Found a fender at MY AUTO STORE with a much better price than anywhere else, plus free shipping! Called and spoke with them to verify my paint code and they went above and beyond to make sure it was the correct color. I ordered and paid online, but I figured with free shipping, I'd be waiting a while for my part. Instead, it was delivered in about three business days, and I couldn't be happier. The fender was marked a grade A and in my opinion it could have been grade A++++. Overall, it was an easy process with great customer service, fast free shipping, and a top of the line product. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience purchasing from MY AUTO STORE and as a female who has not always had the easiest time trying to get used body parts for my 328xi, I'll be a customer for life.

I ordered an Headlight Assembly for my 2011 Volvo S60 T6 which is a Xenon HID. I found it on My Auto Store Website and was in contact on their chat with a representative named Anthony. He was EXCELLENT to communicate with. The pictures of the part on the website was spot on and I ordered it and the price was unbeatable. I received the exact part that was on the website. It was packed perfectly with bubble wrap and the shipping box was heavy duty and not damaged in anyway. I installed the Headlight Assembly immediately, and worked perfectly. Thank You Anthony and My Auto Store. I will be looking at you first whenever I need a part for any car.

Amazing customer service!! I purchased a front drivers glass for our Navigator. The first item sent to us was the back glass. I called spoke to a very nice gentleman and he advised me I would be sent the correct item and that he was deeply sorry for my inconvenience. From the time I first placed my order, being sent the wrong item and another sent in it's place it was only 2 1/2 weeks for the whole ordeal. Fastest I have ever gotten anything I ordered online. Most definitely wi check to see if they may have as by future item I may need!!!

I ordered an interior door panel(used), it was in almost perfect condition. It has a small cut on it. I am not complaining for it was in excellent condition as far as I am concerned It only cost $76.33 which is a great price for the type of car I needed it for. Totally thumbs up, Thank you.

Okay so I visited 3 junkyards and called 2, looking for a simple order of a tan/driver s side visor for Dodge Durango. Nada. Google showed me this website. well maintained, secure order, great communication, and quick delivery. I was apprehensive and nervous. Took a chance and never looked back. Email showed tracking number and it was delivered 2days before expected delivery. FedEx/fragile and arrived, Looking brand new. Installed today and beyond satisfied. Thank You. Thank You.

I called and ordered a passenger side mirror for my 07 Nissan Maxima. And frankly I was pleased with the item I received. I haven't installed the unit yet...but everything seems to be intact. [Heated glass][Auto dimming][Memory settings] etc!! I would definitely be buying from this seller again.

Bought an air filter box from them, offered a fair price & it was accepted. They also thru in a couple extra parts for free. Shipping was faster then I expected, seeing there in PA. & im in CT.. They are willing to help you , they talk to you and email you with up to date tracking.. I will definitely buy from again. A very happy customer .. 5 star rating :-)

They really go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I bought a part months ago, and the wrong item was sent. Eric immediately sent a new one the next day, but FedEx lost my package. He sent it a third time and I finally received the part today!

I ordered a used driver side mirror for my older Subaru Outback. It was in great shape and very good price compared to other sites (30% less). It was in great used shape and came very fast by fed ex.(2 days) Very happy!!

I ordered the odometer from My Auto Store and it worked for what I needed from it, just wished I would have looked closer because the fuel gauge wasn't the same as I needed. Basically bought it for the Speedometer part and it worked swapping the needle with motor and all over to mine that I broke and it worked. Great experience (online) and found what I needed at a good price, rather pay $40 for it than $100+ I been seeing on places like eBay! I won't mind at all if I had to purchase another vehicle item from this store!

Avoid this place, unhelpful salesmen. Ordered my parts with them: never saw the parts arrive, never saw a refund arrive either. Impossible to get in touch with them once that happens.

I bought a transmission for $850 after installing it the transmission is bad I deal with these people all the time next time I order a big ticket item get credit for it now they are refusing to give me credit they said it was too long ago don't buy from them they do not stand behind their product

I m hoping I get my part . I ordered a ecm for my celica I got tracking for it thought everything was going good my package was supposed to be here today I checked tracking and the package was never givin to fedex I called them they put me on hold then I got a voicemail no one can give me answers on what s goin on with my package if I get my package I ll change my review to 5 stars but I m starting to think their online store is a scam

Ordered a used transfer case for my Expedition from them over Ebay. They had fast communication via email and got the part in the mail to make for a speedy delivery! Very pleased with the part and service, everything was as described, installed and works just as it should!

What can i say about this business other then they are great. They do business like its supposed to be done. Great service great quality parts. Rest assured the part you are getting is 100% good. They dont sell garbage. When they say they have the part and its ready . Trust that it is. Will do plenty of business with this company.Its a little distance from my dealership but its well worth it and why not get a Philly steak while your there!

Sold me a defective engine. Then Told the shop to send compressing test on the dead cylinders , also on the ones that was alive. Then requested more test. Then told me they denied it because they didn t do the proper procedures, but that s a lie because the shop showed me them sendind it. Finally they accepted the engine but still didn t replace or refund my money

Part was delivered broken..I called they said I would be contacted to resolve the issue almost a week ago.. I haven't heard anything from them..so I paid for a broken part..have to use it I was left no choice.

My alternator went out on my work car at the worst time. I did some shopping around because I didn't have a lot of money to buy one. My Auto Store beat every price on the internet. I got it yesterday after only two days shipping and put it on last night. It works great!!! This place is fantastic and I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!Thanks guys for all you do!!
