Angela was wonderful to work with she was friendly knowledgeable empathetic and above all else was never pushy. She helped me to find the car that best suited my needs as well as my budget. She knew the product she was presenting to me inside and out, and was able to answer any questions that my wife and I could come up with. In addition to that even after we had purchased our car, she was always there if we had a simple question or even a complicated question for something that we maybe forgot or didn't know, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. I lo e my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross as well as the service I was given by Angela and the dealership as a whole!!!

I hate dealership mainly because of the hassle and awful approach of all sales people.But this one is different. Went in to check a car we saw online. Talked to Tom before driving down. Very professional and scheduling was very easy. The only thing was the car we wanted wasn t available. We were greeted by Dan at the door and was given an agent to assist us to possibly find another car that we might like.Our experience at this Mitsubishi dealership was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Travis and Wayne. Demonstrating an impressive level of knowledge about the Mitsubishi lineup, they expertly guided us through the entire process.What set them apart was their approach they were not pushy salespeople, but rather, attentive guides who actively listened to our preferences and concerns. I went to cherry hill Mitsubishi to trade in my vehicle to lower my payments and get into something newer, and John T did just that! Not only is he a great salesman but a great friend who accomplished exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend to go to this dealer as well as asking for John T who personally connects himself to his clients but also m gives the best possible deal and creates a smooth and simple transaction! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Tony thank you for all your knowledge of the car. You showered me more than I should know. I came just for an oil change and wind up walking out with a new car instead. And now this car has everything I wanted in a car. The conversation made the day go so fast. Tony had everything in order and was still taking care of 3 other people at the same time. Just when I was gonna say it s gonna take forever he walked over and said congratulations and just like that I was signing for a new car. Thank you so much Tony and keep up the good sales.

Cherry Hill Mitsubishi service department was great! Didn't have to wait very long for my service to be completed. Not like Springfield Mitsubishi where it took 4 and half hrs for a inspection and oil change. The black gentleman and woman with the glasses at the service were awesome. They till you the price it will be when you check in for what your there for. The only complaint is the woman cashier had an attitude. When the service gentleman put my paperwork and keys on the counter and told her it was mine she got an attitude. She was waiting on a customer but didn't call for attitude. She said while she was waiting on the customer to I believe a service tech that was standing there "didn't he see that you'll standing there. Then, she still had a miserable look on her face. Other then the cashier interaction everything was great.

Very bad experience buying a vehicle. They sold us a truck that had a transmission issue that we did not realize until we were home (1.5 hours away) . Rather than take it back to their incompetent service department (who obviously couldn't fix it the first time around- so why go back for extra aggrevation?) We had to pay 2k out of pocket to fix it, they wouldn't pay anything towards it because we didn't drive it back to their sub par dealership. They didnt even warranty the car for the 2 hours we owned it before having a major issue. What a joke! I was told NEVER to buy a car in NJ and these sleeze balls lived up to that reputation. If I could give this place negative stars I would, 1 star is too kind. Lesson learned, ALWAYS trust your instincts, if you walk into a dealership and it screams "ghetto scum bags" WALK OUT. Especially in dirty New Jersey.

I believe there is opportunity for improvement when it comes to being a little more clear on the Interest Rate as that wasn t given or explained to me until it was time to sign the Paperwork. I asked a few times and was told they are working on getting the best deal.Also, I sincerely believe I could and should have been offered more money for my trade and they could have done better with the price of the Outlander knowing the huge hit I was taking from the low amount they gave me for my trade.I ended up coming out of there paying almost $300 more a month than I wanted to, but again my fault for not declining the deal and walking away.

Terrible customer service! First time there, had an appointment at 10.30am for service whichas per staff should have taken about 30 minutes. Left at 12.30! after finally finding my car parked outside the facilities. Turns out service was done sometime around 11 and they forgot about me. Not only that, zero accountability only thing I got was: sorry I m only human lost my business, not servicing my car here ever.Update: they also wanted to charge me north of $200 for parts and labor on one of two issues I was having (cleaning up break pad shim on one of the front tires and putting back in place), so I ended up bringing my car to a different dealership and they said both issues are covered by warranty (one recall one a known issue) and they also mentioned every Mitsubishi dealership should honor the same / have the same in place since car has less than 60k miles - 22 Outlander. Want to have your car serviced by someone who knows the brand and has customer s best interest don t come here!

One of the BEST and BLESSED experiences ever due to GREAT Customer service, a phenomanal Team as Woodrow Wilson and Angela Grocholski are, stellar service skills, friendly staff,and very professional and welcoming individuals as well as demeanor. We were made to feel at home while they worked tirelessly together. They have a mass selection of vehicles to choose from which gave us a wonderful experience. True assets indeed! Drove from pa to Jersey and had a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 mins without anyone speaking to me. After waiting the truck I was there to purchase had undisclosed body damage that had just undergone paint repair. Also with a listing price above book value. The price online is not the price in store! Buyers beware

1st experience here was phenomenal! Went to go take my Outlander Sport in due to an evap issue and they found exactly what was causing it with a smoke test, I really thought i was going to spend more because of that but the pricing was great, staff were super helpful and friendly and I actually look forward coming back should I ever need something done again!
