Grateful to have had this shop recommended to me by a friend in the area. Always received great service and customer support. Pricing was reasonable. Staff were professional, trustworthy, and didn't try to rip people off like dealerships are notorious for doing. Parking can be an issue in the morning due to the Dunkin Donuts nextdoor; however, that's not any reflection of Jim's. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Dom and co!

I have had my cars serviced at Jim s Super Service for over 30 years. Their pricing is reasonable and they try their best to accommodate your schedule. When you find mechanics you can trust, you stay with them.

They had the absolute best prices around - $45 dollar oil change (blend) and a great price on cabin and air filters. Super honest as well. I was told about 2 months ago by a different mechanic at a meineke that I would really need to get my tires rotated and differential fluid changed because thats what was recommended for my car at it s current mileage. He gave me an estimate of around $350. One of Jim s super service technicians let me know that all I needed at the current mileage was an oil change and air filters, which saved me a ton of money and time!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I ve been going to this place for nearly a decade. This place is a no b.s., no up charge type of establishment. I trust them with my car needs and they will tell me what I actually need and what can wait. These guys quotes are fair and reasonable. The main guy I deal with is Victor but all the guys seem to be on the same page.

When I was new to the area about a year ago, a family friend recommended I take my car to Jim's Super Service. I'm so glad! A++. My car is 10 years old but low mileage and in good condition... so I like to take good care of it :). I've taken it here for everything from as simple as an oil change to new rear shocks to new tires. The mechanics at Jim's are great! Always explain in detail what the issue is... I find them to be very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend and will continue to take my car here!

Went to Jim's again for some more super service.Got an alignment done within one day, plus a printout report of what the bad alignment was like.For $120, it's worth it.Yes, it may be considerably more than the common franchise mechanics, but they do it right.I feel more at ease and comfortable dropping off my car at Jim's than I ever would at a shop with a revolving door of clients.

Last week, I pulled off the Garden State Parkway when my car's engine started choking and limped into the closest auto shop I could find. I was desperate because I had five more hours driving between me and my new residence, and I was between jobs so my funds were limited. I would've readily paid hundreds more to get back on the road, but they charged me practically nothing for the fix (a blown fuse). They also slotted me in on a Sunday when they were already packed with many other cars.I can't say enough good things about these folks. They could've easily taken advantage of me in my distress and ignorance, but they were compassionate and honest. The people of Bloomfield, New Jersey are very fortunate to have a local shop like this!

These guys are the best. I have had some really bad experiences with mechanics over the years and started to lease my cars to avoid them. After going to Jim's Super Service, I might just purchase my next car. They do top-notch work and are 100% honest. A rare find for sure.

They were very professional and patient with me, answering all of my questions. I know very little about cars , and unlike other mechanics I have been to in the past, they were kind and explained everything in detail. They were able to diagnose the issue with my car promptly and were very fairly priced.

We go to Jim's for all our car needs from inspections, oil changes, tires and every other mechanincal need. They keep record of everything and manage our maintenace so we don't have to. Are so thankful for Dominick, Victor, Joe and all the great guys they have there. And now they've even moved into another facility on Watchung! We highly recommend these stations and men. My family has three vehicles. All are serviced only by Jim s Super Service. Done when promised. Done right the first time. Prices fair. Car is clean when I pick it up. No hassles.

I can't say enough about this place. Very friendly/professional, extremely budget friendly and widely available. The drop off option early in the morning helps alot so that it doesn't affect the work schedule.
