This place is a one-man operation run by John, who is an honest, sincere and experienced mechanic. We live in the area for nearly three decades and have been using his services for over five years. Had this place been recommended much earlier, I would have saved some serious dough that I wasted at nearby dealership. Never knew that a mechanic, and that too a competent one, could be this down-to-earth and trustworthy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

I've lived in the area for almost 5 years now. John is the real deal. One of those guys that will repair your car and not rip you off. If you want good work done at a fair honest price he's your man.

I have been taking my business to John auto for 14 years now and I have never had a problem with them. This is a family business and they treat everyone with respect, sometimes John is overwhelmed with work and is a little slow, however his prices are deeply discounted and for that I'll wait.

Main mechanic is the son he's a horrible mechanic and not honest he has his dad that is up there in age test drive car's and go off of his judgement because he can doesn't have a driver's license. It's a shame that he keeps your car for too many weeks at a time and the problems never get fixed. I recommend you not getting anything done here not even an oil change. Not an honest business.

Tried to charge me $280 for a battery change. When I asked for break down of price it didn't even add up to 280. Scammers. Took it to midas for $140.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Completely closed their shop for multiple days with my car and parts in their possession. Can t get through on their phones, no one has reached out to contact me to inform or give reason as to why they shut down in the middle of the week. No notice on the door. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high. I m disgusted. Avoid this place if you can

Horrible business very dishonest! Brought my moms vehicle there to get a new exhaust system installed. He installed a old used exhaust and charged my mom for the price of a brand new exhaust and 450$ to install the used exhaust. Don t bring you car here for anything NOT TRUSTED!!

I went a few months to replace my engine he charged me 4k but ever since I've gone multiple time because it was leaking anti freeze and oil he would tell me he fixed it but he never did every couple weeks I was at his shop with the same issue turns out the radiator was cracked I only found out cause I took it somewhere also my engine light had be on for months and all he does it turn it off manually cause in less then a week it would come on again he took advantage of me don't trust himServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

This guy is really nice he found a way to fix my car cheaper don t know why other people were saying that he s not good I ve been in Burlington for over 50 years and this place is been there a long time this is the first time I went there but if it s been there that long there must be something good about it
