This place came highly recommended. As life would have it, I had an emergency and needed help. I pulled in and Eric welcomed me. He told me there were a lot of cars on his schedule today but he would find a way to help me. Not only did he and the team help me but they did it in record time. Allowed me to wait and even watch them work. Everyone was so kind and informative. The prices are fair and honest. I am beyond pleased. If you're in need of top notch service, come and see Eric, Waleed, and the crew. They've got what you need to get you back on the road and help you stay there. Cash and cards accepted.

It s a family shop! Explained what was going on with my mom s car to the son over the phone and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. Repairs were done fast and efficiently, prices are very reasonable. My mom s car ready for pick up in less than 24 hours!

An amazing family business and HONEST folks. They took car of my old faithful with a broken belt. I d highly recommend them. If you need a vehicle or need a repair done in the Atlantic City area this the place to go. If they can t help you idk if anybody can lol.They really saved us last night n we were able to drive the car back to philly the same day.

I was down in AC for a conference from central Jersey and my car was having trouble. Brought my car right in after my husband called to see if they could help me. They were incredibly thorough and responsive. They shared that they could not fix my car due to transmission issues and encouraged me to find the right person to fix my care. I truly appreciate the honesty.

My son recently took a job in Atlantic City. His car started to shake at a traffic light. He took it to an auto parts store for a diagnostic. We discussed all of the possibilities. And then I did a Google search for a good mechanic. Thankfully others had reviewed their experiences with Arctic! Jake took the car in just before closing last night and got it back today. They were honest and fair! We couldn't ask for more than that. Fortunately they are a mile from his place so he could even walk there and back. Eric and the men who work here are honest and hard working people. I took my car here after my check engine light came on because it was the closest around and I had to make my commute to work, but I m so glad I did. Walking in as a single female, I was worried I was about to get scammed for a simple repair, but that wasn t the case at all. Eric ran my car diagnostic, walked me through what was wrong, and charged me a beyond reasonable price. I now recommend this shop to all my friends and family and wish I found it sooner!!

Alternator died while on trip in AC.Called Artic because they were close.Got a good vibe when I talked to them. I was going to have AAA tow it there but got lucky and it started. On site they agreed it could be the starter but we re going to check everything else. Short and simple they gave me a quote for the alternator which I authorized and had the car ready the next day. They could have easily took advantage knowing I was kind of stuck. Great price, great service and most of all honest which is hard to find these days....Service: Electrical

Absolutely love this place!.....Eric was the most reliable honest fast and trustworthy mechanic I know i was in Jersey for vacation for a couple of days and my transmission blew Eric fix it in one day and a half! perfect timing for me I highly recommend anybody who lives in jersey to definitely take their car to this place because they're amazing!!!!

I had my van diagnosed for this strange noise and this guys are simple incredible awesome and honest. Best auto shop in the city possibly in the east coast. Bring this guys more business everyone!

I got a flat tire this morning and the guys over there helped me pump up my tire and put a plug. They are located very close to the beach. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They did not overcharge me and did an amazing job!!! I really recommend them.

These guys fix/maintain all our cars - from Honda to Toyota to Ford to BMW to Infiniti and beyond. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Recommended highly! It is even worth driving a bit to get to this shop, because they have are honest and skilled, 2 things that are hard to come by, especially the former.

I bring my car here all the time since the service and the workers here are both amazing. Nowadays repairmen are trying to scam inexperienced customers with high prices but the prices here are very reasonable and the workers let you know what exactly is wrong with your car. I recommend this place to all my friends.

One of the best shops I ve been too, everyone is always very nice and helpful and explains everything very well. I have a Mini Cooper and I won t go anywhere else, they are the only ones that have ever known what to do with it. I d recommend them to anyone!

The service was amazing and the people working there are great people, they make sure you got what you needed done and more. The hospitality was amazing and they never make you wait! I d definitely go there again if I have any more problems with my car.

I just bought a car from arctic auto and I'm so happy with it!!! Service was amazing everything is running well and any minor problems I had was fixed immediately. Brought a faulty car a while back and a week later I starting to have problems, check engine lights came on after a week of driving which I believe it was reset before I bought the car, I m a mechanic expert and two of the break caliper was broken which any other person that don t know cars this could be a accident, don t really care about the faulty car but when you sell a car safety to drive a car should have be the number one priority.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair
