This is how my car looked after spending almost $200 for a detail. And the inside was not done very well. I was told to take it through the carwash and it will help. So after I refused to go through the car was because I paid for a hand wash and wax that's what I want they are supposed to take care of it tomorrow. I hope it's not going through the car wash after I leave.The owner Frank reached out to me and had the problem taken care of. Great customer service. And we will definitely be back. Thank you Frank and your crew. Keep up the good work.

Billy Bobs is in every way the best car wash I ve ever used and I lived in North Jersey most of my life so I ve used many. Everytime my truck is washed it s impeccably cleaned inside and out. The employees on every level are efficient and friendly. Always a great experience at Billy Bobs!

This is a great full service car wash. The staff is friendly and my car looks great. They also do a good job with the interior (vacuuming, wiping, and cleaning the windows). I highly recommend them.

Best car wash in Atlantic, Cape May, or Cumberland County. Great vacuum including rear of suv. Brushes are clean.. Good staff, hard workers!!

Just went through automatic car wash did not clean my car at all! Asked for a refund he said ma'am you need to wash your car before you go through the automatic carwash !! Owner refused to refund

I was having my Daughters car detailed for her BDay today 12/7 had an appointment at 8:30 am. Would have like the appointment a little later but was told he had to be 8:30 because they close at 4pm. My Daughter lives about 60 miles away. She arrived at 8:20 no one was at the business we waited till 9:00 am still no one.I made enormous phone calls to the business just to get an answer Machine. I look at the reviews and found a phone number for the owner and I called. Told him about the situation he responded very quickly ask me to bring the car the next day and I told him I was unable to do that. He ask me to leave the car in their Parking lot put her keys under the seat of the car and he would have someone there to detail the car. Some how my appointment was over look. I was impressed by the owner s compassion and the ability to get my daughter car done. At the end my daughter car was detailed and the owner charge me nothing. Great carwash and the membership is definitely worth it! The only thing is that I don t understand their hours, today at 2PM they were closed but the posted hours say 5:30PM.Thanks for the reply, I didn t realize it was about the weather, but thank you. Again this place is great!

One of the better car washes i have been to over the years.Prices are reasonable and team is friendly.Team did a great job on the car.This wash is a definitely being added to my "good car washes list" when im down that way.Theres not a ton of decent car washes around-- this is definitely one of the better ones in nj

I had used Billy Bobs in the past & am usually very pleased but today, Not So Much!! The front, hood & side mirrors are still very dirty & I purchased the Executive Wash!! Not to appear cheap but when u pay almost $25 for a car wash you can at least expect the car to appear clean!! I took pictures because I can t believe how dirty my car still was after spending $30 I could ve done a much better job.Frank the owner reached out to me immediately to rectify my experience with Billy Bob s. I must say he has done everything to ensure that my experience was not up to his standards, so I am going back today to get my car washed the correct way! I m confident this time they ll get it right, so I m changing my rating to 5 stars due to the owners quick response & my past experiences there. It s so refreshing to deal with a business that has pride in their product & is willing to stand behind it until they get it right!!

Headed to the ferry to Rehoboth Beach from New Hampshire. Truck was a mess from sand/salt of the last few storms and nasty driving. This place was GREAT. Truck looked brand new (it's a 2015) when I left. I did feel bad for the guys listening to this KAREN who was complaining about her floor mats. I think she expected them to scrub them, maybe if she wasn't such as slob..... They tolerated her poor behavior...

I go here all the time, I travel 30 minutes each way because they do such a great job, they help is very accommodating, friendly, I really recommend the shine and protect. Good car wash but when you buy the executive plan, they should include tire shine and not charge $4.00 to do it! Workers there are great!

They lie about how late there open.Lazy staff. I feel bad for the owner.I arrived at 5:06 and was turned away by staff when it says open until 5:30. I asked them why they don t list that there closed until 5 like everyone else in the area and the answer was I don t make the rules

Billy Bob's gets my car cleaner then any other car wash I have gone to. The staff are all hard workers and very thorough. Its the only place I would take my car to get washed in the area.

Place was busy but I feel they were short workers and that definitely affected the way my vehicle was cleaned. Wasn't happy spending $30 and having a so so job.

I'm here about 2-3 times a week. I recommend the monthly subscription. Staff are friendly and helpful. My truck always looks great and my belongings are NEVER touched!!!

Went to Billy Bob s six years ago, and it s worse now than it was then. Pay the $26 and just hope for the best? The best just does not happen. All four door jams on my truck still had the ridiculous amount of pollen caked on them. Still had the exact amount of beach sand from grandkids on back floors, and I have weather tech floor mats, not carpet. They broke the clips that hold my weather tech floor mats on the passenger side and shoved the front seat all the way up so I wouldn t see it until I got home. And they never sprayed my tires with the tire shine stuff. I don t ever expect miracles but geez. Too bad there s not a zero star rating.

Several years ago I was gifted a coupon for a "free" car wash. This afternoon I stopped to ask if it would be honored. Contrary to what the manager saod, a blanket denial was made saying she did not initial it and it wasnt valid. My daughter spent $30 on a gift to me and I was dealt with anamosity, rudeness and who knows what else was said . I asked to talk to the owner, Mr Frank Scavetti and was denied. I called the police to try to have some resolution. Now the $30 is not the issie. It is common coutedy. The manager lied to the police. I have business asspciates that state that Mr Scavetto is a good guy. Now I have been banned for tresspassing. It is uncortunate that the behaivor of his employees do not practice the goodwill that the owner does off premises.

UPDATE: Frank,the owner,gave me his personal phone number to call him when I'm next in town to have my car cleaned at no cost. He gave me his personal guarantee that I will be satisfied.He responded very quickly and was accommodating.His customer service alone lets me know that I will be taken care of at my next visit.I'm looking forward to sharing my next experience as I know it will be 5 My car is still dirty inside. There is still tree sap on my windshield. Whatever they clean with on the interior is still on the vent covers. There's actually a piece of trash(straw wrapper) still in the door of the car.Service: Vacuuming

Just tried for first time. Wasn't the best. Windshield was still dirty went back and had them clean it. Didn't notice till I got home but they never wiped down the back interior. I have a large dog that rides in back seat alot. Didn't expect it to be perfect but for 36 bucks and a 5 tip I Wasn't thrilled.

You now get 1 star. Your customer service is atrocious!!! There is no one there who looks like a manager, maybe you manager should have your manager wear a uniform identifying he/she is a manager. Thank you for your ignorant reply to my complaint. Its hard to believe your attitude. You call me a liar and threaten to report me for mentioning a Car Dealer. Its time to RETIRE Frank! You are obviously burnt out. It's not the customers job to police your employees. Maybe you should lean how to take constructive criticisms.I've seen the owners reply to bad reviews, not good business to argue when you get a complaint. Maybe Frank needs to retire, his attitude is reflected in the staff, nobody smiles and the wash wasn't good, many spots were missed. I'm not going back , it's not worth the aggravation. I'll just go to Kindle from now on.

Had good experiences in the past. On the last visit not so much. Upon learning this, the owner sent me his number, we spoke and he could not have been nicer. He made good with a free wash that he personally supervised. Definitely won me over. He was extremely pleasant and professional.

Terrible! For $36.00 plus tip I expected a better job. The wind shield was smeared, the driver's side mat was filthy. The side mirrors were left dirty.The rear window was only clean in the middle and water marks down the doors. I had to spend half and hour wiping my SUV down to get the water marks off! Next time I'll save my money and wash my SUV myself.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Updated review:I am changing my review because of the personal phone call that I received from the manager offering to make things right. The one employee (from initial review) still needs to go but the rest of the crew was very respectful and helpful and don't deserve to be judged because of one bad egg. The car wash itself was actually very good and they did everything they could to remove a stain without chathing extra. Great management starting with the on-site guy and later from the follow up from management. Also they had a lot of guys out sick so I have been told that the wait is abnormal.First review:Took 45 minutes for my car to get into the actual wash. They are understaffed and the only worker here told me to "relax" when I was simply pointing out some rust stains from our parking garage. Frank the manager needs to get this together.

I ve been coming to this car wash every other weekend every Spring/Summer for the past 3 years. There is generally a long line, but don t let it scare you- it s because they actually do a full job vacuuming. On the very rare occasion something gets missed (it can happen anywhere) I ve simply raised it to the manager or one of the owners (who are very friendly and committed to customer service) and they take care of it, no questions asked. As an added plus, one of the owners is a retired police officer who was a first responder for 9/11. Support our heroes!I live in PA and can t wait to take my car here starting in the Spring because I know they will do a better job cleaning it than any of the places back home.
