I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and it was an easy process. It s a newer vehicle and through the Paul Miller lease plan my routine oil changes and services are covered. Daniel Z also helped me understand some options for my other vehicle leased through Paul Miller. It is clean inside and I got a coffee and used my laptop to do some work at a table. In and out in about 90minutes.

Excellent service from Dominick and the staff!I have a Honda Dealership close to my house, but I travel 15 miles to go to Paul Miller to get the car serviced instead! They are the best!

Excellent phone person making appt. Easy to get a time slot to wait for a basic service. Service advisor Bryan Puyen was very professional and courteous. He is a pro and takes care of business perfectly. He previously has assisted me, and I will use him in my future visits. In conclusion a very pleasant visit.

I have been coming here for ten years but today is the last time . The culture has shifted to much upselling service when it s not due or needed . The client advisors must be working on commissions. No coupons anymore and was going to charge forty extra to put in the plastic fasteners under the engine bay - my oil changes have been done here and they don t put them back . Rude service and no mgmt around to discuss, no more business from me . Going elsewhere for service and my next car

I just had my Pilot serviced at Paul Miller Honda, and it was an easy & pleasurable experience from beginning to end. I was able to easily make the appointment, and when I got there Daniel made sure that everything was taken care of.. from coordinating a loaner to car, to making sure my own car was returned washed and sparkling.

Service was prompt, explained in detail, and the employees are always welcoming and kind. Waiting area is comfortable along with convenient amenities such as coffee, internet service, charging ports, and plenty of seats. I will definitely return to this location.

Great customer service. I never had any issue with dealership. I got 5 cars from them over the years and never had any issue with sales representative or service department. I just had my first service on 2023 Accor Hybrid and it was great. No complaints what so ever.

It s always a great experience when I take my HRV to Paul Miller Honda. I went in this month with normal maintenance. Domenic G and Danny B were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything to me with no pressure to do anything more than what was needed. They were honest with telling me what was needed to be done and what could wait. I wouldn t take my Honda to another dealership and neither should you. You won t be disappointed!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time this year receiving service through Honda of West Caldwell. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Customer service is always top notch. But after my oil change they never place the window decal for service inside my windshield. I like seeing that as a constant reminder of service and when my next oil change is due and the mileage. Disappointed!

This is not my regular dealer but they took me in immediately when I brought my car in due to a thumping sound. Not only did they pull out a 1.25 inch screw from the tire, but they replaced the tire, took care of the warranty paperwork so I didn't have to pay, and performed the 55,000 mile service I needed. Daniel kept me informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. The waiting room is also very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommended!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had an 11 a.m. appointment at Honda for a recall notice I received. The gentleman at the Reception Desk was always very professional, courteous and answered any questions asked.The service was excellent.

Would give them a 5 if they had performed the service without a heated discussion. Kudos to the servicing mechanic and service writer. Overall very satisfied and so far the problem with my trans judder seems to have been corrected for now. Also the triple trans flush has returned the transmission shifting to normal and much more pleasurable driving.

During a routine maintenance visit, Paul Miller found some addle major items that needed work. Based on the cost I deferred getting this done for a few moths. When I called back to schedule, my service advisor Gustavo (Gus) was exceedinly helpful. They needed to order the parts, but Gus was able to get them next day delivery. He then arranged to stem up with a loaner car. Major work go done, in and out, in 1 day. Once the work was complete, they emailed, texted and called me and I was able to pay on-line. It was a great service experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I visited the service center seeking expert assistance for my car's radio issue, which required a PIN reset after a battery disconnect, and my locked glove box, which I couldn't open even with the master key. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from professional or satisfactory. During the process, they mishandled the glove box lock, rendering it permanently open, and suggested that I needed to replace the entire glove box at an estimated cost of around $800. They claimed that if I were to close it, it would become permanently locked again. I was charged $80 just for getting a open glovebox with broken lock.Similarly, when it came to the radio issue, they refused to reset the PIN and instead provided a quote for replacing the entire radio unit, solely due to concerns about the brightness level not meeting their standards for entering the PIN.Such subpar service and unreasonable recommendations were unexpected from an authorized Honda service center. It's no wonder that many people place their trust in private service providers over Honda

You know when it s time to visit Paul Miller Honda it will be a positive experience. I feel I will be taken care of competently with out any hassle like so many of life experiences we deal with daily. Next to my family I love my Honda!

I took my 2007 Civic in for service recently at Paul Miller Honda---as always service was prompt, friendly, and timely. The service desk person I worked with Morgan was wonderful. She kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, estimated costs, and worked with the service team to expedite the repairs (remember this car is over 16 years old so getting parts, repairs etc. is more of a challenge than a newer car). The repairs are great and I appreciate all that Morgan and the service team did--will be taking my car back to Paul Miller. A quick side note there was 0 pressure to purchase a new car Paul Miller's team seems to respect when a customer wants to keep a car going, not a lot do that--I appreciated it.

Brought my vehicle in because of a nail that had punctured (and was deflating) my tire. Not only did they get me right in when I arrived early, but they fixed my tire super quick and didn't charge me a cent. Great customer service (from service rep Kevin)!

It was my first time going there. When I walked in the door everyone was looking at me. Dominick was the only one that acknowledged me. He was nice, if I had to go there again I'll only want him to help me.
