Pleased with our purchase, a 2011 Ford Edge. They worked with us after purchase when a few things that needed attention on the car were missed during the purchase process. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Bought a used car from the dealership in June 2023. Work with salesman / owner Vinny on the purchase. Purchase was and smooth and easily. He's polite and straightforward. I have recommended them to friends and highly recommend them to you!

Horrible car dealer, horrible buying experience. Owner and salesman are ignorant and total liars. Spent the first month of owning the vehicle going back and forth trying to get it fixed. Had to be towed back to dealer after 250 miles of driving. They told me they replaced the thermostat and when the problem came back a week later said it was a miscommunication that they didn t really fix it, they lied about it.Finally got them to agree to fix the car at a 3rd party shop under the agreement that the vehicle would be fixed at the shop and left there until I picked it up. The vehicle was fixed the end of last week and they never called; I only found out it was done when I went to the shop only to find out JET PICKED UP THE CAR AND TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I specifically said the car was not to be taken from the shop and the ignorant, lying owner went and got it anyway and kept it for 3 more days. Entire experience was ridiculous.The loaner car they gave me was absolute junk, warning lights on, severe vibration, couldn t keep it straight the steering was so loose. DO NOT go look at the 07 Honda Pilot on their website it s junk.The owner is dishonest and ignorant. The salesman, Vince is extremely ignorant and rude.Worst vehicle buying experience ever. If you do make the mistake of doing business here KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING!!!! They lie to your face and say it s a miscommunication. Disgraceful business

My husband and I have recently bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. We were impressed on how well Alexis made the "buying a used car" experience pleasant. There was no pressure whatsoever. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and she didn't flinch when we told her we would think on it and be back. We returned the next day to purchase the van and it was just as pleasant completing the paperwork. We decided to wait to give a review until we put the van through it paces. First we took it to our mechanic who was impressed with the condition the van was in. Next we took it on a lengthy trip. The van preformed beautifully. We would definitely recommend this dealership and we would most definitely purchase another used vehicle from them.

Would give negative stars if possible. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I am not sure how people have had such positive comments and things to say. I had the absolute worst experience ever here. I will save the very long details but I was talked to by "the only person that could speak English" in the most disrespectful, demeaning and straight up nasty way possible. The "mechanics" are not licensed and have no clue what they are doing. I bought a car "as is" but was told there was a 30 day warranty. Was lied to about work that was done when it wasn't done at all and what they did do they did incorrectly, and to this day, I am STILL paying to have things fixed! DO NOT DO IT, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!UPDATE- The women that sold us the car, very nice btw even though she "couldn't speak English", was offering my "non-licensed mechanic boyfriend" a job and a 30 day warranty, not the 90 day additional warranty. We purchased the car with the steering wheel sideways knowing that it needed 2 new tires and an alignment but when we took it for an alignment nobody would touch it due to the whole front end basically needing to be rebuilt. Let alone the radio doesn't work, your "licensed" mechanic put sealant around the whole motor when they replaced a new gasket, the motor mount was broken and it's leaking power steering fluid. I was told the steering wheel was shaking due to needing new brakes and rotors but when we brought the car back to you to look at, the steering wheel was never shaking....it was sideways. You did then replace the brakes and rotors but they were never the issue but thanks for that! I would've been happy if there was some kind of communication and I wasn't lied to repeatedly about what was going to be done and what was actually done. You had my vehicle, that was actually 1k more than what was listed online bc I wasn't paying cash, for 4 days and the only time anyone told me anything (which were lies) was when me and my "boyfriend" had to call your place of business. We were told the car was at Pep Boys getting an alignment and everything was fixed that we discussed and agreed upon but we called Pep Boys and had them put the car on the on the lift and they confirmed that nothing was done to the front end as we had agreed upon. I hope anyone interested in purchasing a car from you reads how you just spoke to me in your response.

Customer service was good. I found a vehicle online that I loved, I live 4 hours away in CT and was assured this vehicle was in great shape and "youll fall in love once you drive this thing!" I made the trip down after putting a 500 dollar deposit down to be assured other "Motivated" buyers couldnt purchase it first. I get down to this business and the vehicle looks just like the pictures, nothing obvious.....nothing obvious because they had painted Rusty spots with spray paint, it was missing 4/6 nuts holding the strut to the top. Really wasnt even safe to test drive. But I test drove it and instatly felt vibrations from the rear end at acceleration. When braking the entire vehicle shook, while the ABS and traction light came on.I wouldnt have been so upset had i not been blatently mislead to think this vehicle was safe to drive 3.5 hours back home. Blatently mislead and SCAMED to put a 500 deposit down for a blatent as a lemon as youll ever see

Customer service was good but vehicles are overpriced and inventory was average. They actually had a vehicle for sale with the check engine service light on. I also test drove in consideration of buying and there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle. This was crazy to me because the have a mechanical shop on the premise.

Had an excellent buying experience here! My salesperson was super patient and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I didn t feel rushed at all. Very nice and everyone there was really nice as well! Will look here in the future for sure!

We were looking for a car for 2 months and finally, we found it here. They helped us with everything and they answered all of our questions. In addition to their awesome deals, their customer service is excellent. They don't try to scam you with extra fees. If you're looking for a dealer you can trust, don't search for it anymore.

I bought a vehicle from them-used Carfax online saw the vehicle I wanted -Carfax forwarded to Jet Auto Mall that I was interested and wanted info about the vehicle- they got back to me so quickly with all the information I needed Carfax report/who to speak with/forms of payment they accept etc.-the process was so smooth from beginning to end-no pressure no need to make an appointment just go there when you want to see their vehicles-it was an overall good experience-

Thought there was a problem with my vehicle when I Purchased it called the Dealership and they were there for me to solve the problem and I was very thankful for them reaching out to me to make me a satisfied customer ..The Owner is very understanding I would highly recommend this Dealership to someone ..Thank You Guys for everything..
