They did a fine job towing my trucks but when we got to the destination the price was $100. More then they told me. After a couple messages left for Adam I'm still waiting for a call back. It's been about 3 weeks.

I purchased a SUV with less than 10k miles on it in July and immediately starting having engine issues. I brought it to the service center in August and they couldn't find the issue. Brought it back a week ago and still couldn't find the issue with the engine. Only continued to bring it back to them because I paid extra for extended warranty. They tried to charge me for things i take care of myself like tire rotation and oil change (when my car is nowhere near due and its covered under warranty), with their clear lack of knowledge on cars i asked them to not touch my tires. My car has a tracker and i can see if they went for a test drive like i had requested and they did not. They then kept my car for 8 hours to do absolutely nothing with it. I brought it elsewhere and they immediately found the engine issue. Same issue with the new truck purchased from them (bought new 2022 f250, engine issues, had to bring elsewhere to find solution) I would not recommend this service center to anyone.Update:After leaving this review the apparent female manager left me an incredibly rude voice mail telling me i am "threatening her livelihood" and was told I was not allowed back since i posted a bad review. Her manager was apologetic and I was told to disregard what she said. I had to take it all the way up to corporate just to get help. If she did her job this wouldn't be an issue, she shouldn't be in customer service. I've heard complaints from others about her aswell.

Buyer beware!!! Trucks, cars and suvs bought here don't last long. learned the hard way. Brought truck, less than two years old, in multiple times for service, was told nothing was wrong. No explanation as to why it sounded as though it was going to blow up. Ended up having to get a new vehicle. Vehicles are expensive, I don't want anyone else to be stuck in a similar situation. Your best bet is to drive a bit further to a different Ford dealership. According to these other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing issue. The employees just don't care.

Our salesman, Tom and the finance manager, Brian were AWESOME. They were patient and accommodating and were a pleasure to work with. The sales manager, Fran, however was an absolute nightmare. I'm pretty certain that "I'm going to be able to sell this car with or without you buying it," is not a sales tactic that most establishments utilize. If it is yours, that's a shame. I'm actually a little disappointed in myself for buying the vehicle because he was so absolutely awful. At one point he replied to a statement I made with " well you'll just have to get over it". ONLY because we were so interested in that particular car and Tom was a great guy did we even remain at the dealership We decided to purchase, despite your sales managers insufferable rudeness. Fran, via curt phone conversation, told my husband to have the finance paperwork emailed to him which we did. Then he promtly left for the day and never sent it to the finance manager to finish. We then had to start from scratch to get the paperwork to who it needed to go to, putting us staying a solid hour and a half after your closing time, and we still had a two hour drive home.In the past 5 years I have purchased 6 cars (including this one). 3 of them in New Jersey as a matter of fact, and NEVER have I had an experience like this.I am aware that this review will probably not lead to any changes in your operation, sales will continue on as usual and my experience will have no bearing on the way you conduct your business. But I can say I will never recommend your dealership and will likely dissuade anyone I know from going there. It's a shame because the other employees we interacted with during our visit were very friendly and Tom and Brian were so easy to work with. But it only takes one bad apple and Fran ruined the entire bunch.

We had a dead battery and my key fob wasn't working so I thought we were going to need a tow to the dealership to get it fixed. After being connected to a different company that didn't help us and left us stranded, Tom from Kindle Ford Towing came out and helped us out. In the time it took me to get my key fob, he had discovered that it was just my battery and he fixed it in five minutes. Not only did he come to our rescue faster than Honda roadside assistance said it would take, he did a check first to see if he could help before towing. Thank you Tom, and thank you Kindle Ford!Service: Battery

I'd give it 6 stars if it let me. On my vacation, I brought in my '16 Wrangler that was making lots of noise and spilling its black guts all over the back end of the car. Brent D. took the car for a ride with me, and diagnosed that there were some major problems, not just a faulty oil change that I suspected. Told me they were super busy and might not get me done by the end of my vacation. They diagnosed the problem as an almost-blown transfer case. They ordered the new parts ASAP and got the car fixed even faster. Got it to me not only before my vacation ended, but before the weekend of week one (of two). I was blown away by Brent, the service staff, and how quickly they were able to get my car back to me, all under warantee. The car shifts and drives like new. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much Kindle!!!

The body shop is top notch and friendly. The mechanic dept is another story. They try to rip you off! $50 to patch my tire, $10 at walmart. Said my 1 year old car was "due for an alignment" yeah don't trust them.

I don t know who does the tech work but I ve seen multiple cases of loose bolts, one in a explorer that had a turbo replacement and half the engine was laying on the axle.. now today I notice in fusion with a engine replacement has missing oil pan bolts and a bolt from the exhaust bracket wedged in the engine mount, the other one missing. Don t take your car here to get serviced, very unprofessional and eventually someone s gonna get killed.

How does it cost $270 to install a battery on an 06 Ford Escape??? That's excluding the $130 they charge for the battery...
