This is my third decade of owning Audis, but the first time visiting Audi of Cherry Hill. My 20 year old Audi TT had some persistent issues were not easily fixable. Kay L. in the service department was an absolute miracle worker and extremely professional. She was able to 1) schedule 2) diagnose 3) fix the issues all in the same day. She even saved me some money compared to what local shop wanted to charge. Shout out to Kay for being the best service advisor in the Audi dealership network and Audi of Cherry Hill for being great to work with.

This Audi location is consistent with professionalism, high-quality service, as well as keeping the customer in mind the entire time. I recently purchased my second suv (Q5 to a Q3) from the Audi Cherry Hill location. Although it is a professional interaction and there is also a personal connection that illuminates their overall dedication to looking out for the client. Sales representative, Eddie G, and the sales manager, Eddie R. were phenomenal! My husband and I could not have asked for a better team or experience. Especially, given the fact that we did not plan on purchasing a new car. We could never fully express our appreciation and will definitely be back in the near future.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car at Audi, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, all thanks to Bodur and Eddie. I had my Audi serviced a week ago and everything was handled perfectly from the time I pulled into the service bay until I left with my car fully serviced. The gentleman at the counter was great. The videos they sent to my phone during the service was a great feature. As an added bonus, they cleaned my car inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised.

Amazing experience. Tony Watson, service advisor, worked some serious magic with the extensive repairs needed on my car. He was a great communicator, thorough, honest, friendly, and saved me a TON of money. I was so pleasantly surprised with the outcome. My car was immaculate, was a smoother ride, and all the problems were fixed better than I thought they would be. Would recommend without reservation. Tony is the best!

I bought a 2023 VW Atlas and took possession of it on 3/15. That was a Friday, on Saturday i noted the 3rd row seat was fixed in the upright position and would not fold down. I notified my sales person on Monday and returned on Tuesday per our text conversation where I stated I couldn t be there till after 4:30 (I still have the message). I was sent to the service department where the female employee let me know this is an Audi dealer not VW. No kidding but this is where I bought the car from, the individual tried and couldn t get the seat to fold down and sent me to CH VW which is located next to Audi. They tried and were unable to move the seat and told me to take it to the service center which is in another location. I was very annoyed at this situation and I went back to CH Audi, where I had the displeasure of dealing with Jeff the used car manager. I told him I wanted a refund, in which he informed me he had to get off a phone call to talk to me. How about the fact I had to return to the dealership for a problem that wasn t disclosed, unable to be rectified and also worked all day. I cannot believe no one knew of this problem. I asked again for a refund and his comment was over a car seat . Service was able to get the seat to fold down but it is still broken and I would have to come back and have the cable fixed. Then told, I should have come in around 2 and they could have fixed it but no one is here now. I showed the text conversation to now another person who said, she (sales person) never let anyone know. By this time I am extremely bitter over this entire situation. The fact that I do work full time, and cannot just call out to bring a car in, especially one I have had for 3 business days is exasperating. So, again I asked for a refund and told NO.The VW service advisor Khern who is extremely helpful and professional, arranged for a loaner to be brought to where I work and took my car into be serviced. Unfortunately it will take a week to rectify the problem, I bought the car outright 2 weeks ago and have driven it only 1 week due to this problem. Again Khern has been exceptional.I have never been so disheartened with an experience as I have had with this dealership. I find the behaviors unethical (seat stuck is not new) unprofessional (someone had to deal with me) unreliable (she never told anyone you were coming in) and disrespectful (I work and cannot just take off for a CAR).To say I would never buy a car again from CH Imports is an understatement. I don t know when I will get MY car back, honestly I don t even want the car anymore. I work in a profession that deals with the public and can t imagine I would have a job if I ever spoke to our customers or my colleagues the way I have been spoken to by your used car manager Jeff. It s a shame he had to get off a phone call but more shameful is the fact I had to take a car in for service I had for 3 days.

Great service experience. My service advisor Tony was awesome, great communication, friendly and made sure to ease my mind as this repair was very unexpected. The cashier was also very friendly. Honestly, they all were friendly. Definitely recommend for servicing.

Would not recommend servicing your car. Requested a courtesy car but because I have Progressive they provide a rental car from Enterprise. I asked the day before if it was going to be there or if I had to wait or go somewhere else to pick it up since I knew I wouldn t have too much time and the person on the phone assured it would be waiting.Of course it was not and I was told that it never is here and they don t know why someone told me that. I ended up repeatedly asking them to call me a Lyft instead but they kept saying the rental would arrive shortly. Finally after 40 minutes I asked for my car back since I needed to get home and this is when they finally called me a Lyft.At this point I should have just taken my car back due to the service being bad already but left it there since it was overdue for an oil change. Bad mistake, once I got the car back I found scratches throughout the front, back and on the doors.I would strongly advise you to not have your car serviced here but if you do, please check it when you pick it up to ensure they did not damage it. I should have inspected the car with them but they had parked it outside and no advisor walked me out to my car.Expensive lesson learned here as I am going to have to spend more money to get the scratches fixed.

This is the second time I had the worst headache with the representative at their service department that s a female young white girl. Rather than having to deal with her and talk to her with rudeness I rather just leave and follow how my intuition, but I rather not ever have to deal with her again. It s upsetting that I have to deal with this unprofessional nature. When I do my part, you know. Very upset client of Audi.

Service department the worst. My engine went on 1-95 had it towed here. My first mistake. I called immediately the next morning telling Teresa I need her to contact my warranty company so they will pay for a rental. 3 days went by. I had to pay for those days. I receive a text from her telling me I had to pay for two diagnostic charges. Your warranty company won t pay for them. Ok. Give me an update on my new motor. I m told my warranty company will only pay 12500.00. Audi wanted an additional 3000.00 from me. When I asked why she told me that there is a book that warranty companies use. Audi has its own book for fees. I told her to call the warranty company and negotiate with them. I know 8 months earlier I had to have the pistons replaced and it went over and they paid it. She did not call. After numerous text not being answered I decided to have the car towed to another repair shop. In the end my engine cost over 20000.00 and my warranty company paid. I had to pay Teresa the one diagnostic charge. I called the service manager no return call. They sent me a text about the service and I told them I was dissatisfied. They said someone would be in touch with me. I m still waiting. I have all the text back and forth and when Teresa stopped answering them. Do not use this service center. Everyone else was nice. My technician need a training course in customer service. Please do not respond to call the manager. I already did, no return call. 2015 A4. Look it up continuously leaks oil. Bad engines. Google it. Adding this after owner responded. My 3rd party warranty was amazing and I now have a new engine. The only problem I had with them was the communication between your service department and them. Once I had it towed elsewhere it was fixed beyond my expectations. Sometime a 3rd warranty come thru. Mine definitely did. I would purchase this warranty again.

Long gone are the days of customer service!HORRIBLE experience today.1st after waiting for a call to let me know the part came, which they never did, so I finally call to find out it s been sitting there.Ok fine, I go to pick it up & inquire about service to put it on, the attitude from the guy was just like I was bothering him at work!I just left Good luck with them!

Bought my Durango from Brian S he was excellent . After so many bad experiences with other dealers Brian and the finance manger Phil provided a refreshing experience. Worst audi in NJ definitely worst on the east coast, maybe the whole country? Theres a reason why no one buys cars from cherry hill, other audi dealerships in the area literally give you a deal when you buy from them that they ll come get your car for service (even if they're located in PA /DE) just so you can avoid going to cherry hill lol! Ive never heard of that before until now bought 50+ cars in my life never from cherry hill when I ve lived here my whole life that tells you all you need to know. They never get the job done! First review I ve ever done because they're so bad.

The black lady in the office is a liar they need to put cameras in her office cause she ripping people off . I gave her $3,820 watch her count it 3xs I gave her a $50 tip she gave me a receipt and I signed off on it and left. 30 minutes later she called and said she missing $640.00 dollars they left a message on my phone threatening saying bring money back or they are pressing charges I said ok see yall in court I can t believe Audi ! It s that lady who controls the money

I had an extraordinary experience working with Michael Didio and Andrew Garber at Cherry Hill Audi to purchase, sight unseen, a 2014 Audi RS7. They even paid $2,000 to ship the RS7 to my door in Denver!The vehicle was exactly as described and in near perfect condition. When I took it to my mechanic, they could not find anything that needed to be done. The paint and interior were immaculate as well!Michael and Andrew were extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and ethical throughout this difficult transaction on a $114,000 car.Thank you for a painless and no regrets vehicle purchase experience!

My parents just recently bought a Q7 2021 on Wednesday and Sergio Johnson gave us the quickest and most pleasant experience getting this car. He exceeded our expectations and was very professional, well communicated, and very patient with us as we were deciding. I brought my car in because it was making a rattling sound (and a couple of other issues). The issues, that required me to purchase replacement parts, were taken care of immediately. They said they didn't hear the noise. I heard it as soon as I drove out of the garage. I had to return another day to install the parts that were ordered. I complained about the rattling sound and AGAIN was told they couldn't hear it, but that AUDI said it could be a loose bolt somewhere and they tightened it. That made absolutely no sense to me or the mechanics at Firestone, who I brought it to afterwards. In less than 15 mins, Firestone called me (before I even reached my house) to tell me it was a broken piece of the brake pad that was causing the sound. They even showed me the broken part! How did AUDI perform a safety and brake inspection and NOT notice a broken brake pad part....TWICE?I've never felt so unsafe leaving a dealership service until coming to Cherry Hill Audi. The technicians didn't do their job and the service writer was just as dishonest as the tech. Thank goodness it wasn't something very serious. But how would anyone know if the complaint was never assessed? I was told management would contact me about the issue and I have never received a call from anyone.Their service department is dishonest and lacks integrity. I am as shocked as I am disappointed with this dealership.

Sales Personnel at Cherry Hill Audi treated me with extreme professionalism. Those personnel were Mark Tambo (Sales Manager) and Andrew Garber (Sales Associate). They walked me through the entire process and allowed me to receive a very generous deal. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to Purchase or Lease an Audi. Top notch Sales Crew at Cherry Hill Audi!

The lady that sits all the way to the left from the service entrance... rolled her eyes when I said I replaced the brakes. Not everyone that comes to the dealership to get service is incompetent to work on their own vehicle. It was very rude. Also I came here for a 75k service and I have a strong feeling they didn't check everything because my coolant was low. Which is very frustrating because that service is well over 700 dollars.

Joel and Matt Mazie made purchasing our first Audi a breeze. My mother always had wanted an Audi and they made it possible. They gave us a great deal, and were there for us throughout the whole process. We felt very comfortable purchasing a car at Cherry Hill Audi and didn't feel pressured by the team at all. They were accommodating with my wish for not touching the exterior of the car, which I was not expecting! Matt made the delivery process extremely easy, giving us a great tutorial on how to use all of the features of the new Audi. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we drove off the lot in our new car, we never once felt like we were doing the wrong thing purchasing the car from them. I have uploaded a picture as a proof, I have been your customer for past two years.I would implore and advise you to get a new team of nicer and customer service oriented reps. Customer reps in the service area are very unpolite, if not rude and highly inefficient. They have a very bad attitude towards the customers. You have to call multiple times to get an answer (nobody answers the call). Sometimes your car is in for days for a simple service like, an oil change, and you would not get any feedback from them. Its super hard to get a loaner at your dealership and even if you reserve it, months in advance, they would not have it on the lot for you (how hard can that be), and would rather drop you at a car rental and leave you at their mercy which I think is highly uncourteous in my opinion.Lastly, the food and coffee quality in your waiting area is pretty pathetic as well.
