Andy made me feel comfortable by seeing his many glowing reviews and by him discussing his extensive background fixing cars. While I was waiting for him to replace my catalytic converter, many other customers came in laughing, shaking his hand and scheduling appointments. Clearly, Andy is a staple in the community and well trusted/liked. It is for these reasons why I trusted him with car and will continue to go to him in the future. Thanks Andy!

I had an amazing first experience. My brother has been coming here for more than twenty years. Even though I did not have an appointment and walked in on a Saturday, they were gracious enough to accommodate me despite having people with appointments walking in.

I had been to Mavis Tire on Friday for a Wheel Alignment. When I got the car back it was worse than before . The next day i brought it to Meinkein Caldwell. My first time there. Brought it in at 8am , Andy, said he d call me. At 10:40 am he called, encouraged me to come in and offered to take a road test with me . I did and we test drove the vehicle. Perfect. Courteous, competent, efficient , what more do you want? I had also told him another mechanic said I need an exhaust system. Andy and his team inspected the system then told me , it s not necessary, everything is functioning as it should. Add Honesty, to Courteous, Competent and Efficient to the list of qualities this shop has. Well done.

Andy Czachor, The owner of the meineke that I brought my car to, meineke of East Hanover New Jersey, did an outstanding job, is straightforward and honest, and finished the work expeditiously. He was a pleasure to deal with personally as well as highly skilled as a mechanic. The pricey quoted me for the work I needed done as well as the tire I bought from him was competitive as well. Good work and good price, from an owner who was a pleasure to deal with. No customer can ask for more than that

Came in because my car had an exhaust leak, got in at 8am and got the car back at 10am and the problem was fixed perfectly! Very professional and reasonable prices, will definitely be back when i need something done! Skip the Stealerships and come to Meineke in West Caldwell!

Got front tires replaced and wheels aligned. Andy did a good job, and on time. Earlier had my exhaust repaired, also good quality job. Very satisfied.

My family noticed a squeal when braking, saw the good reviews online and my wife made the call to Andy at Meineke, glad she did, got estimate and repair same day for rear brakes/rotors, front were still good, he also found my rear shocks need replacing, I'll be back soon to schedule that job. (2 hrs and had tires rotated!) Thanks Andy and Crew for gettin our family car safely back on the road. Cheers!

So thankful for Andy and his Meineke shop. I am disabled so my custom disability van requires a special shaped muffler and pipes to fit. He has replaced them in a timely manner so I have been able to keep my van running smooth for 10 years. Thank you!

I had my exhaust replaced here because it was hundreds of dollars less than what my mechanic quoted me. However, the tailpipe is not centered in the opening in the bumper. Also, the car originally had a chrome exhaust finisher. I wasn t even offered this as an option. Also, my sunroof was left tilted open during a thunderstorm that included hail and the interior was wet when I picked up the car. I appreciate Andy s friendly demeanor and how quickly the car was finished (about 2 hours) but 3 stars for everything else.

Hands down these are guys you can TRUST. I had a large bill $1400 but i knew it was worth it to spend at Andy's because they know what they're doing, they're efficient and very professional. I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan. This is the family car so its very important that its always working well. Andy had to change the left and right lower control arms and noted some grease on the left drivers side axle so he warned me about it/caught it and now all problems solved. They're busy all day you do have to wait for a day or two or three to get your car in esp if its major work but its well worth it. And it shows, they're busy because a lot of customers come in and return. Andy has also worked on both of my cars for my muffler needs. Really fast work. Cars are done when promised. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR!! nobody else comes close to the honesty, skill, and professionalism that Andy has. I happened to be in NJ for work.. 300 miles from home. Needed some exhaust work done and it couldn t wait. Shopped around at 4 shops before deciding INSTANTLY deciding on this one. ANDY is a class act. Correctly diagnosed my exhaust issues in minutes (other shops were pulling my chain, one wanted a 200$ diagnostic fee ). He was able to schedule me in 2 days later. Knew right away I was dealing with an honest professional so I asked for him to perform additional routine maintenance, which he added on, no problem. Insanely good price, and the work was all done within a few hours. THANK YOU ANDY!!! AC service, oil and filter change, exhaust gaskets. I ve got my low end torque back! He even gave me the old gasket to show me how it looked . 10/10. If I ever need work done and I m in NJ, this is the placeWork was done in early July - car runs great. Posted a review the day after but it never went through? Just noticed when I couldn t see it in my review. Anyways, thank you ANDY!!!!

Great evaluation and repair. I had brought the car to the dealer previously to find the problems for some of the items, and Meineke, under Andy s evaluation, found and corrected these items, in addition to other work they did.
