Excellent work in refinishing my 15 year old Silverado. Paint heavily blistered and peeling from a 13 year old repair for sand storm damage performed at another shop. Great staff and owners. Thorough estimate. Not a restoration, but revived the truck exterior to look like it's only a year or two old, max. The outsourced detailer did a great job of interior cleaning and freshening along with exterior paint rejuvenation where repainting wasn't needed.Not cheap! But worth it. Out of pocket, not an insurance claim.

I wish I took before and after photos but I m very amazed by the repairs I had to get done on my vehicle from this shop due to an accident. They did such an excellent job and aside from the vehicle work every single person I ve came across in that shop was very professional, friendly, very helpful and they know their job very well. I highly recommend doing business with them they will work with you!!!!!! I ve in the past had manyyyy bad experiences with car businesses but this is one of the few that made top three on my list! This is the second time I ve brought a car to quality and each time I m always left speechless! I just got back my Honda Civic and it looks absolutely beautiful like a brand new car. I appreciate all the hard work they put in it truly pays off!

Quality Auto Body performed an excellent repair of my Sonata Hybrid after a contractor back his truck into my driver-side doors. The repair took 6 days, exactly the time it was estimated to take. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even spotted repair issues that I had not noticed, but then again, they are the experts.My only dissatisfaction was that when I picked my car up and drove it home, I found a fine gritty dust covering my dashboard, the two graphic displays, console, and some of the leather upholstery. This should have been taken care of before I picked it up. To be fair, they did offer for me to bring it back and they would clean it up, but it was too late since I had already spent the time in cleaning it up myself.The one thing that you need to be prepared for, and that any auto body shop can not avoid, is the very strong smell of paint and other materials. Face it, your car is exposed to all the smells of the products they use to repair vehicles. This stench will last at least a week, but will eventually dissipate. You should try to keep your windows down as much as possible in order to avoid inhaling these VOCs.

I cannot comment on the quality of work here. Came for a quick quote for insurance, was told different information for the person who was going to do the quotes. I told him I needed 2 quotes because a state truck hit my jeep. They were covered by a thing called title 59. This gives the state immunity for repairs and I have to use my own insurance company. Therefore the government only has to pay the deductible. Nevertheless I came here on a Thursday, I had a quote for another competitor and was told they didn't have time to do it till the middle of the following week.I went to another shop right after here and 30-40 minutes later I had everything done. They even called the insurance company and talked to the agent for me. Sadly I was told good things about quality auto but you lost this job to a competitor.Now I really wish I had something nice to say, but I don't. The building looks so out dated and the people here don't seem to care anymore.The crazy thing is I came here in 2014 and have a completely different experience. Guess things have really changed but the look of the building and insides.

I love this shop!! This is the second car i have needed repairs on - prev car got hit twice and keyed once, so i am VERY familiar with them lol They are completely consistent in their high quality service and attention to detail. Agents are extremely thorough about making sure all the details of what needs to be done are clear and making sure all questions are answered. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff too! They go above and beyond - they even cleaned my car up inside with a good vacuuming and a quick interior detailing!! Their prices are very reasonable as well AND not only do they guarantee their work, they genuinely mean it. NO run around here. They even gave me tips about getting my rental while my car was in the shop. I can t say enough good things about Quality - i highly recommend them!

On September 9 , I brought my wife s 2021 Lexus and picked up on September 15, there s were some issues that needed to be addressed. Today I have to say Wes , Bob and Staff were very professional , and we were able to fix the issues. So with all of that being said , They were Very Superb on the professionalism and work. The guys at Quality Auto do amazing work. They work directly with your insurance company to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly with utmost quality. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have no regrets selecting them for my vehicle repairs.

Great people, exceptionally friendly, professional service. My car was the victim of a moving sideswipe. Not major damage, but enough to require the services of a collision center. Fortunately, I was referred to Quality Auto Body in Burlington. Recommended by the insurance company and right next door to Enterprise rental, both of which are 1 mile from my work location. Not only convenient, but the service was exceptional. Being in a business where customer service is everything, I am sensitive to how other businesses treat me. I was not disappointed. They kept me updated every step of the way via daily text messages. My car was ready when promised, beautifully repaired, returned clean inside and out, and I got a terrific LARGE coffee mug as a thank you. First rate experience all the way. I had two vehicles with major damage repaired in October 2022 . Ford F150 2019 and 2020 Honda. There workmanship was. extremely exceptional along with professional experience with all employees. Highly recommend Quality Auto Body for all your damaged vehicles.

This has got to be the worst body shop I ve ever seen. First off it took 5 months to get my car repaired. During that time I was told on multiple occasions that they were just waiting on one part. Turns out they never even started the repair on my car until three months in. When I go to pickup my car the headlight has condensation in it. I m told by Wes that they would cut me a check for the difference tomorrow which is $1150. Turns out that was a lie. This man did everything in his power to not pay for it. So I did a full inspection of the vehicle and it s repairs. The license plate holder light was hanging, rear passenger side taillight, also had condensation. Trunk running lights scratched with some blue markings all over it. Hood, not aligned properly. Headlights, replaced with not oem products. This place is a scam and I would never take anything that I own ever again.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Bob and his staff know what they're doing! They are honestly and actually professionals that take pride in their work! Our Honda was completed on time as promised...not something you experience at every Body shop! My son's Accord turned out flawlessly, as if the accident never happened! We couldn't have been happier! The owner has terrible customer service. First off he had a nasty attitude, and after the young lady in the front told me I can get a quote with him looking at my vehicle he first off the back finds reasoning to tell me he will not give me an estimate. I then asked him why couldn t do neither one and his response was I just don t want to because you won t get your front grill fixed which I never even said

Can't say enough about the quality of workmanship in addition to meeting their commitment to schedule. Alignment of doors and panels were perfect. I was contacted the day before to inform me repairs were on schedule. This is the definition of excellent customer service.

FIVE STARS ! From the start of getting the estimate done to picking my car up was the easiest process! My left bumper was damaged and my insurance company suggested that it should be repaired. However, the owner knew that it would have to be replaced once looking at it and made it an easy process sending the new estimate to take care of it. I dropped off my car yesterday morning and Heather was soo nice and made me feel at ease and told me that my car would be ready today and I didn t even believe her. I picked my car up directly after work and the owner was there and was soo nice and helpful. My car doesn t even look like anything happened to it , it s like NEW . They also gave me a mug which I love .. I would recommend anybody needing body repairs to come here .Service: Body & Trim

I took my 2014 Dodge Challenger r/t and was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff is very professional and friendly. The work didn't take long, wasn't too expensive and my car came out great. If you bring your car here you will be in good hands because at Quality Auto, "Workmanship is Guaranteed" I'm convinced !

I HIGHLY recommend Quality Auto for any of your auto body needs. They are so nice to work with, very quick and efficient with getting your vehicle back to you. I was so impressed with the customer service. When I picked my car up it was quick, friendly and my car was spotless inside and out. Very happy customer :)

I never write reviews but this place was extremely rude and unhelpful. I don't understand how this place has received so many high ratings.I got hit on Route 130 and the police took my inoperable car to this location. Therefore, I had no choice where my car was taken. The workers here, and particularly the front receptionist, are extremely rude. I did nothing to deserve this sort of treatment given that I was a polite customer.This place also charges a lot more than other nearby towing companies. Please save yourself the money and use a different towing company!

I went in to get a estimate for my car. I was approached by a man by the name of Bob. I gave him the estimate from my own insurance company because he said he needed it to see what the insurance company offered me for damage to my vehicle. I told him I did not want somethings done like my door. The car still had a lot more damage. At that point he threw back the papers at me and said go get somebody else to do the work. I told him not a problem. I would never bring my car to that shop since he is working there, simply because this man is arrogant and does not know how to speak to people. He definitely needs a course on anger management and respect something he s totally lacking. Well guess what Bob, if your business does this all the time to consumers you may find that nobody wants to go back there. Wouldn t it been better to make some money then no money at all? But again, he is arrogant, disrespectful. I can t see why they keep him on there. Maybe if he causes the company to lose more customers, then they will think twice about having a person like that work for them.

Guys and gals are awesome. Car looks brand new on outside. Inside was a tad dirty but to be expected with the work they did. Kept me apprised on the work being done and they were done a day early! Thank you!

Quality auto body has always gave me great results.I have had three cars done there,always came back good as new.the one car was a clunker my son trashed but,against good advise Quality fixed the car ,they even held it till I could figure out to fix or junk it. Great service. Ask for Bob, he is very straight forward and explains everything forthright in a way that's easily understandable to the layman. This was my second time having my vehicle repaired here, and will gladly go out of my way if I need a repair again.
