We broke down hard while traveling, the lord above directed us to Chris at West main auto, I mean the man is a New Jersey firefighter, who else to rescue a stranded person? Honest, honest, honest. One does not find these type of people anymore. Very professional, with a "we care" touch. They take pride in what they do. Chris, if you read this Tom & Lisa from central N.Y., love you.

New to area was recommended to me. Great service very honest. Told me what I was told needed by Firestone was needed at time. Prices were very fair !!! They were very accommodating and both Chris and Michelle were professional, courteous and respectful. It s now time a years later for what I need done. I went there on a Saturday because my regular mechanic was closed because I had a low tire. The girl Michelle behind the desk was very rude and and I heard her call me a dot head while I was outside waiting 30 mins later. And $50 dollars later I was out of there and my tire was flat Monday morning thank youService: TiresService: Tires

After having my engine light on for quite some time and after taking my car to the dealership several time to find out what was wrong and spending hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs. West main auto fixed it in a few hrs by just doing a tune up and fixing a broken spark plug .
