I have trucks that travel all around the United States and been to countless Freightliner Dealers. This is by far the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I ve come across. I had a driver stuck in New Jersey and Cruzans went above and beyond to get him back on the road quickly. I tried four other freightliner dealers in the area and none of them were willing, or able to help. These people are by far the best!

My experience with this listing is solely with the parts Dept.. Specifically Rocky, is responsible for the top rating given. As a mechanic for over 15 years, I've dealt with almost 100 different parts guys and Rocky is in my top 3 overall. I believe that a company's reputation and quality is directly related to the people who are in the mix of the day to day operations and my dealings with this conpany, all parts related, have always been top notch, so, I belive they are doing the best job they can do for their customers.
