Thank you to the Fran and the team !! They always communicated with me through out the process . I was extremely nervous . When it was time for me to pick up my baby OMG ! OMG . My car was amazing as if I wasn t even in a front bender accident !! Thank you sooo much . I ve been telling everyone about you guys ! Before and after pics

Thank you Fran and Jimmy for giving me the best car experience! I just got my Nissan 370z not too long ago and naturally care for it very much. I was skeptical leaving my car with just anyone but was recommended Five Points!! I had a leak in my vehicle that could not be ignored any longer. When I arrived at Five Points I was immediately welcomed by Fran and his kindness. Fran listened to all my concerns and ensured me they would take care of me and my car. Fran and Jimmy did not disappoint and showed/explained how they would resolve the problem before doing any work without my permission. I was constantly updated on the progress of my car which helped put my mind at ease. My car is now better than ever before. This is a one-of-a-kind service you wont get from any typical auto-body shop! They earned my loyalty, I wont be going anywhere else!!

Let me start by saying that Five Points Auto Body Shop will forever be my go too Body Shop. The job done to my car was such by far one of the best jobs done on my Mustang. I can't even begin to express how happy I am with the job. Fran & Jimmy and the entire team treated me like family and the profesionalism by far exceeds what true customer service should be like in every establishment. 5 Stars+++ for sure. If you need body work large or small, look no futher! Five Points Auto Body Shop is the place to go. I promise, they will not disappoint. If you need body work done in the Burlington area, don t walk to Five Points RUN!!! Fran, Jimmy and the team did such a fabulous job on my plum crazy purple Challenger that had white paint splattered all over it by an irresponsible driver. The whole team was so professional. Fran has such pride in the work his shop produces, and it truly shows. I couldn t be happier!!!

Five Points did an Extremely Awesome job on my 2017 Mustang Gt 5.0 after it was hit on the passenger side door. Looks brand new and Fran and Joann the owners are Wonderful and understanding to my needs of my car and situation. Frans crew was Awesome too!! Greatest Experience I have ever had at an autobody shop. Highly Recommended and Zillion A+'s. The detailing and paint job is the best. Can not get any better than this autobody shop! I can t thank the owners and the staff of five points auto body for all the hard work they put into my truck! They put a lot of love and care into my vehicle! It looks beautiful and works amazing!!! I rarely write reviews. But I was 100% pleased with my service. Fran is the man! I had someone hit my driver side wing mirror and he guided me over the phone on next steps. He did his own research and came back to me with a plan. We found a good price for my replacement. And he squeezed me in first thing Monday morning (one day after I received the part). Got it installed on my car in laser fast time (30 mins or so). And he charged me half of what he quoted! Which was barely anything. He and his wife are really nice people salt of the earth kind. His employees are really polite and highly professional. I also got to hang with his 3 adorable pups and had a great conversation with them about travel. I recommend everyone come here. You re going to deal with an honest, trustworthy, family-run business. This is the place I will start going to and will encourage my friends and family to as well. Stop paying an arm and a leg at the dealer. And stop trying your luck with sketchy mechanics. Come here and you won t regret it. Wish I had known about this place sooner. Thank you Fran and Team!

Earlier this year I needed to replace my wheel liner. I called searched for different places in my area and either didn't get a response or they were unable to assist. I contacted Five Points and spoke with Fran who was willing to take a look and assist. Fran and his team were very professional and installed the wheel liner.Recently I needed to have the wheel liner serviced again as I had just got into a minor accident. I contacted Five Points and spoke with Fran again who actually remembered me. He gave me a quick appointment time and his team was able to service my vehicle with the same high level professionalism as before.I really appreciate the Five Points Auto team and would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

This is the first online review I ve ever written, but I was so impressed by Five Points Auto Body that I wanted to do this for Fran, Jimmy and their team. After receiving a free and professional quote, I took my SUV in for a rear bumper replacement. The guys replaced my bumper and backup sensors in record time and did fantastic and affordable work. Fran kept me in the loop on their progress as promised, and I received my vehicle back a day earlier than expected. It was clean, repaired and looking fantastic! There is absolutely nothing more I could have asked for in this experience. I am thrilled!

Fran and the entire team were so friendly and accommodating from the onset. Additionally their work was impeccable. I had damage on the passenger lower rear of my car and they replaced, repaired and painted my car like new. They offer a true white-glove service by cleaning my car inside and out as well. Fantastic auto body shop with excellent customer service. The owner (Fran) was able to work on my car, that needed a weeks worth of work, on short notice with a full schedule. Him and the shop manager provided their expert opinions and gave me helpful recommendations throughout the process. The quality of their work shows their dedication and attention to detail. My car looks better now then it did before the accident and I plan to use them for any future work I need done.

I had my 2015 BMW repaired at Five Points Auto Body. Working with Joanne was a pleasure, as she helped me work through all of the insurance issues I was having. The quality of the work was excellent. I was very pleased with the total experience. Fran really knows his craft and he went over and above to delivery a professional job. I highly recommend this shop.

Great!! Fran and his staff are great to deal with and will definitely be honest with you.I definitely recommended this shop!They only repaired my drivers side door mirror, but it was after the repair that was most impressive. They cleaned the entire car afterwards and it looks better now than when I bought it! No lie! Great, friendly staff.

Fran at Five Points Auto Body Shop takes care of his clients and their belongings (cars)!! It's not the first time that i use Five Points Auto Body and Fran always took his time to talk with me and not push me away.My car looks great and it's fixed!!A very reliable and honest body shop!!

This was my first time dealing with Five Points Auto Body. It was a pleasure conducting business with them. Fran provided great customer service. He updated me on the progress of the repair. I didn't have to call him for updates. When speaking with Fran you immediately feel comfortable along with honesty. Fran looks out for the customers interest first. If you are looking for great work, customer friendly and honesty Five Points Auto Body is the place for you.

This auto body shop does the best work. I have been to Five Points twice, and both times they did beautiful work. Fran, the owner, is a stand up man. He, and his workers, do meticulous work. Hands down, this is the best auto body shop I have ever been to. He cares about making his customers happy.

Five Points Auto Body is AWESOME. My car looks better than the day I got it. They were efficient and went above and beyond showing true pride for their business. The shop owner Fran kept me updated with photos of progress! Fran and all of the employees, THANK YOU! You do beautiful work. And Joanne in the office, thank you so much for helping me with the insurance steps. You guys made an unfortunate situation so much better.

I chose 5 Points Auto Body after being rear ended in an accident. Fran and his team are truly a group of artists. My 2012 car looks brand new and I'm still getting compliments from friends and family. Not only is the work excellent but Fran is very friendly and the prices are more than fair. If you're looking to have body work done-I can't recommend 5 Points enough. Thank you!

This shop did an immaculate job on my vehicle. My Jetta was hit, I had it towed to Five Points and the process was quick, efficient, and Fran kept me updated regularly. My front fender had to be replaced, and being that the car is a 2002, some blending had to be done, and they did a perfect job. There is no tell tale evidence of anything being replaced. My car was returned to me in perfect condition, clean and running like a dream. I highly recommend Five Points, they are people you can trust!

Five Points is truly the best. All I can say is Fran is the man! I have had 3 car mishaps and was very fortunate to try Five Points after my first accident. No one ever wants to have an accident. But should it ever happen yet again, Fran has a customer for life!!!!!!

These guys go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. I never write reviews but these guys really went out of their way for me when they didnt have to so this is the least that I can do 5 points is the real deal!! I needed work done on my new CR-V because I knocked off my driver's side mirror while reversing out of my garage. (cringe!) The mirror was still attached, but dangling on the side of my car. I called Five Points and Fran was very helpful on the phone. He told me to bring in my car at any time for an estimate and that he and his team would try to tape up my mirror for me so I could drive around safely until it was fixed. I received a quote on Thursday and brought my car back on Tuesday. The work was completed in a few hours.My mirror looks brand new and everything's working as expected. Fran was a pleasure to work with and so was Jimmy who helped me out when I brought my car in for an estimate. Jimmy placed some screws and tape around my dangling mirror so I could drive my car safely while waiting for the replacement part to arrive at the shop. Friendly, warm service all around. Highly recommend.

Just picked up my Mercedes (& my BMW two days ago). Unfortunately, people love hitting my vehicles. Fortunately, I know The Best Body Shop in South Jersey! Fran Dungo & his team have been exclusively taking care of my vehicles ever since 2003 when the local ford dealer referred him to me. His work is excellent & I wouldn't trust anyone else with my repairs!
