AAA towed my car to Dee's because the dreaded check engine light had come on. The problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. They also did my routine maintenance for a fair price. I went to so many different shops and nobody could tell me what the problem was with my car, until finally I went to Dee s JFK Service and it was awesome that Frank was able to determine what the problems was. Very happy with the service, wry professionals. I recommend Dee s to everybody

I feel every family should have a Dr. a Lawyer, a Plumber, and a Mechanic because finding trustworthy ones is really hard. I m happy to say I now have a mechanic in the family . Frank, Joe & all the mechanics at Dee s JFK Service treat you like family: they diagnose your car s problem, give you a very fair price of how much it will cost to fix it, and make the repairs as quickly as they can. They are a AAA certified shop, and I ve towed 2 cars into Dee s and driven them both out. Family service WITHOUT the Family drama.

Dee's was really amazing! They took our car in and provided excellent(and fast!) service. They went above and beyond when our car needed an urgent repair. They were super nice and understanding. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Frank Oscar and Johnny are what is needed in these days we re it s hard to find a mom and pop shop with honesty and reliability. They are more than just mechanics they are like family and they treat you the same. I really like this place! I have newer vehicles, so I don't need them often, but when I need something they have proven to be great. They actually had to fix something the dealer messed up - I was later reimbursed by the dealer. They are professional, honest, trustworthy and fair with their prices.

You will not be disappointed in using this auto shop!! After breaking down on the GSP after vacation. Car was towed to this shop. Frank was awesome! Very professional, went over and above in helping us. They even called a dealer for me and found out it was covered under warranty. They could have taken me for thousands of dollars! Honest, reliable service. Very grateful we found them!

Always first hand and excellent work by Frank the owner and his two other mechanics Oscar and john. They treat you like family and take care of business. Been using them now for about 5 years the best in the business. Go and check them out for any and all work. Note: call ahead and try and make an appointment but if not stop in by and see frank, Oscar or john for great great service.

What a horrible person! I m not sure who the owner is by name but I was calling about getting an estimate And the whole time he brushed me and had an attitude. Before I could even ask about his availability, he hung up on me mid sentence. I called back to finish my question and to tell him that I felt he was being unprofessional and he hung up again. How does he even have any good reviews with an attitude like that. I am calling to patronize this business and I m being hung up on without any explanation. It is despicable and I am baffled!!

I recently bought a 2007 F150 that had a steering issue. Frankie immediately knew what the problem was (I m a firm believer in that coming with extensive experience) I went to see him Wednesday, he ordered the part right in front of me, and scheduled me for the repair today (Friday). Let me tell you, this 12 year old 120,000 mile truck drives like just rolled off the assembly line. Frankie and his guys know their stuff! Great service, VERY fair prices! They treat your car/truck likes it s their own!! And they treat you like your family! I will be a customer for life! Thanks guys!!

With just under an hour left in a 5 hour drive back home for a family Thanksgiving, my car stalled out and wouldn t move. My car of course picked to die right after going through a toll booth in bumper to bumper traffic on the dreaded jersey parkway. I somehow managed to get my car off the nearest exit and find Dee s shop. My car was full of travel gear as well as my pet cat and turtles so I was incredibly stressed and panicking. The guys at Dee s were beyond kind and highly professional. They had no openings or even a second of free time. However, they immediately looked at my car and had it fixed and safely back on the road in an hour and a half! The pricing was also super affordable; I couldn t believe it! They were literally a god-sent; I will be forever indebted to them. They embody the spirit of giving and joy - a real Santa Claus.

Wow! If you told me that I could find an auto repair shop 45 minutes away from my home, that had honest and helpful mechanics, that gave accurate estimates for the repairs, that finished 2 hours earlier than expected, AND were open on Saturdays.... I wouldn't have believed you.My car broke down in Nutley on Saturday morning and AAA, who had recommended Dee's, towed me to their station. Not being from the area, it was nice to know that I was at least going to be in good hands.Johnnie, one of the lead mechanics, was fantastic to work with. He gave me a few of the possible scenarios, made sure I was comfortable with the estimates, and then went right to work.After I picked up my car I was so excited about the customer service and workmanship that I called my wife and told how reassuring it was that there are still businesses out there that actually take pride in their work.Hats off to the team at Dee's. Thank you for your help and making what could have been a really inconvenient situation such a positive experience.Continued success,Marcello Pedalino

My dodge ram 3500 had severe wiring harness problems they where able to do the job and fix it! Very few mechanics would even entertain my problem these guys actually fixed it one of the problems was that the parts where nearly impossible to find in the entire country . Thwy where able to figure it all out. They where on point! and the go to guys for me. I was very happy with the work and positive attitude they always showed.Service: Battery

I got a flat tire before I went to work. I called them up and let them know I'd be there in 15 minutes. As soon as I got there someone was ready to assist me. The tire was repaired and ready in only 30 minutes! They made my morning way easier than I thought it was going to be.

John is knowledgeable, incredibly honest, and his prices are very fair. I just wish that I had found him sooner!
