Thank you so much for the quick response and towing my 18 after she got hit.I HIGHLY recommend them!!!My trailer was towed to their yard until another truck could come and pick it up. Super nice people, friendly atmosphere, professional, definitely KNEW what they were doing!Huge shout out to Odie who towed me out to our Allentown, PA Terminal with your brand new Kenworth Boom Wrecker. Wow, I did have a broken line a damaged hubcap and Justin not only fixed, he did an amazing job like it was his own truck, clean and neat! GOD BLESS THIS YOUNG MECHANIC.On my next road service I don't want no one else than Justin, he is the best!, This like Him make a company great!

Wayne and Patrick are two very competent people who helped me out when others could not. My trailer had broken down others tried to fix to know avail.The last call I made was to B&L towing and it should have been my first. They took care of my problem quickly as possible in my opinion. Went above and a beyond picked up correct parts and got me back on the road.Thank you, B&L recovery and towing and thanks again to Wayne and Patrick. Good honest people are hard to find. I'd give you 20 stars if I could. Thanks again

Put in application. They so rude! I went in and filled it out. The lady was so nice. I waited long time for filing application. I filled it out and the lady gave me a card. So I can call. 3 weeks later. I called. Just to check up on applications. The lady who picked up the phone is so rude. Because I want to talk to hiring manager. I swear when it comes to looking for a job now. These people here so rude! Makes me want to go back to Philly. They really have a disgusting attitude.

B&L is amazing!They truly saved my day... My truck broke down on a trip from Virginia to Upstate New York for an important once in a lifetime medical conference. They sent a tow driver immediately, scrambled to diagnose a broken/rare starter, found a replacement and fixed it in less than 3.5hrs! I was back on the road in time for the conference... I could not be happier.Special kudos to JOSE who was the face of the company as the tow driver. He was polite, professional, funny and kept me calm and at ease. He put me in touch with some of the managers (WAYNE and PATRICK) who heard my story and jumped to the rescue. I can not thank you all enough. You all deserve praise -and a raise! $ Thanks again!Zach

B&L Recovery and towing is the most predatory, rude, unreasonable, and disrespectful towing company in the area. While on a job site one of B&Ls tow trucks waited for our crew to leave our jobsite (where we were allowed to park) and towed our trailer without reasonable cause. When we went to pick it up, they refused to take our credit card even though there is a sicker on the window stating they take credit cards, causing our foreman to waste hours of his time to go pull cash. While trying to recover our trailer we were forced to get the police involved because of their outrageous rules and restrictions. Through the process they continued to be as difficult as possible. Now let s talk about the price. Let me be clear, our trailer was parked in the correct spot, but these crooks charged us $550 for Heavy duty towing and an additional $150 for a storage fee. Mind you, they towed our trailer 2.3 miles. Based on the NJ laws for towing this is considered to be unlawful per the Predatory towing prevention act section 56:13-16 section H To monitor, patrol, or otherwise surveil a private property for the purposes of identifying vehicles parked for unauthorized purposes and towing a motor vehicle parked for an unauthorized purpose from such private property without having been specifically requested to tow such vehicle by the owner of the property . We contacted the owner of the property we were towed from, and they did not call the tow truck, nor have they seen any other vehicles be towed from the property while they have been in business. On the contrary we received permission from the property to park our trailer there while performing our restoration.B&L Recovery and towing purposefully sought out our trailer and towed it WITHOUT REASONABLE CAUSE.

Ruined my whole day. First their driver Louis lied about my tire not being a Run Flat Tire just to get the money for a tow and then the other driver Jose scammed my wife s bank account by swiping it multiple times to get over $1000 for my car to be towed less than 4 miles. The worse experience ever and the con men need to be locked up.

Unfortunate Experience with B&L Recovery & TowingI would like to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by B&L Recovery & Towing. I encountered significant issues related to business ethics and professionalism during a recent incident.Following an accident on the parkway involving my father with his car, which was deemed drivable by a police officer, B&L Recovery & Towing insisted on towing the vehicle, though my father was merely one mile away from the destination.The unnecessary towing not only incurred additional expenses but also inconvenienced us significantly (having to take time off from work). This resulted in charges for 5 miles, hook-up fees, and two days of storage, despite the car being in their possession for only 20 hours.The communication from the company created confusion, implying that the car couldn't be released without an insurance adjuster's evaluation, which was not accurate. Additionally, there was an unnecessary focus on determining who would be responsible for repairs rather than addressing the immediate towing and storage payment options.This experience raises concerns about the need for better regulations on private towing businesses operating under city contracts. I encourage others who have faced similar issues to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the local township to address these questionable business practices.

Screwed and tattooed for a simple airline. Insane highway robbery markup. Zero chance I'd ever return. Which is unfortunate because it would have been nice to have a shop.in.tbe area. Really bad business thinking we'd never be back.

Driver Kenny was absolutely amazing. This is the second time he has had to tow my vehicle. Car gave him some issues but he worked it & got my car where it needed to be. Also he arrived quickly & updated me on his arrival. Very prompt. Very professional & super courteous!

WARNING: Stay away from this place! I can t fathom how a company like this is allowed to operate. They are essentially thieves with abysmal customer service. The reason my daughter s car had to be towed there was that it was on the parkway, and that s where they exploit you. Once your car is in their clutches, it s a nightmare. They refused to let my daughter retrieve her belongings until she paid in full for their services. On top of that, you have to decide what to do with the car right then and there. I ended up calling a junk car service so I could at least get some cash for my car because B&L doesn t offer any money for your junked car; they simply take it to a local junkyard.When I arrived to pick up my car with the company that was taking it, I showed up at 8 am. Even though there were people in the office and the yard was open, they insisted I had to wait until 9 am. This rule is posted in their office but not online, which can be confusing. You d expect some leniency, especially considering I had driven 2 hours to get there, but NO, THEY DON T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. They were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Finally, after waiting for another few hours for the outside company to send someone to take my car, B&L still took a significant amount of time to release my car. They told us, Please hurry up; I don t do this kind of stuff back here. Just get the car and go. Another example of their rudeness and unprofessionalism, which seems to be the norm here.STAY AWAY!

Driver of truck 192 was greatBut the company is overpriced they charged me an extra 150$ on a town just because they had to use a winch to get my truck onto the back of the truck. I do not recommend using this company unless you wanna empty your wallet out

We called a tow truck, but they didn't give us towing assistance. We drove to their repair shop and replaced an air bag. When we checked out, they charged us for a tow truck rescue fee. When we were leaving, they closed the door. They refused to let us leave and forcibly charged us a towing fee of 300 yuan. They are really bad towing companies. For us truck drivers, driving trucks is also a very dangerous occupation. They are making easy money from us. Their hard-earned money, their employees are very good, but the boss is very evil and keeps asking the drivers for extra fees. I am just posting my personal experience and hope that the drivers will avoid this place and not be deceived again.

Towing service was great.The service department service supervisor WAYNE is a stone cold CROOK. I could have brought a ECM myself for $2600. They brought ECM for $2400. They charged me on my bill $3600 if that's not robbery then what is it? I don't recommend doing business with them.

Blown tire on turnpike. Waited for BL towing, driver was awesome but dispatch waiting was ridiculous with attitude. If she don t like her job find a new 1.

My experience with the B&L Recovery & Towing left me frustrated and inconvenienced. After my car was towed, they insisted that I needed to be physically present at their premises in NJ to release my vehicle. This requirement was highly impractical, especially considering the significant distance involved. They showed no flexibility or willingness to work out an alternative solution, such as allowing a trusted representative to pick up the car with notarized consent from me This rigid policy made the retrieval process incredibly burdensome and time-consuming. If you're dealing with them and you're not local, prepare for a challenging ordeal.

I needed some equipment to be towed out of the mud. They told me the price was around 950. and I agreed. They came towed me out. After they left I realized that I had to be towed in another eight feet out. I asked him if they could please return and pull me the distance out. This was a local tow by the way not far from their office at all. The man on the phone told me I would need to pay him another 700.00 to get them to return.. I couldn't believe the bad business. That just says a lot about the character of the owners of this business. The staff and the driver was great. But I would recommend elsewhere Due to character of the owner very Stingy.

Dennis was amazing. My daughter s vehicle was disabled 7-27-21 and he showed up with a smile during an intense experience on the Parkway. He answered all our questions. He was very helpful. Employees like Dennis are what make a business reputable. We lost a wheel trailering a boat 100+ miles from home. Dennis was extremely kind, professional and helpful, from the moment he showed up. I have never posted a review of anything before, which goes to show how thankful I am for the services provided by B&L and the kindness of Dennis in our time of need. Thanks guys! My boyfriend and I were in route to Boston and our windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a big storm. Dennis S arrived within 10 minutes of us calling our insurance company. This company is trash when it comes to communication I had them tow my car off the parkway and although the driver was nice when they dropped my car they damaged my bumper and muffler been trying to call and talk to them about it keep getting the run around it s been over a month and can t talk to manager or owner no one it s always empty promises we will call back or call back the next day and still nothingService: Car towing

Smitty is an amazing driver ! He saved my son off the side of the garden state parkway while he hit some debris on the road! Smitty took us where we were safe and secure so we could wait for AAA. He stayed the whole time and made sure we were safe. Smitty rescued me from the side of the parkway while traffic was at 80mph! I hit debris from someone s negligence not securing their cargo. Smitty stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was safe. B and L has great service the dispatcher was able to send out Justin the mechanic on Labor Day to help me figure out why my truck wouldn t start and instead of giving up he went out his way to test everything to figure out the problem. Justin showed me, an owner operator that there is honest and genuine mechanics out there. Thank you Justin for your help.

The driver Jose came to my rescue when I accidentally got my car stuck. My car was in a ver difficult spot to get out. Jose was patient and careful with my car. He was able to get my car back on the road quickly and did not damage my car in any way. I am so happy with this tow service. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling B&L tow and recovery.

Theifs they stole alot of things from my car including a carbon fiber shift knob and they damaged my gear towing my car costing me a 1000$ don't ever call them for your own good don't believe it then u should try them pc of garbage business
