I just recently brought my car to Mavis and the service was impeccable. Alberto and Shane were super friendly to accommodate any questions I had. My car was in and out of there, couldn t have went any smoother. I highly recommend bringing your car to this location for any standard service it may need. Definitely coming back!

I had a flat tire and called them at closing time. Jonathon told me it was okay to come in so late and he took my car immediately and fixed it right up. Such a nice guy.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was nothing short of amazing. He was extremely detailed and patient. He was also able to accommodate a discount code I saw on the website. It s not very often I leave a mechanic with a smile on my face. Thanks Mark!!

Jonathan and Al really helped me out. My tires were way overdue for replacement. They got me in right away and my new tires were $100.00 under my budget.Very professional. Got me in and out fast.I got the Mavis all season tires and the car drives great.Thank you - Will definitely be back.

Fantastic staff and quick service!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the mechanic laid out everything that was an issue with my car in an east way for me to understand. Will definitely come again!

Went to Jiffy Lube in Totowa for an oil change and they didn't put oil in. Almost blew out the engine. BUT THESE GUYS SAVED THE CAR!!! They're really knowledgeable and nice. Helped me out big time. Will definitely be switching over to them for car services in the future. Stacy is the best!!

Hi - Bill and one of the female team members that works with him is great. I had an unexpected flat tire and with one phone call they were able to quickly confirm that they had tires available in inventory for me, added a nice Black Friday discount (without me asking), and had it installed same day in just a couple hours. Much appreciated!

I had an amazing experience here. They treated my car very good and they were very fast with everything. I didn t have to wait long at all it was fast and smooth. The workers were so nice and very professional! Especially berto Vargas he was amazing and was veryyyyy helpful. I will definitely be coming back here.

Stacy was super great and helpful. She got me in right away and had my car looked at immediately. I have been dealing with the problem with my car for a month and no one has been able to help me out. I was given the wrong direction about replace window motor and wrong advice as what to buy and replace. After Jonathan looked at my car and went through the extra mile to diagnose the real issue, he determined that there was no real big problem to begin with, only a faulty window switch. I m going to be able to drive out of here with my window up after having it down for one month. Thank West Caldwell Mavis!

My experience could ve went any smoother. Stacy took care of me. Make sure I got everything I needed Angel and John worked on my tires I was in and out of there in no time. Excellent job recommend them all the time.

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in with no appointment and a big issue. Staff was super helpful, diagnosed the issue quickly and called to give me a detailed explanation of the repairs and cost. The then called a few hours later to tell me it was all done. Angel, the mechanic did a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Got a flat tire, they serviced me within a few hours and got me some new tires for the front of my car. Had some minor issues with the repair, but they also fixed them without charge and took me right away. Great service!

Omg what can I say Stacy, the store manager is a prime example what a leader should be. She is a hands on leader, she is all over the floor helping the technicians, she is friendly and extremely helpful with the customers.Stacy team all looked happy and seem to have open communications with her. Miss busy I am happy, and will be back to this location!Thank you miss Stacy!!

Let s be honest, tire s aren t cheap, especially my 22 s. I come to Mavis for acceptable waiting times and superior customer service. Kirsty is amazing, super friendly and helpful which made the experience that much better. Thank you!

Received a flat from a shard of glass right before thanksgiving, but luckily was able to make it in time for the holiday thanks to Johnathan at Mavis Discount Tire, West Caldwell. Johnathan was able to quickly and successfully pull out a very complicated shard of glass in the tire and patch it up for us. Now we are able to make the holiday with family.

West Caldwell Mavis is a chain establishment which maintains a great mom and pop quality service experience. Today I stopped in with no appointment for a tire issue and within 20 minutes I was on the road good as new!!!!

Brought my car to Jonathan at Mavis Tire in West Caldwell and he was able to assist me right away. Jonathan got the nail out, plugged the tire and i was on my way all in less than 30 mins. I d highly recommend this Mavis location and using Jonathan
