From the minute I walked in the showroom, everyone at Burke Subaru was welcoming and helpful. Dave greeted us and offered to let us test-drive the cars we liked. Our salesman, Matt was kind, patient, and a great listener. He made sure that our requests were honored and that the best available price was offered. Because of Matt, we ended up leasing an even nicer car than we expected. Roy made the financial and legal aspects easy. What a great staff! Highly recommend visiting Burke Subaru for your next car.

Everyone in the dealership was polite ,knowledgeable and friendly. We were completely satisfied with the service. I have never experienced such service before. Our salesman Joe Bataglia was very knowledgeable and helpful in what could have been a harrowing experience without his help. Both myself and my girlfriend were extremely pleased with him. We really appreciate the prompt, friendly, thorough service we receive at Burke Motor Group! We bought our Subaru from them (& will again when we need the next one) and have them service it for us as well. They send us coupons & we accrue points for each dollar we spend for further discounts towards services or purchases. It s a win, win all around! Love doing business with them, they re great!

Absolutely the best car buying experience. I ve purchased 3 cars before from other dealers and I always left with a bit of a sinking feeling like I could have done better and I was just robbed. And each time, I really was robbed when I showed the paperwork to other people later. This time, I did my research and checked out truecar and costco auto and absolutely all those sites that promise a great deal. I narrowed down what I wanted and test drove it at a nearby dealership to make sure.Then the bargaining began. I knew what MSRP was, what package I wanted and I wasn t picky about colors. I emailed and spoke to about 20 dealers in 100 mile radius of me. I put everything on a spreadsheet to see who was giving me the best deal, cross checked which dealerships got good reviews on Google, and went back to those to see if they would go down in price. I had a really good feeling about Burke because they were really responsive and absolutely transparent, breaking down all the fees for me and sending me a written proposal as requested. When I got down to 2, it was just Burke and another dealership and the difference was about $400. I emailed Jeremy and Christina and they went even lower and asked me if they could earn my business. I like that, it s a very classy question. Everyone else tried to make me feel like I should be grateful because they were giving me a great deal (which was a lie). It was an easy decision and I didn t bargain any further once they asked me that.It got better at the dealership. They had a little bag of goodies for my dog. She loved her Chewbaru and carried it around the entire time. Nothing extra was thrown into the paperwork, everything was exactly as discussed. They gave me a few extra goodies too, which were very nice. Overall, I give them a 10 for outstanding service, and really caring about their customers. They never even asked for a Google review but I personally look at reviews all the time and I know how it can help a small business.Do not hesitate, if you need a car, they will absolutely take care of you! (I got a brand new Subaru Impreza RS and it is gorgeous). Thanks, Jeremy, Christina, Matt, Roy and the whole Burke team!!

I've been going to Burke for my Subaru leases since 2012 and am now on my fifth leased Outback. Burke Subaru is a great company and they take very good care of their customers. David Hand has been my go-to guy since 2012 and I adore him. I am very happy with my relationship with Burke.

I finally finished my 14 month odyssey dealing with Burke. In January of 2022 I bought a pre-owned late model Impreza from Burke.I searched in four different states for a low mileage pre-owned Impreza, and Burke was by far the best value I found. I came from Northern New York and picked me up at the Atlantic City airport to bring me down to the dealership. The buying process was easy. They really had a respect for my time, and the 7 hour drive home with my new car that I had to make that day. I felt the customer service was top notch.The serious problems I've had with Burke have been their willful disregard and complete lack of thoroughness when it came to the administrative aspects of buying the car, and then getting the extended warranty refunded.Prior to buying the car I e-mailed all of the documents, such as my current registration for my license plates, and insurance paperwork to my point of contact in sales. When I made the 7 hour drive home I was under the impression that Burke had already contacted my insurance company using the information I had provided them, as I lacked key information such as the VIN number. The next day I discovered they never had, and I made the 7 hour drive with an uninsured vehicle. It could have been catastrophic.Six months later I realized I needed a larger vehicle, and I sold the Impreza I bought from Burke and purchased a pre-owned Subaru Forester from a dealership in New York. I had a great buying experience from that dealership, and am extremely happy with what is now my 4th Subaru.I went about trying to get a pro-rated refund on the extended warranty I had bought from Burke when I purchased my Impreza from them. My point of contact in sales, Roy, provided the necessary paperwork which I submitted in July. Then there was nothing, no refund was issued, my e-mails and voicemails went unanswered from both Roy and the dealership, and when I was able to speak to Roy on the phone I always received an excuse that it would be handled "on Monday".Except that it never was. This went on for months and months. Finally it took the direct involvement of Subaru's national office. At first they directed me to contact Burke's accounts payable office, who stated they had nothing to do with refunds (what!?!?), as well as continue trying to contact Roy, or anyone else as the sales department. And finally the national office had to get directly involved, and reportedly send a manager to the Burke dealership. And after 8 months I *finally* received a refund check from Subaru for the warranty.The initial positive sales experience I had with Burke was overshadowed by their incompetence, willful or otherwise, when it came to administrative aspects.I have bought four pre-owned Subarus from four dealerships over the years. I hopefully will never have to deal with Burke again. Think very carefully before you do.

Bought my first Subaru yesterday and could not have had a better experience. James was excellent at getting me a great price and taking the time to explain all the features of my new car. Roy in finance was quick and efficient at getting the numbers where they needed to be. He also entertained my two young daughters, keeping them occupied during the process. I financed my first car through Burke Subaru - what an exciting day that was! Collin Sporl was my salesperson & he was really quite polite and welcoming. He also had a genuine interest & expertise with vehicles.The bits of the sale that stand out to me the most being a first-time purchaser... the goodie bag that they gave me: a nice canvas tote, collapsible dog water bowl, Thermos, stuffed squeaky toy for my dog (I mentioned wanting a vehicle that is good for dog people; Collin took note of that, as did Jeremy and Roy. All very attentive men!) the time & care spent with me to ensure I felt comfortable with my purchase & how Collin seemed to read my mind about what vehicle I would like when the one I was initially interested in sold out!Overall it was a very pleasant experience to finance a vehicle with Burke Subaru.

From the first call to wrapping up the paperwork, each individual I worked with at Burke Subaru was phenomenal! Everyone was professional and courteous. Colin is seriously the best. I came in last second before a long road trip due to a screw in my tire. Colin got the car right into the shop and kept me updated at each point in the diagnostic process. If I lived around here I would only come to this garage, it s full of great people, especially Colin!

Mike Bishop, the Service Consultant was the nicest person to deal with. We first discussed my cars issue when he took care of during a routine oil change.I dropped my car off the night before my appointment which was very easy and Mike followed up the next day to confirm the issue I was having before they started working. He touched base and let me know the progress on car and assured me I would be able pick it up on time later that day. I would recommend the team at Burke for sales and service. Great experience.

I cannot say enough about Colin the associate who greets you at Burke Subaru service center. He is so informative, efficient, and he lets you know a reasonable time your service will be completed by. The waiting area is comfortable and I was asked if I wanted a water by another associate. The time went quickly and I was out in no time. I ll definitely be back for all my service needs!

New clean and bright showroom purchased a VW and Outback here and would highly recommend this dealership to locals and anyone who comes down to the shoreSince purchasing this vehicle I recently had a recall issue with no follow-up arrogant responses and no follow up after six callsAvoid this dealership for service due to the general lack of communication customer service and no follow upI would no longer recommend this dealer and have moved my business to another local dealerThe service manager has no concept of customer service
