Received an early 8am appointment time. I arrived at 7:45am, was signed in quickly. Received a text greeting from the service tech saying I could get updates on the service. I Was even provided with a courtesy ride to my office which was close by. After two hours, I utilized the text for an update on my car, I didn't get a response, I waited another 90 min and texted again. No response.I did get a call at 3:30 saying the car was ready for pickup.

I didn t really have a good experience here sales wise as the salesperson didn t take me seriously, maybe because of the way I was dressed? I went to a different dealership to get my car. But the service workers here are very nice. This rating is only based on the service though.

the service was professional and with a timely fashion I waited in the very big and neat guess area with free coffee and hot chocolate seating in comfortable leather chairs

Its just like any other place. They give you discounts up front then charge you the discount with other made up fees. Still didn't get robbed though just paid what I went for.The only redeeming thing is no pressure sale. They are nice. No belittling, or aggressive pushing. Just watch the financing guy. Hes nice but he tries to get you in a higher loan amount for his commission. Thats where all the extra bull�;\ fees come. Thats on you for not picking up on all that.

They give you a a good talk when they want you to shop for a car. When you get there it's the same as any other car dealership. They wanted money down before I got a car

Some of the staff and technicians are good, some are not. The place needs an upgrade on how it looks; at the waiting area you got the filling you are back in to 1986. Prices are so-so. It definitively have room to improve.

Don't buy a hyundai. I have brought my 2018 Hyundai Elantra (I'm the only owner of the vehicle...bought brand NEW) in for service 8 times and nobody has been able to remedy the situation. I've contacted corporate and they were of no assistance as well. The dealer in Bloomfield, NJ keeps on making sure my check engine light comes off and then a month later I have to bring my vehicle back. I do not like how Hyundai has mismanaged and dismissed the repair issues with my vehicle. @hyundai this is very unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! Do Better!!! Nobody has been able to help me and this is causing me inconvenience, heartache and stress. I pay my car loan without any issues monthly but nobody seems to want to resolve this issue with my car!!!For me to be told that misfires and for the check engine light to come on repeatedly and corporate is aware but refuses to provide a proper remedy to fix the situation is absolutely HORRIFIC and not quality and ethical service to your customers!!!!Corporate blames the dealer and the dealer blames corporate!!!This issue will not be taken lightly on my end!@cbsnews @foxnews @nbc @nbcnewyork @cbsnews @cbstv @news12nj @news12 @rlsmedia #carproblems

Went in for safety recall on an older car. They didn't have the loaner car ready that they promised on the phone, so it took them a while to find one. On the phone, they said the work would take about three hours. They didn't finish for three days. When my car was finished, they said it needed $10,000+ in work (and this car is 15 years old), including brake fluid leaking and they tried to make me fearful of driving it. I just had had the brakes checked, and the "fluid" they saw was actually lubricant for the calipers. Very disappointing.

Good morning from Lester's "Smitty" Smith. Two days ago I have the pleasure of giving them Stars good service workers had great attitudes very helpful since one thing stop them from getting another they have nowhere to park at all hardly but wasn't too much of a problem the main thing was the service did they try to help the car didn't start and a Gentleman who went to get it he always goes get cars came back jump the car with his battery pack and I went about my way so once again Stars and fellas try to make a little more room for parking have a blessed day from Lester "Smitty" Smith.

It took them over a week and 3 phone calls to get back to me about what was wrong with my car. Which turned out to be something small. When I finally reached someone he told me I never called him back. It was only after I threatened a lawsuit that they had my car ready in 24 hours. They had my sister's car for 2 months and stopped taking her calls. She had to threaten them with legal action and call the corporate office as well. We will never go back.

I want to be sure that my experience is known to the public eye. Although I decided on a diffetent make of vehicle, my experience at Lynne's was very positive. Everyone on staff was ready, willing, and able to assist. My direct dealings were with Ivan, who went above and beyond the call. Thank you to Ivan, and to Lynne's Subaru!

I love this place bc it's my name even though it's spelled just a little different. I personally have never been there. Although I do know that the place has been open for over 10 years in the same spot. So that has to be good right?

I visited to have my car serviced. Service advisor Arcady Tochin greeted me with a plesant smile, I explained my car's issue Arcady ordered the part before I left and, scheduled my return. When returning Arcady had me in and out with a fixed car. A very pleasant advisor. I'm hoping if I ever need service again that he's my service advisor. Justine Battle

Throughout a 6 year span, I have brought 3 brand new Hyundai's. Time after time i have dealt with and been understanding of poor professionalism and customer service. They are so attentive until you sign the contract. After that, they are horrible with customer service and vehicle service. The lifetime tires they offer you upon a purchase of a new car is such a hassle. I had to request on five different occasions that my tires needed to be replaced. They would always say that they were not manufacturers specs. Tires were borderline bald!!!! You feel cheated and used. I hope this review opens consumers mind up and hold companies like this responsible for poor customer service.

Just traded in our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for the 2018 version which we LOVE! We worked with Al (the manager) and Sam (salesman) both were well informed, patient, and just great at what they do. We had a great, straight forward, expedient experience. These guys are the real deal walking us thru the process, explaining the finance options, we felt really well attended to. Thanks to Al and Sam and Lynnnes Hyundai for the exceptional car buying experience. Happy Holidays!

Today my daughter ( Pola) went to go get oil change and some check up amounting to more than $600 and you didn t even bother to give her car a car wash??!! Are you serious? Next time I ll tell her to get her maintenance so where else. Everytime i go for my own car ( gti and Alfa) I get a car wash.

Don't go there people. It's a Lynne's thing regardless if you go for Hyundai or Nissan or Subaru. They call themselves dealers but should say stealer instead. It is morally unconceivable how they milk any situation. Avoid Lynne's. Try another before you go with them. I'm shocked they don't have an incentive for hurricane Ida yet. You shouldn't be the one paying for lack of availability. They will tell you all dealer does. They will add 10% or $5000 over your brand new car you're trying to buy. And it's a lie. Trust me. NO ONE GET'S A DEAL if you get a bring new car at any Lynne's. I just got a new car and know. I tried Hudson, Passaic, Bergen after them. They are just the worst. Milking any situation. Poor unfortunate people in Essex. smh

Regular sort of car dealership but in a very cramped location. Their inventory is offsite because their office location is so small. They should really move to a bigger more modern site.

Purchased used car. Had problem with transmission and engine. they had car for 3 months. We had to call for updates. No loaner car issued. Brought car in for oil change waited 6 hours. Women stay away. They will try to cheat you. Brought car in today at 11am. At 3pm car still not even looked at. Always an excuse. No courtesy call. Customer service is the worse. Will NEVER return there.
