The staff are very welcoming and understanding. They will listen to you re input on your vehicle and will accommodate service in a timely manner. Thankful for Jack and Ian for always willing to help me out. Couldn t think of a better place to get my car serviced.

I scheduled an appointment for 8 AM and arrived a little early so waited in the empty parking lot. After dropping off my keys, I was told it would take about an hour or so, which was fine. Originally planning to wait with the car, I'm glad I didn't as it ended up taking much longer. Three and a half hours later, with no update, I became concerned and called in. To my dismay, I was informed that my car haven't even been touched and wouldn't be for another two hours, plus an additional hour for the service. This prolonged the delay, stretching the appointment to six plus hours, its completely unacceptable and unprofessional for an appointment that I booked for earliest available time.

HUGE THANKS to KEN and JASON for going above and beyond to help me today!! I ran into VIP in distress, as I had a flat tire and no spare. They were amazing at fitting me in, very knowledgeable and thorough, and I left there extremely satisfied! I would never go anywhere else after the 5 star treatment I received from them today!! 5 stars is NOT enough - Thankyou guys, Joanne M. (With the Avalanche)

VIP is solid I replaced my tires, got my oil changed and got an inspection in one stop and they were able to accommodate me and price match within a day. Went back for a tire patch after I ran over a nail and that was incredibly inexpensive. 10/10 would recommend

I was extremely pleased with the Customer service at VIP in Somersworth NH. I recently brought my vehicle in for a brake change, and the staff couldn t have been more helpful. They were professional, articulate, and punctual. I d like to give a huge shout out to Mike, Dallas, and Jay! VIP, are you listening?? These young gentlemen need a raise ASAP!!

Couldn t say enough good things about Marissa and the team at VIP! I needed 2 tires for my Nissan, and they were able to schedule me the same day, and I was in and out within an hour. Great deals for AAA members, and veterans! Will be going back here for all of my auto needs! Next is my oil change!! Super friendly, and they even told me to come back within 20-40 miles so they could re-torque my lug nuts. Clear this place cares!!

They went above and beyond to help me and make sure my car and tires were safe. They were kind and would tell me what they were doing and why. I highly recommend this store. Just came back. Battery and alternator went out. Jack was fantastic. He s friendly and helped me out so much. I will definitely recommend this place and will have all my work done here

I've been to VIP Auto in Somersworth three times this year, and each time they go above and beyond to get what's done the right way and also please the customer. Both Tim and Jay are very kind, knowledgeable and know what they're doing. I appreciate the A++ customer service and also the peace of mind that these guys truly know their stuff! I needed rear brakes done ASAP. Some friends recommended VIP in Somersworth NH. I called them at 9:30am. Dropped the car off at 12:30pm. Car was ready to go by 2:30pm at a very good price. Highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable.

I just moved to the area and needed NH inspections for 2 cars. I'm a busy guy so I called around for availability on my day off, Jack and Dallas took great care of me in less that one hour, same day. 2 days later, they took care of my mom's car with an appointment and she told me "those guys are wonderful!" Awesome 1st impressions, service and hospitality! I'll be in soon for my winter tires!

DALLAS is the big guy with a warm smile when you walk in....HE has exceptional customer service skills. He kept me calm and took care of my car - as he assured me he would. I recommend VIP in Somersworth. Ask for Dallas. You won't be disappointed.

Got a oil change today and they were nice and friendly. Great waiting room with TV and WiFi.Always telling you how you have a discount for this or that saving money makes me happy.Thanks

Met the manager on duty during check-in. And, check-out with Dallass. Service received from both gentlemen is super. Professional and friendly. All the communication on the required service and completion of the job are awesome. Driving out from the garage with satisfaction. Definitely will come back.

Very easy to make an appt online. Nice waiting area with free coffee. Oil change took about an hour. I will definitely be returning!

Wouldn't recommend slammed packed with phone calls and can't bother to talk to people in line. 12 people working the floor and not 1 bothered to help. If you got plenty of time to kill perfect spot

Sent my daughter to the somersworth location for a flat repair. why a simple flat repair takes 2 hours is beyond me. i usually go to laconia as they get me in and out. somersworth is closer for us. i figured, knowing the ropes, that it would be quick. silly me. 2 hours is far too long to repair a tire. not to mention the tire is on a chevy sonic, so its not a huge tire in the first place. i get it, maybe they were busy but still. once the car is in the shop and on the lift, half hour max.

Very pleased with the service I received. My battery light had come on. After some of my own troubleshooting I knew it wasn't the battery. Gave VIP a call and they had me in within 24 hours of calling. Diagnosed the issue and replaced my alternator and serpentine belt and sent me on my way.

Wasted 2 hrs of my time. Scheduled the appointment and asked for 4 new tires and an inspection. Confirmed tires when I arrived. Confirmed tires on app. Confirmed tires to tech that called me. Showed up 2 hrs later and NOTHING was done. Terrible customer service

I drove an hour away from home just to go to this location. This is my second time coming here for routine maintenance and I can confidently say that I felt like I could trust them to not overcharge or manipulate me into services that I didn t need. I normally dread going to dealers or other shops for maintenance but I will continue coming here as long as I m in the area.Service: Electrical repair

With having a sports car soemtimes it is hard to get my car in and find a place with the proper filter, i was able to call and everyone was super helpful! I was also able to leave my car and come back, definitely recommend!!

I came in to get an oil change right after working my first job and right before my second job. The guys were friendly, they worked efficiently. I usually go to Tri City Subaru, but I will definitely be going back here. They were fairly priced as well. Over all it was a great experience and they definitely have my support!

There were broken window shutters in my driveway that I didn t see while pulling in at night. They had screws sticking up and 2 of my tires got punctured and went flat. I got towed to this location and they were amazing. They were able to fix my tires and didn t try to push me to do anything more than they needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car troubles can be stressful and I felt taken care of the whole time. Definitely recommend this shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly and helpful people! I know nothing about cars so it's nice having patient people explain what the process is and what they're doing. Dallas is super nice and friendly as well! The military discount is especially nice! This is my go-to auto shop!

We've been using VIP in Somersworth for years and they've always been good to us. They don't push unnecessary work, their prices are reasonable, it's easy to get an appointment and the staff is super friendly.In particular, Tim has been there since I can remember and he's a total rockstar. He's knowledgeable, easy going and always remembers us. We're grateful for the small-town feel and care we receive whenever we call or stop by.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement
