Was in the market for a new truck. Made an appointment to test drive. Larry Arena was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and treated me in a courteous and respectful manner.Skip Turgeon was also a big help, I got the truck I wanted and the trade amount was more than I expected. Nice to be back in a Mopar after all these years! I would have no qualms in recommended this dealership to friends or family.

I live in upstate NY and have been searching for a Jeep Gladiator for months that checks all the boxes of what I m looking for specifically. Found what I wanted in NH at Tri-City Jeep and reached out. Larry was the sales person who contacted me and made the whole process smooth and simple and helped answer any questions I had via text as this was easiest for me with my work schedule and facilitate paperwork via email. I made the 7 hour drive to NH, and an hour later I was in my new Gladiator driving 7 hours back. Larry was excellent, and made for a positive experience considering my long road trip for this particular truck.

My experience here at Tri-city was well beyond what I expected. We had Brock and he was fantastic, we were nervous about being hounded by hungry salesman and that is absolutely not the case here. Brock is extremely knowledgeable, very respectful, and let's you make up your own mind. He's the ideal salesman. Brock really went the extra mile with us in the end and personally made sure everything was perfect for us apon our departure.Zach was our finance guy, he was very knowledgeable as well. Zach answered all of our questions and then some, we went over all the sinareos. There's no surprise fee's or charges here, you only pay for what you buy.I would definitely buy here again, I would even send my grandmother here to buy a car. Tri-city has a great group of guys over there.

Dianne was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me updated on the status of my car and explained everything in a way I could understand. I am very happy with the service I received and the time it took to complete the work. I am proud to drive a Dodge and will definitely return for any service needs.

My father and I came to Tri-City Jeep in search of a new car for him. Brock was very knowledge me and helpful, in person as well as remotely through messages and calls. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and happily answered all the questions we had throughout the whole process. Left with an excellent 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and we are very happy with it. He filled up the gas tank for us before we left and had the car be cleaned. Ask for him by name and I am sure you will be satisfied!

Purchased a used vehicle from Tri-city and had a great experience. We purchased from out of state and they helped very accommodating through each step of the process. I would highly recommend purchasing from the folks here if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Terrible Terrible people to deal with..sold me an unsafe vehicle. Bad wheel bearings, bad tie rods, bad ball joint.. check engine light was on for 47 straight days..tried contacting to fix. Went in 6 times for repairs and charged me. The guy Skip T told me to sit the F down in show room..I have this all on tape. Had to go to NH inspection dealer desk to have them investigate safety issues..emailed Zach 7 times and wouldn't get back to me on zero occasions..the fact that they would let an u safe vehicle leave there lot is very scary..I would never buy from these people..I felt bullied and pushed around and van is still has many problems..they didn't tighten down my wheel after trying to inspect..and ruined my rim..have documentation and statements from 2 other garages...really really bad business people here....David. I brought my car in for an inspection as well as having all the fluids checked etc. Diane shared with me that I needed to have my brakes replaced. I shared with her that I wouldn't be able to come back until the next Saturday. I work for the postal service pretty much from sunrise to sunset and Saturday afternoon was really the only time I could come in. A few minutes later, she came back and told me that " the boys wouldn't mind staying and would get my brakes done today". What a relief!!! I am grateful for Diane advocating for me as well as the whole team. They finished the job quickly too. My original appointment was at 2pm and I still got out of there by 4pm. I have always had great service at this dealership. Thank you,Laura

In 2017, we purchased a nice van for the familly and our new business. It was pre-owned but in great condition; durung seven years we drove about 150K miles. We are planning to go to the same people for a new van because they do the right thing. Thank you, Carl!

Came in for a quick recall check and quote for a exhaust manifold job (2018 cummins) Recall work was done in a timely manner. Quote for the exhaust manifold was several thousand less then a local mechanic and Tri-City Dodge seemed to be the only place that was interested in doing the work.Plainly speaking, I normally stay away from dealerships due to labor rate, margin on parts, and the overall corporate environment. However, this dealership is slowly changing my opinion.A thank you to Tri-City for being prompt and professional!

Just bad all around. We called ahead to confirm a specific vehicle was available. Upon arriving, we took a look - the car had not been cleaned whatsoever, extremely dirty, covered in pet hair, dirty socks in it. The front car lock was also broken. Condescending salesperson. We were told they would detail the car, and fix the lock. We decided to buy the car, and would come pick it up the following day (despite having pre-told them when we were coming to look at/possibly purchase the car - it was not actually ready to be sold - which caused a lot of extra driving on our end). We signed the paperwork to purchase. The next day, we were called and told they can t fix the lock because they would be at a loss for the car because of all the work they already did . We had specifically clarified before signing that this would be fixed. After pushing back and clarifying that a verbal agreement was made, they said they d fix the lock - but had to order the part etc which took several days to come in.3 days later the car was ready to go pick up. The lock was fixed. After leaving the dealership, it was very clear the car was lightly vacuumed and definitely not detailed. There was tons of pet hair still in the car and it was still very filthy. We also found upon putting on our own plates, that they had screwed the plate screw so tightly to put on a temp plate that it was completely broken, so also had to buy a new plate holder.Just generally not a great a experience whatsoever, I wouldn t recommend or return.

Dan was great to work with, he was patient and very friendly as well as understanding my needs. Though the process took awhile, I didn't feel as if there was any kind of game playing or traditional "sales tactics" being employed. I've now purchased 2 cars through this company and have been happy and satisfied on both accounts. I'd recommend working with Dan Kaussner.

The dealership and Dan were on point and answered all my questions without being pushy to make the sale. I felt I got a fair deal and quality service. Being in sales all my life it is nice to see an organization that follows a high level of ethics. Thanks to the team at Tri-City

Terrible. I dropped my ram truck off on December 8th. I called several times to get updates over the next month and a half with zero call backs. I was always told the person handling my service was out or on a break. Initially I was told I needed all of this engine work ..until they found out it was under warranty. Suddenly just a tune up. I had it for 2 days and the engine started acting up. It s back in the shop(Foss) and apparently I need cams and rocker arms(I m not a car guy but that s what I m pretty sure is getting done and should have been caught by tricity) The Tri-City stooges didn t even apologize initially, never called me back after I got my truck from their shop to see if everything was ok. They knew I was frustrated with their lack of communication and still no courtesy follow up. Terrible customer service. No integrity. Could care less about customer satisfaction. Go anywhere else for service.UpdateRam also needs a cam headI also notice they respond to the good reviews in a timely manner but not the poor onesGreat customer service! Keep doing what you re doing.3/22/2024You have my contact information. If you cared about your poor service and want to address my concerns you could reach out to me.

I happily left this dealership with a 75th anniversary Jeep Renegade that allows the top to come off it, I am absolutely in love with it! Brock Kerr made the entire process stress free by running numbers until I was comfortable with my payments, called the bank to handle my past loan and also transferred my car insurance over all efficiently and hassle free, thank you Brock for holding this Jeep for me I am so excited for all the adventures in it with my kids! I will most definitely be coming back in the future for my next Jeep adventures :)Until next time! OIIIIIIO

Work was done in a timely manner. Was upsold on an extra service, but it was something that was needed. Only problem I had was, I waited 2 months for my appointment, because I needed a courtesy car. Then I was charged $100 a day for the vehicle. Was never told there was a charge for courtesy car.If I take my truck back there, that won't happen again.

I made my appointment through the online system and had to wait 30 days to get in. I clearly indicated that the reason for the appointment was for a recall that I was told to schedule. When my wife dropped the vehicle off, the service writer had no idea why. I had also asked about a second recall that has been waiting for a solution, but they had no idea about that until it was time to pick the vehicle up. Now I have to wait another month for the parts and then I assume another month for the service to be done.If the online system is not working to the extent that my reasons for service aren't getting through to the service writer, please fix it.I owned and operated my own automotive repair business for over 10 years. We would not have survived if we operated like this.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new ram 2500 from Tri City. I worked with Zach Bigford, Jeremy Kelly and Brian Jones all were very professional and accommodating of my time. I spent a lot of time shopping around and they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I felt like everyone I worked with genuinely cares about doing a good job and not just making a sale witch made for a great overall experience.

It was convenient to be able to drop off the car the day before. I was also contacted promptly when the work was complete. The customer service employee told me to come back in from the cold my car wasn t easily seen when picking up the car.

BUYER BEWARE... Purchased a brand new 2021 Challenger GT from this dealership only to experience awful customer service and damage to my vehicle after signing. They wanted to take no ownership and proceeded to tell me that brand new cars come with scratches. The car returned with the whole entire body covered in scratches looking worse then when it was given to them. The service manager tried to make me feel wrong for pointing out damage they caused and hoped he would never hear from me again. Dealership does not care about the customer or their happiness whatsoever. Update: Because I posted this review telling the truth Tri City now canceled my appointment and refuses to provide accessories that were promised upon purchase. They don't want me near them and won't service my vehicle it is childish games honestly. They did address the first concern but upon damaging the car at the shop after purchase they refused to fix the damage that was caused and left me in a situation where I need to spend thousands to fix the damage.
