Billy, is a good guy my truck had a collapsed lifter due to the AFM system. (That shuts off 4 cylenders to save gas) the system had failed. It put my truck into limp mode... Billy told me he could delete that system and make it run on all 8 cylinders all the time. And a little bit larger camshaft! Also a new water pump/ and new gaskets all over. It has never ran any better then this. And for the price it was totally worth it! Overall! Good prices I use him for both of my vehicles! Not sure what everyone is complaining about. He s very direct and upfront. He provides a break down of every check he did on my multiple vehicles including my company fleet as well as personal vehicles. He shows you the cost of the parts by finding the best deals out there (you can screen his work and check google and the internet yourself for competitors prices).His labor time and rate is more than fair. I ve never had the same issues with any car that s been serviced. He road tests each vehicle before telling you it s safe to drive. He s a small business owner who s been successful having never moved over all the years. It can t be by luck.Considering all the strip mall auto body stores and tire shops litter the same avenue, he provides an old school touch, that isn t trying to hustle another part you don t need for extra commissions. Run your car up there and see how much drama comes with it.He s accommodated every need in more than a timely fashion, with a fair price. I went to Billy Brown for the first time this past week. I had both front axles replaced, wheel bearings, calipers rotors and brake hoses. In addition I asked for a quote to get my ac working. This was complex work and he knocked it out professionally, timely and at a fair price. He is an experienced technician and not just a parts changer. He will now be who I call with any issues.

Good mechanics that arent going to just run codes and swap parts are hard to find, this guy truly diagnoses your issue and fixes it accordingly, he is passionate about his work and it shows

Billy got me in and out fast, so my service truck and I could get back to work. He did a great job and saved me money on my special tires, over the big tire shops up the road, even with the oil change too. I appreciate the great service!

The absolute poorest costumer service ever. I pulled up to the get $10 of regular gas. The attendant who was distracted counting money walks up to my car. I said to her "10 regular please" as I held my 10.00 bill up. She said, "How much? " I said, "10 regular please". She places gas nozzle in my car and walks away. She comes back and says "28.04". I said. I asked for 10....Her answer... " You've got the gas now". I asked to speak to the manager, she responds I am the manager. I proceed to give her my card, her answer, I can't take that I already put it in as cash. Needless to say. She worked it out. Her outright disposition was deplorable and unprofessional. DEFINITELY not a person to be the face of a business in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Will never bring my car here again. A very bad experience. Poor quality work. The mechanic is argumentative and very unprofessional.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. We were quoted at $1,450 and when work was finished, got a bill for $3,500. In the process of suing them and getting my money back.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, BrakesServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

My dad does the best work and is an honest and nice man and guaranteed to fix ur car even if no one else could. He has his ways
