I had an exceptional experience at Paul Miller Volkswagen of Bernardsville. When my dog had an accident in the car coming back from the veterinary hospital the staff went above and beyond to assist. They promptly arranged for thorough cleaning, seamlessly switched out the seats, and performed necessary maintenance. Their attention to detail ensured my Volkswagen Atlas was not only impeccably clean but also ready for the installation of a car seat for my baby girl. I truly appreciate their outstanding service, making me feel confident and safe with my precious cargo in the car. Highly recommended dealership!

Andrea always take good care of me and my cars. She always get me in quickly. She s very nice, kind and professional over the phone and in person. Good and honest mechanics and the waiting area is really nice, comfy with good snacks and coffee.

Despite the fact that the services I needed were free, I was treated as nicely and professionally as when I'm paying. I hadn't been to Paul Miller for a few years, yet Maria not only recognized me, but she even asked about my daughter's wedding that took place shortly after the last time I was there. 5-star customer service!

It s a pleasure coming in for service!Prior review may not have posted?Special thanks to Paul Miller Service Team for consistently going above and beyond. More specifically, for looking at road taring damage during in home Community development road repair. Andrea quickly fit me in with zero notice and on a Friday mid-afternoon. She and service tech were also able to extend the time to fit in unscheduled service. This is not the first time I have needed special accommodations to review my vehicle and Paul Miller has come through every time. Today was particularly time sensitive in order to document the tire damage for the Community HOA/contractor. Thank you Andrea, Liam, and the entire Service Team for exceeding customer service needs, especially for the fire drill situations. Very much appreciated and value your customer service excellence! I bought an extended warranty on my 2019 Volkswagen and so far have not taken advantage of any of the coverage. And that s OK. The car has been very reliable. I called PM VW And was led to believe that the 40,000 mile service was included in my extended warranty. It was not. I received a confirmation email from the Service writer regarding the expected work to be done and that turned into a negotiation. The work that was performed was typically dealer over priced and I ended up declining some of the work to have it done by my local repair shop. . Unless the car has a major problem that will require service under the warranty, I most likely won t be back.

My car was towed in for a problem caused by some other garage which caused a lot of engine damage. Andrea and her crew were very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for VW service and service for other manufacturers.

Always have great experience with their service. They always wash my car at the end. I asked for an oil change but they did 29 point inspection without charging more. I would not go any where else. 5*!

Maria was very pleasant and professional from the very beginning to the end of my stay. She made sure to remind me of the free WiFi and complimentary beverages. She informed me of what was being done and gave me estimated waiting times too! She was overall thorough and researched my profile making sure I received all services I am paying for! The staff of paul Miller are friendly, courteous, kind, Andrea and Maria they re great service people they help with any questions or problems. You have excellent people. If it wasn t for Andrea and Maria, I would probably look for a different dealership. They go beyond their duties to help the customer. Paul Miller of Bernardsville is home to me. I walk in, they know my name and treat me like family. Loyalty is rewarded from kindness and everyone at Paul Miller is just kind and honest. I bought my first car from them back in the early 2000 s and have since bought 4 or 5 other cars from them along with referring family and friends. Best feeling is getting a phone call from a family or friend who says oh man, you were right. I am definitely getting my cars and service from them. They re incredibly kind and genuine . Makes me feel great to know that my experience is shared by so many! Andrea and everyone in service is amazing, and with the new video texting that they do, you get a text with a video of what they see on your car and allow you to respond with if you want it fixed now or later. It s like sending your dog to doggy daycare and getting images of how your pup is doing!
