I can t say enough good things about this place! Bridget went above and beyond to help me. I have never had such a good experience with an auto repair shop. I don t know that I ve ever even had such a good experience with any business honestly. They treated me like family. They communicated everything to me, and believe me I didn t understand the process at all, but they explained it all. I know how hard it is to find parts right now and they searched for my car s parts because I was struggling to afford a rental. Bridget even comforted me on the phone when I was upset about being in an accident and worried about not being able to afford the deductible. The prices they charge are fair, they do quality work, and they communicate effectively. I couldn t ask for anything more. I would recommend Custom Auto Body a million times over because I m really grateful that they were recommended to me.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Best in the business! A deer hit my truck and Mike did a great job! Looks like brand new again you'd never know what happened. Bridget was excellent at dealing with the insurance company for me and keeping me in the loop on my truck.

I took my brand new car here to be repaired after minor accident causing damage to my front bumper thinking they'd fix it good and i'd have no problems but i was wrong.1. They estimated 30-45 days for repair but it took 120 days (4months)2. They did not notify me at all during the 120 days with any updates on when the repairs would be complete3. Charged my insurance an extra $2000 without my knowledge total cost around $100004. Repair job done badlya. front lights were installed badly has wholes at the edges,b. did not install new parts which they charged for, such as front break pads, etc.c. they forgot their repairing tool in the car. It tells they did not inspect the car after done.5. cars engine started rusting was sitting there long time untouched last days repairing5. lack of better customer serviceI was talking with them about my issues and before I finished talking and they hung up on me right in my ear. loud click soundI do not recommend this place

I honestly can t go anywhere else. I have made the trip from where I live in NYC to their shop in Jersey whenever I needed body work after two stressful accidents lovely couple and amazing service. They simplified the process both times, making an already stressful situation stress-free. Great and genuine conversation every time they really care about you as the customer and your concerns. Only honest work is done here and Bridget is great about communicating with you every step of the way, especially when it includes negotiating with insurance companies. Highly recommend - my bumper looks AMAZING. Thank you both again!!Service: Body & Trim

I was dealing with Karen who was a pleasure to deal with to buy a van that custom auto body is selling for their neighbor who went out of business. Mike the owner whom walks in with a nasty attitude tells me to come back when I have all the money that he refused to take a down pay. I had seen the Vans a week before with Karen and I was out in New Jersey to see another van which I did not like so I figured I would stop by custom Auto body to tell them I wanted one of their vans and I can leave a deposit . Then I said if I bring all the money and a dealer plate could I drive the van off the lot and mike responded he had told me that wasn't an option and he kicked me out. I thought he was joking and he said I'm not going to tell you again, I now told you twice to leave. As a business owner I would never treat anybody like this.
