explanation, but I am pretty sure they gave it to someone else. Just called again for a update, and was not really given any useful info, and when I requested a email, was told that there are 200 people in front of me and that they will call me. I have been waiting for 6 months for headlights. Its to the point I cant drive at night.If anyone from management reads this, I would really like to speak to someone about this.

I cannot thank Dennis enough for saving me. I had called around to so many other tire centers trying to replace the donut after my flat and no one had the tire I was told I needed, nor did they have the knowledge of my Nissan like Dennis and his team. He really went above and beyond yesterday helping me get the right tires for my car to make sure my family and I are safe. I am constantly on the road for my job and Dennis s quick action helped me get back to work fast without having to cancel my customers.Thank you so much Dennis and to Jonathan for his quick service. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Came in for a service end of October and they told me there was a recall on seatbelts for my car. They said they ordered the part and would call when it s in. Parts were back ordered, and I called a few times to check in. They finally said they were just gonna take someone else s parts and put it in my car. Came the day of my appt, appt was at 730am and was told it would be about 2.5-3 hrs. 11 am, still no call, so I check in. First, they JUST started to take my car apart (3.5 hrs after my appt time). Secondly, they are halfway through the process and realize they don t have the correct parts, and it will take another hour/hour and a half to put it back together. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY ENTIRE DAY.

Trust me when I say this, I ve been to Mt Holly Nissan and they are terrible. I live in Mt Holly but it was well worth the 25 min drive to Cherry Hill. They have a much bigger waiting area, more Covid friendly in terms of safety. It was easy to make an appointment. The employees were every helpful and kind. Only thing that bugs me is I don t get why it takes an hour & a half for an oil change. Other than the wait time, DEFINITELY worth it to go to this location. They even called a few days later to follow up on the visit and if I had any questions. Oh AND they offer you a discount if you come back to that location to get your oil changed, it says it on the sticker they put on the windshield that says how many miles when to come back.

Service department at Cherry Hill Nissan is overall a pleasant experience. The service manager, Bob Miller is professional and very helpful. Although, avoid Jeff Shannon when you re dropping off the car. He has accidentally noted conventional oil when I asked for synthetic . Also, he beats around the bush with what s wrong with your vehicle and this allows him to recommend unnecessary services which is the case for many if not most service departments, but Jeff is just absurdly obvious with it. I am not the only one positing low reviews on Jeff, check DealorRater. Message for Bob: Unfortunately, you can t change the behavior/personality of a grown man (Jeff), but you can certainly change your staff roster to significantly improve the customer experience at the service dept.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Staff were helpful and straightforward, but unfortunately the appointment I made over the phone wasnt actually made, and I wound up waiting for more than an hour.If future appointments are kept, I'll revise this review.

Best customer service and affordable. They will give you honest information and if your car has any recalls they will also take care of it.

Aware of over charge! I don't recommend for car maintenance there. Because they charge what you really don't need.
