I've gotten 3 used cars from Kindle and I cant say I have any complaints!Every 5000 Miles .....change Oil and rotate tires!I don't even think about my cars performance, I know the Kindle techs make sure of it after doing a check list that takes a look at your major and minor components.If you haven't made Kindle your service center, now's the time to check it out!

Title: Exceptional Service with Room for ImprovementReview: I recently visited the Kindle Ford Service Department in Cape May Court House, NJ for a 60,000-mile service on my F350 Platinum. The experience was certainly worthy of a five-star rating. I was able to get my vehicle in for service first thing in the morning without any hassle, and the attentive staff was quick to get the job started.The provided shuttle service was great and driver was extremely professional and great chatting with. The waiting room had a great beverage selection including bottle water and a cappuccino machine that I enjoyed.The team's dedication to their work and their commitment to customer service was evident throughout my visit. However, I would suggest that they be more accurate with their pricing as I received two different quotes of 1100 and 900, and the final bill was significantly different.Moreover, during the tire rotation process, only four out of six tires on my truck were rotated. The TPMS caps weren't switched, was a bit disappointing and dangerous. What concerned me the most was that the tire pressures were not checked adequately. The rear tires that were inflated to 90 psi were rotated and placed on the front, and the front tires that were inflated to 65 psi were placed on the rear. I discovered this anomaly while towing a significant load, over 8 tons. I noticed this by feel because the tpms reported it was all good because it thought the pressure were correct because they weren't switched. I pulled over preventing a safety issue that could have been easily prevented, to rectify the issue, after burning an extra hour and half on my trip.Despite these hiccups, I would still consider the overall service good. Kindle Ford Service Department demonstrates great potential, and with a few improvements, it could exceed expectations. I look forward to seeing these enhancements during my next visit.
