The reason I gave 5 stars was because his customer service was excellent! He listened to what was going on with my car. He made time to fit me in. He s kind and cares about the work he does and his customers. He looked at the car thoroughly and gave me what needed to be fixed. There was no pressure to fix everything at once. He didn t try to scam me at all! And the best part is his prices are reasonable and he did an excellent job on my car. Im over excited about the job he did. I definitely will be returning for all my future car care.

I definitely recommend getting your car fixed at Palmer s Garage! He took the time to test drive my car and tell me what needs to be fixed. He helped me research the right parts to order so I can have them when I dropped my car off to fix and he even stood later in the day to finish the repairs. I definitely will come back here to fix anything else that my car needs in the future.

I highly recommend Ed Plamer's garage. His prices are fair and he doesn't try to upsale you. He will definitely let you know if your car doesn't necessarily need a particular service. He always tries to fit me in at a date and time that works with my schedule.

Edd the guy works there he is my man.I changed my oil there and the guy showed me everything that I should know about oil change. He even fixed the broken part that previously broke by other persons. I m very satisfied with his service and coming back again for sure.

Great experience with Palmers! Friendly, honest and great communication! I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone tired of getting screwed from dealers to check Palmers out!I had rear brakes and front struts done!

I highly recommend this place. Mr Palmer did my rotors and brakes today. Not only that he also helped me get back home. Very nice man. I felt like I was talking to family. I also met his sister today along with a gentleman who was helping him. Everybody was so nice and kind very respectful and helpful. The early part of my day was not so good. But when I left Palmer's garage I felt better. I met three beautiful people today and I thank the Lord for it. My go to spot from now on

My 2003 buick lesabre runs like new. Any time i need anything done on my car ed fixes it and it runs great.Ed is very polite and very professional. He is a honest man and very reasonable.

They are not ase certified the don't use labor rate they use Google and charge California prices ..I work on cars for them ... They put green anti freeze in everything the contaminated the hole system and 2 weeks later u won't have heat it's also not

I have never met a more honest, knowledgeable man who knows the mechanics of cars as he does. I would absolutely give Mr. Palmer 10 stars if it was possible. When I tell you this man knows his cars he knows them inside and out. He's very reliable, honest and extremely fair. I strongly suggest if your having car troubles get there immediately. You won't be disappointed.

I brought my car in for new brake pads and rotors all around and Ed was AWESOME. Truly accommodating and great to work with. Brakes feel great and I look forward to working with Palmers garage for future car needs

First and foremost Ed is a great person and excellent mechanic. He takes the time to show you exactly what's wrong with your car. One time he told me that I didn't even need breaks and recommended that I wait and offered to check them periodically so that I'd know when to replace them. I've never had a mechanic do that. They would change the rotors and all just to get paid. I recommend you take your car to Ed if you want the best customer service and care for your car!

I was referred to this place and so happy I decided to have my car evaluated here. The mechanic Edward was very thorough by explaining every issue with my car in a way I can understand He also took the time out to learn the history of my car to better access what /why I was having problems. I highly recommend considering having your vehicle serviced here!! Love Love Love this garage. Always reliable service, if Ed can t figure out how to fix it no one can. New fuel pump, new muffler, oil changes, coolant. It s the ingenuity for me. I had the greatest experience with these people. They re very kind and friendly. My brakes and Rotors feels amazing and I am very thankful for this. I recently went to Palmer s Garage in Burlington for a few car repairs. Mr Palmer and his staff are very professional and courteous. The work performed was excellent and met my expectations. My father was having issues underneath his car where it would make horrible noises when he would hit bumps. My father went to multiple places to figure out what was causing his car to sound this and every place he went to could not tell him and would charge him for parts he did not need at all just for the car to still sound the same after new parts were put on. We went to Palmers Garage and it took a little minute to pinpoint the noise but eventually he found it and resolved the loud noises his car was making and the car hitting so hard when it came to bumps. Palmer kept it real unlike all these dealerships that just want money. I recommend 10/10

Palmer s Garage is Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Caring. They take the time to get to the root of your mechanical issue. They also give you the best options for your budget.I rely on my truck as it is a work truck (how I make a living). So when I have vehicle troubles I turn to Palmers 1st, above many other respected mechanics that I am associated with.
