I don't know how they got all these great reviews, I guess I am the only one experienced with the bad services, broken promises, rude telephone answering. Not once They contact me regarding my vehicle, every time I called, they are waiting for parts.... The girl hangs up the phone before I even finish my sentence. When my vehicle was done, it was not perfect. Need to take it to the dealer, now its my problem, that's the feeling I got from the guy. Just Horrible experience .

Was able to expedite the repairs on my vehicle for Christmas. Worked with me throughout the entire process, answering calls and emails during an extremely busy time. Great workmanship put into my car with attention to detail on both the work performed and contracts. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Since my experience with Pace Collision, I've been thinking about the phrase "exceeds expectations." There was a time that phrase meant a job was done above and beyond what could have been expected; yet lately it has felt many businesses see "good enough" as adequate, and "exceeds expectations" means we get what we really wanted. Then we have businesses like Pace, where the people are friendly, professional, and do excellent work. On top of that, I had the initial estimate, which seemed quite fair, but while going to pick up the car I wondered how much more they might charge it ended up being less! What can I say? Everyone I know now has heard how my expectations were exceeded by Pace Collision's excellent and beautiful work, and now you have as well.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail throughout the repair process. My service advisor at Audi Newton recommended I contact Pace first because they work on lots of audi's and other high end cars. Not only are they a great body shop, but the mechanic there did an outstanding job to fix my left front suspension. My biggest fear was NEVER realized because the suspension was put back together better than new without any compromise to performance. Car looks and runs solid. I would highly recommend contacting PACE when you are searching. They do get busy certain times of the year but it was worth the wait.

This group had taken care of a variety of automobiles over the years. Their execution is beyond compare and fair. Always professional and enjoyable to deal with given many of the "unfortunate circumstances" which have brought me to their shop. I wouldn't bring my automobiles anywhere else because the craftsmanship is incomparable.

Dave and Kim are a pleasure. Punctual, professional, attention to detail.They deal directly with the insurance company: adjuster, payment, so the client doesn t have to.Did nice job after a large deer incident with my sedan.

I wish I never dented my car, but I'm glad I took it these folks. Both times! Professional and friendly, excellent work and perfect communication with me and with my insurance company. Highly recommended.

Pace Collision recently handled a repair for my elderly mother. They went above and beyond in many ways and treated my mom with great kindness. I was pleased with their repair and can't say enough about their wonderful customer service.
