I really like taking my car there. They use top parts foryour car, they are down to earth so you can easily talk to them.Coffee, muffins and clean comfortable seating is offered if you decide to wait for your car. They offer a point system to earn a discount on your next car repair.

These guys did a plug and patch for me on my suv's flat tire. I've driven about 12k miles on it without any problems since then.Recently I got another flat on a different tire. The tread was fairly worn but I had an emergency that needed to be dealt with. I intended to replace the tires soon but I just needed my car to work for the time being. They were very understanding and gracious enough to do a rush job.I feel a lot more assured knowing how well the first one has held.If you believe in getting something done right the first and only time, these guys are it.

I have not been this impressed by customer service in a very long time! These guys are the best. Very accommodating and professional. They go out of their way to help people and are so kind. I will be coming here for all my car needs from now on!

Ashley was top notch, ten star terrific! I felt heard & respected from minute one with Chris. Ashley continued the best care through her communication. I have anxiety, so it was easy communication through email that relieved me throughout the process. My car was completed before the anticipated time & I was happy with the outcome, price, (& discount for AAA members!), & location. Had my car brought in and had a very thorough inspection done after it would not start. Was sent a list of all of the issues and pictures were included. Owners were incredibly communicative and were able to get my car back on the road that same day. Bringing my my wife s car next with similar issues.

I called Chris at Balducci s last minute and asked him to mount and dismount some tires. Without having known me, he readily agreed and told me to come right over. More than that they even stayed a bit late to finish the job. Highly recommended and very professional.Service: TiresService: Tires

It was a busy Friday afternoon. I had driven from Dover, DE to Cherry Hill, NJ for several appointments. My car engine light was on and had been since the day before. I thought I should get it checked out. I had no appointment and little time to call ahead for service but having good experiences in the past, I took it Balducci's. Once again, the whole team was kind, courteos, expedient and professional. My car was kindly accepted, though they were very busy. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and I was able to drive my car home by closing time that day! I was overjoyed and truly thankful!! BALDUCCI'S is an exemplary role model for all auto shops. Their team provides excellent, quality service and are always reliable!! Booked an appointment for a brake job and oil change. I stated I d be deploying in a month and would like to hold off on brakes if possible. The shop inspected & said I was good to wait until I got back; I really appreciate the integrity. Prices quoted were also very reasonable & even below franchised shops in the area. If you re looking for your local trusted mechanic , these guys are it. These guys are great. I had a brake shake at high speeds (after all brakes were recently replaced). They diagnosed the issues, communicated what they found and made real recommendations with clear pricing proposals before doing work. They did the work quickly and had me on the road shortly after. A few months later, I had another issue with the brakes that was diagnosed, and they did warranty repair work quickly without any issues (it was not a problem with their work, just a part failure). If you value quality, this is a great place to go!Service: Brakes

This was my first time going to this shop, and i went based on reviews. All of the shop personnel were very professional, jovial, and were proficient in taking care of my cars needs in a timely manner! I have to concur with all of the good reviews they have received. I was very happy with their service, and if i come back here to the east coast, and i need car service professionals, i would definately use them again! Thankyou Chris! So this was my first time going there. I had seen their reviews and asked my friends about car shops around the area and Balducci s shop kept coming up so I figured I give them a try. I just moved to jersey so I figured I needed to find a good car shop and I think I have found it. They truly lived up to the excellent reviews. And I don t often leave reviews but my experience there was truly a pleasure and I wanted people to know that this is the place to go if you re looking to get your car fixed. My experience with Chris and the team there was amazing, they were very professional, they found the problem very quickly and fixed it very quickly, while giving me a play by play of everything that was going on. They were very thorough. My experience with Chris particularly was great, you can tell that he loves what he does and was all around a stand up person, very honest and very knowledgeable. I definitely found the car shop I was looking for. I m definitely going to be a lifetime customer. Thanks guys for the great work! I really appreciate it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I try to maintain my vehicle at all times. When I schedule my oil change, they are quick and they always check for any possible issues. Which I schedule promptly with them. (If I have Issues)And when they fix something, it stays fixed!Everyone has a smile, you are always greeted with a hello, and everything is explained to you.Thank you to everyone at Balducci s! I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

I brought my 2005 Nissan Titan in with electrical issues. They diagnosed it and got my vehicle running again for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, a week later, the vehicle had the same problem. Now I m not a mechanic, but I am very aware that electrical issues are extremely hard to diagnose and fix. I contacted them and they told me to bring the truck back over as soon as I could. They had the truck for a few days when they called me and told me that there was an electrical short in the shifter and to purchase the part would be $900. They chose to rewire the shifter. Now I know they probably didn t get fixed the first time but being that electrical issues are very hard to fix, I wasn t aware if I would get charged again when I went to pick it up. You can imagine my shock when they handed me the keys and said, here you go, we didn t fix it the first time so there s no charge. It s a company like this that gains my trust and deserves me to take my time and make a review.

We shopped around local mechanics to take our vehicle to. On a friend's recommendation we went to Balducci's total car care. The manager Chris was absolutely amazing. Very personable, honest and extremely helpful. The price we received was fair and the work quality was excellent. We will definitely be recommending Balducci's, to our friends and family.

I've come to Balduccis for several fixes now and they consistently provide great & flexible service. They provide visual images for anything they claim is or will be an issue down the road so you can make a final solid determination yourself. More autoshops should do this IMO.

First time experience with this automotive repair company. From the start, I had a car repair shop experience that I never experienced before, including a car dealership. They listened, made suggestions, and I was able to decide what I wanted done on my car. My car requires some more work and I know without a doubt as to who/where those repairs are going to be made. I finally found a place where I feel not only will my car receive high quality repair but at a fair and reasonable cost to my pocket.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve had my 2015 for 8 years now and started to hear a random noise for the first time. They drove it around a few times, looked into it on the lift, and there was no sound/work to be done.Didn t charge me a CENT! And customer service was on point as well. Balducci's has giving me the best experience. I had to take my car back for a noise everytime I pressed on the break or accelerate. I was able to record the sound and bring it in to show them. They located the issue and was able to fix the problem with the matter of a couple days. I was able to get a rental through Balducci's. They communicated very well. I would definitely rate my experience a 5 star.

Ive been coming here for the last year to have my device calibrated. In that time ive gotten to know their very professional, friendly and timely staff. Special shout out to ashley and tyler who not only have phenomenal personalities but really make you feel valued as well. I would strongly recommend this company to family friends and strangers.
