I am purchasing so genuine original fj60 bumper for a 1894 Landcrusier, I have just ordered both a rear and front chrome bumper along with all fixtures and end caps, I have also ordered a chrome grill and light surround.My enquire has been completely handled by Justin and he has been very easy and responsive to all my queries and has clarified things to ensure I obtain exactly what I desire, he was also very quick to provide an quotation and delivery timeframe for postage to Australia from the US. So far the service has been great, hoping the delivery and the product is the same quality as the customer service,Thank you JustinCheers

I live overseas as a US citizen abroad. Hard to source parts in my current country.Had pretty little luck getting through to these guys for other requests, so went with Megazip or one of the other big box suppliers.Could not for the life of me find a radiator to fit the 3b swap in my 1985 FJ70. Sold me one for upwards of $450. Sent halfway across the world with the wrong inlet. Sent it back, re-welded, with no drain petcock as requested.Ok, installed finally myself, cooling ok.4 months later the welds broke. Owner says it somehow "didn't settle right". I found it odd. Says to weld in place on the mount.3 months later rad starts leaking cooling from a few places. I asked whats going on and send a few pics. Got a 1 sentence reply with a link to a site about what coolant to use. (was already using green as the site recommended.)Little to no customer service / satisfaction. Won't go in depth about any issues, and fails to see any fault or even apologize for mistakes.Would be wear of doing any business with this company.

One star should not even be an option for this company. The experience that I had was a terrible one. First of all I was dealing with a guy named Gabriel who seemed to have no knowledge of what they were talking about. I placed an order believing that there was a clear understanding of the parts I needed and not only was the order really late as the representative keep ignoring my calls and kept putting our order off, but they ended up sending the wrong parts out anyways. Then when I called to correct the issue Gabriel was unwilling to help and kept saying he needed to speak to a manager. Turns out the manager Craig was not helpful either. Instead of trying to help the situation as I was now very late on my due date to my customer trying to find parts for their vehicle, the manager told me that the parts I ordered were wrong and I had to pay for the return shipping for the wrong parts that THEY sent LATE. After not reaching an agreement to find a resolution I told them I did not want their parts or any more business with them and I agreed to pay to ship the parts back. Finally when I checked my bank account I saw that they only credited me back a portion of what I paid for and when I called back to ask why they said it was a fee to return the parts. That is ridiculous. Not only did I pay for the parts to be returned but there was also another fee which they never told me about before sending the parts back. They scammed me and did not try to resolve my issues with them what so ever. As a business owner I understand the value in trying to make a customer happy and making sure the job is well done. If there is an issue solve it. Do not make the customer feel like a victim to a scam or make them feel like their business is unwanted. I really hope that this does not happen to anyone else trying to find parts through this company.

These guys are an absolute rip off, don't waste your time. I ordered a part from them that I absolutely regret. There was no picture of the "custom fabricated" part on their website and when I asked for one, they refused, saying I would have to order it first. Weird, but when it arrived I understood why. They're charging $65 for $3 worth of angle iron. A "custom fabricated" piece. Never would have ordered it in the first place if I knew that was the case. Then to return it I had to ship it on my own dime, and they take a 25% restocking fee out of the return. I lost a bit of money here but it's about the principle, I don't want my LC built with parts from a shady company.

Very please with the level of service I received. They went out of there way to send me a picture before I purchased the weather deflector. The packaging was outstanding and the part looked better than I expected. I was not please with the cost of that part (Especially being used), but they were kind enough to give me a small military discount. Every little bit helps. I will certain recommend Cruiser Parts and will use them again. Thanks for all of your help Craig!

I never leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel I should warn others. This is the kind of establishment that acts like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Their customer service is non existent. Good luck contacting them. If you're placing an order, they'll probably get back to you so they can collect your money. If you're reaching out about an order already placed, they will ghost you for weeks. They'll string you along and tell you they have the parts in hand and are shipping it out tomorrow, but your order won't ship for months. Don't expect a straightforward response.I placed an order well over a month ago that still hasn't shipped. This wouldn't be an issue if they were upfront about this. The problem is that I was originally told it would ship the following week. After two weeks, I called in for a status update and was told the order was ready to go, and that it would ship in a day or two. That was over two weeks ago. I've called and left a message twice now, and have not received any reply. At this point I just want to cancel my order and purchase from a different shop, and I'm not even able to do that.I originally ordered from cruiserparts because I liked the idea of supporting a small business in the USA and was willing to pay a premium to get the parts quicker than ordering from Japan. This store isn't a business, it's a charity case. Save your time, money, and avoid the headache. Order your parts direct from Japan.

They continue to save the day! Ordered a rear windshield a few years back after my cooler went thru the window on the white rim trail. Whoops. Delivered fast, as ordered, no complaints! Just recently my distributor went out on my fj80, I mistakenly picked the wrong shipping, after one call they were able to fix my mistake and expedite the request getting me back on the road. As years go on it becomes harder and harder to source Toyota parts. I am forever grateful for the inventory of parts they have and will continue to order from them.

I had posted a nice review but after almost a year and I finally received my part 3 months after I ordered it only to find out that the part was never rebuilt and I received the part damaged. It not only cost me so much time and money. We are now 9months from when I ordered it and and the core charge of $900 was never paid and I was only given 400 back. So wondering why Craig acts like he cared... so be warned when buying from this company they only want your money not a customer. May those that think it's ok to take advantage of people in wheelchairs on a fixed income get the wave of karma coming your way ...you have been warned More lies from your company definitely never resolved the issue and you continue to scam other people. We have an entire chat about your company and I have let everyone know not to buy from this company sure you were great 3 years ago but no anymore. Do better actually fixed what you did wrong own up to your mistakes instead of blaming others!

Ronnie went out of his way to be a help to me. Sure they are sometimes hard to reach, but I promise if you leave them a message or send them an email they will get back to you. These guys are reasonable and fair and helpful and they are a good resource for Cruiser parts. What more can a guy ask for?

Sleep better knowing these guys are out there. Have been using them for years. Live in San Diego so can''t be any farther from them. Wish I could swing by for a visit. I have only used them for recycled parts so you gotta go in willing to work with them and have a good attitude.

Quick reply from Ronnie after a question I asked before I purchased, as I live in Australia I just wanted to make sure, ordered the part I needed on Oct 26 and part arrived in Australia on Nov 2.More then happy with the delivery time, actually thought it might have been a mistake when I got the fedex email to say it had been delivered but it was sitting on my doorstep when I got home, a full week before the estimated delivery date.Thanks very much as I couldn't get the left hand drive steering part in Australia.

Look at the reviews,........Wish I had before loosing $700.Terrible customer service, (ordered January 2022)a windshield didnt get till March for a resto & because I did'nt open the box within 48 hrs of receipt to ensure FEDEX insurance coverage and left in packaging until placement. They wont refund a $700 broken windshield!! Pay with Credit card otherwise $$ lost!! 2 weeks after their 60 day expiry i found it and contacted immediately, so not sure if that's working days or calendar days, but honestly with good customer service you shouldnt have to worry.Buyer beware cause u gonna get 40rk'ed.Nowhere did it disclose opening when purchased unless you actually read the fine print online. Was still in original packaging and protection when opened and pics sent.Constant follow up to get a response that resulted in ZERO not even a store credit. Fastest response was within an hour but only when you do a review like this otherwise expect 72 hours min or multiple phone calls and a complete waste of time!Not to mention the prior purchases that i made were charged before figuring out whether they had the parts and then constant follow up to ensure they refunded the money for the items they couldnt send.

The crew has been very helpful in getting me the parts I have needed for my HJ60. The parts have been spot on and showed up on time. Their customer service has been great over the past couple years I have been ordering from them. They have always found a way to get the part I have needed for my 2h. I have been super happy with them and will continue to be a customer.

I've ordered from them several times and never had an issue. Parts are always as described (or better). They clearly state when there will be shipping delays or will not be answering the phone on their website. Parts inquiries via email has always been responded to very helpfully. They walked me through a complete part-by-part breakdown for rebuilding my windshield wiper setup for my FJ62. Very helpful and much appreciated.

I am on the road and needed an alternator over night. I called late, after 5 on Wednesday and they shipped the part overnight the same day. Pretty amazing service. The price was fair, the shipping cost were reasonable and the advise was good. This company is a valuable resource for vintage Landcruiser owners.

I emailed to request pictures of a part they have listed with no pics (rear carpet fj80). Obviously I would need pics before I buy. I emailed them and received a response. Over a month late!! That just shows that theee guys are just a pick a part selling God knows what. You get what you get, hopefully it's better than the broken/missing item you already have. Not worth the gamble, plenty of other cruiser outfits that actually care enough to respond in a timely manner..Oh and they still never sent pics!! Ronnie said, pay first then we will get you the pics of the item.. who the heck runs an outfit like this. What a joke!

I'm a little late on the feedback but the service was great and they were very knowledgeable. This is my second time dealing with Cruiser Parts and it will not be the last.The truck hood that I recently purchased, in particular, was a very fair deal . Great to have these guys in the Northeast.

The first two times I placed an order things went well, other than long ship times. My third order was a complete screw-up so badly I had to go to PayPal to fix it because contacting Cruiserparts was useless, they would not respond to me. Once you realize this place is really a junkyard, you will understand the level of poor customer service and long ship times (poor customer service again). I really wish they were legit because they are not that far from me, ship time, and appear to carry a lot of what I need for my truck...

Terrible doing business with. Delivered my order to the wrong address and took 4 weeks to get all straightened up. I ordered another item and this company cancelled my order without refunding my card. So incompetent on what they do.Transfer case was all disassembled when finally came in after 4 weeks, not better than the old one.They sent my order to Oregon and they want me to pay for the shipment. That's just pathetic!

I have only had good experiences with these guys. I have ordered parts and even brought my truck up for service. Never had a problem.Just had a new suspension and some other little add-ons and again another super great experience! I will also add that I bring my FJ60 all the way up there from NY because they are the only guys that have the resources and know how to get the work done properly. If I need a used part they have it at a reasonable price, if I need something new it is always at fair price. I can highly recommend them!

If you have a LC or a LX470, etc. call these guys. They saved me a ton of money and the customer service is amazing. I was going to buy new parts, but they found used parts for half the price. They also have knowledge of our cars and are nice folks up in N.H. vs. some random warehouse with agents who are random salespeople in a call center. Nice folks, good parts availability, real human customer service. Call them.

I am two months into owning my '97 LX450 and these guys have helped me out of several jams already. Obsolete parts no one else has, and even they did, they probably wouldn't go through the trouble of removing it for you. Really, a tremendous resource and one that has made owning an FJ80 extremely fun. Thank you.
