Me and my husband had a very great experience with AutoBay. Very polite and friendly staff. We worked with Simon. He was very helpful and did everything to satisfy us. It was such a pleasure buying our car in AutoBay. We would definitely come back in the future in case we will be looking for another car. We would recommend AutoBay to everyone who is looking for a car. If you want the whole process of buying a car to be easy and without any complications, you should definitely visit AutoBay. You won t regret it!!!

Scottie was very helpful I live in Atlanta and he made the buying process fast and easy! He got me a better deal than I anticipated and shipped the car right away received it overnight. Simon was also great help during the process. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend these guys!

The staff at Auto Bay are great Simon was unavailable the day I arrived from out of state. He called telling me this and Scott would take care of me I test drove the car noted a problem with the suspension witch was replaced that same day. Unfortunately on the part of my bank it took 2 days to get all the paperwork in line. The whole staff there are awesome. Scott who greated me at the door Simon who I met the next day. I would totally buy from agin

Thank you, Simon of Autobay, Burlington NJ for making my purchase of this 2020 Volvo XC60 Polestar so stress-free! All car dealers should be so honest and easy to deal with. Also provded a good value on my trade. The only glitch was missing charging cable that Simon promptly ordered and had delivered to my home. Autobay will be my first stop when looking in the future.

No doubts, the best dealership in USA! I spent months looking for a clean BMW 335i and AutoBay made my dreams come true! My car had small defects like scratches and old brake rotors but AutoBay made sure to deliver me the car without any scratches and brand new brakes! They fixed everything I asked for! The car is amazing and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, nice and low mileage car! Big big thank you to Simon and the whole team for taking care of me in the best way possible!Also, I cannot describe in words the help of Scotti, the AutoBay salesman. If you ever get there, ask for Scotti! This guy will get you anything you need and the best deal! My wife and I purchased this car from out of state as we live in maine and Simon was amazing to deal with answered all of my questions and my wife's questions. He made the purchasing process very easy and made us feel at ease. He also went out of his way to find us a good financial rate and was quick at getting it shipped if I ever have to get a car again he will definitely have my business A+++. We highly recommend doing business with Autobay weather you are in or out of state.

I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-line from Maurice at AutoBay in November. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with an automobile purchase. The car was in excellent condition and the purchasing process was straightforward. The staff at Autobay are very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This dealership is also a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other dealerships out there and has an outstanding inventory. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership.

BEST DEALER IN THE NATION. MOST TRUSTWORTHY!!!!Simon helped me out! The effort he put into making sure everything was the best possible for me was unbelievable. I purchased in Indianapolis, and he made this transaction very easy on my part. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars. He is a very genuine and sincere person. I think this dealership deserves to be nationwide. They are better than any dealership I have dealt with out of the 20+companies that I contacted throughout my search for a car for one year. I wish little guys like this got more recognition.I purchased an AMG 45 and the vehicle maintenance history was immaculate.Btw I m originally from Southern CA and I have a fair share of experience with Dealers!UpdateI was had an issue arise that potentially could have happened during transport and most likely did. Jamie in their service department really took care of me. They are BEST SERVICE department I have ever dealt with it.I had to write this long review for then I am the most skeptical person due to being scammed in the past. I had to vet them out through the process and they passed above expectations!!!!!!This is the type of dealership that will change your outlook on the used car market. I feel much safer buying here than buying a new car. Simon was great to work with over the phone since I was out of state. He worked with me and was very transparent from the start. I decided on another car elsewhere at the last minute so I didn t get to complete the deal however if you re considering a purchase from here I think you re in good hands.

Extremely professional sales staff, no pressure, went over all the details, with me, describing all vehicles , that I had an interest in. Ran a car fax on all vehicles (3,that I really liked.) I am not ready to purchase at this time, I informed my salesman up front. Am only doing research on various vehicles considering purchasing in the near future. These guys are enthusiasts, and have a true passion related to the cars that they sell. Another interesting note, quite a number of cars on this lot are equipped with a manual transmission, this is a " rarity ", nowadays, since the majority of people buying cars prefer automatic transmissions. I grew up in Germany where an automatic transmission is extremely rare, ( at least back in the 70,s ,80,s and 90,s) most every car was a manual transmission in most of Europe . Me personally, I seek out car lots that have cars equipped w manual transmissions. With that said,,,.. I am pretty confident that I will buy a vehicle from these people in the near future. They also cater to military personnel. Scott and Maurice were a pleasure to deal with.

Simon was great. I am super happy with my Camry XSE V6! Super easy experience. Price was fair considering the market! No exorbitant hidden fees! He worked with me. I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a car online from Simon. In the beginning Simon was helpful and made a great effort to make sure the transaction went smoothly. Simon FaceTimed me and went over the vehicle. I decided to go ahead and place a $500 deposit and had two days to get my financing in order. I was purchasing out of state and was having this vehicle delivered via a carrier which wasn t bad at $500 for shipping.First thing I noticed when electronically signing the paperwork, was that the 24 month warranty paperwork I was asked to sign, was showing 12 months, not 24, and had to have Simon correct this, which he did. Mistake??? Probably .but attention to detail needs to be looked at.Once paperwork was signed, Simon asked me for the $500 for carrier shipping charge. I explained to him that the initial $500 deposit was never credited in vehicle purchase and to just use that, which he did. Mistake, or was I being taken for another $500?? No idea, but I gave benefit of doubt and let it slide. Again, attention to detail, this isn t their first rodeo.Car was shipped on a carrier that could not be reached or even gave an ETA when to expect the vehicle. I looked up reviews on the carrier name and found horrible experiences with them and immediately contacted Simon who took great measures in getting ahold of them and getting me the needed ETA and driver s number.When the car arrived I looked it over while it was on the truck and immediately noticed that the front and rear bumpers had been spray painted as there was over spray on the underside of car and paint lines on the front headlights. Why wasn t this mentioned when they serviced it in their shop? When I mentioned it to Simon, it was disregarded like it wasn t heard. Vehicle was unloaded and carrier then asked me for $500 for carrier shipping fees. I explained that it was already paid through dealer, which was confirmed by his paperwork. Mistake? Doubtful!Vehicle was delivered on a Saturday and upon driving car that same day, the brakes had noticeable brake fade and pedal went to the floor. I took car home and being mechanically inclined and working on cars for over 30 years, I decided to check brake fluid level. I immediately noticed that the fluid color wasn t clear, it was dark green which shows internal contamination from the system and needed flushed. I decided to bleed all 4 calipers and took a picture of the fluid collected in a clear water bottle to show AutoBay. I also noticed leaves and debris in cold air intake filter and box. I reached out to Simon and was directed to AutoBay service manager, Jamie, the beginning of the week. Jamie was more than willing to assist in getting this corrected and advised I take it to a local service shop. He even looked at the notes his mechanic had on the vehicle and they stated brake fluid color and air box needed cleaned, but was never completed.I took vehicle to local service shop and they stated they too bled brakes and test drove without incident. they also informed me the bumpers had been sprayed. AutoBay paid for this and I picked vehicle up. Upon driving further distance then test drive, brakes again faded. I was tired of wasting time and replaced brake booster and master brake cylinder on my own dime as well as replaced all rubber brake lines with stainless steel lines. This corrected the brake issue.Within a two week period of having vehicle, the throw out bearing in transmission went out and fourth gear was popping. AutoBay refused to cover this by the law requiring they offer a 60 day/2000 mile warranty as an auto sales dealer. Jamie told me to file a claim with Allstate as they include this with every vehicle for their protection. Jamie and Simon refused to return any calls, texts, or emails from me from that point on. I also had title transfer issues and being over charged $166 tax by them according to my state DMV office which they haven t given me. Think twice before using these guys. I went 5 weeks without car while it was in shop.

I recently purchased a 2019 AUDI RS5.The car was in amazing condition, low miles and reasonably priced.The service of the representative (Scott) was beyond professional and accurate.I am very pleased with AUTOBAY and I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT.

Autopay has a good team and are very customer focused. They specialize in performance vehicles and are very knowledgeable. We had some challenges with their new contract/financing system so things took longer than they should have, but I was the first customer to use it so I will give them a pass.

I came to this dealership to check out some cars in the lot and drove home a proud owner of an Audi A4. I had spoken with Simon previously and he was very helpful in finding me the car I wanted at a great price and was very hands-on throughout the entire buying experience. AutoBay is a great one stop shop from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They took me through the entire process of finding the car that was a perfect fit for me and were able to obtain a great rate for me to finance my purchase. Everything went seamless. Poorly handled experience overall. I have experienced avoided calls followed by juvenile (at best) professionalism on multiple levels for start to finish of my purchase. Frankly a complete waste of time and energy. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place is awesome . Staff is great and really nice! Make sure you ask for Simon, he was absolutely amazing and did everything and more to help me get my truck! Great guy with great heart! Highly recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle.. all there vehicles are beautiful and in great shape! In and out in a hour and a half! Couldn t be more thankful!

Okay so this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and let me tell y all how Simon took good care of me! He was transparent, patient and worked with my budget! I believe having trust in your car dealer is very important part of this process ! Stopped by today to test drive a car and I had Charles as my salesman, my God it really was the best experience I've had at a dealership before and I buy a car usually every few years. We test drove the car I was looking at and it wasn't for me, but Charles took me around and look at numerous cars that I could be interested in. His knowledge about every car was impressive and I'm talking ZERO Pressure. Never made me go inside and just kept bringing out keys after keys to look at different cars. I ended up not getting a car today and all he said after well over an hour was he hoped I had a great experience with his company. My God what a dealership. Bring your business here because dealerships and people like them need to stay in business for the betterment to us car buyers. 10 out 10.

Simon was nothing but wonderful, I cannot recommend him enough. I ve had terrible car buying experiences in the past and braced for another as I read a few reviews online and went in but WOW what a breath of fresh air. HONEST: I don t even know where to begin, he s a straight shooter. Personable: Spent so much time discussing things other than cars it was so enjoyable. I must say, the customer service I received at AutoBay was impeccable. My intentions initially were to purchase a vehicle at the manufacturers dealership; however AutoBay surpassed the dealership's customer service and negotiations which resulted in my new purchase. One can always appreciate a car dealer who provides transparency and respect even if and when a deal cannot move forward; even more so when a agreement can be made. I would absolutely recommend visiting the dealership during your car buying experience.

Last night I had the best car buying experience I could have ever imagined. After shopping around for many many months I came accross Simon, Maurice, and Jamie who made the process enjoyable and easy. I left with so much more than I came in with. I traded my old cars and got my dream one. All while dealing with very patient and hassle free people. They even went to the extent of letting me see the underneath of the car before I bought it AND showing me how the interest on my loan worked. I truly felt in good hands that I even got the All State warranty. I never believed in warranties but with these guys I felt in good hands.
