Took my car here for a standard service and was really impressed by the level of detail and care they took in explaining everything. They even take pictures of issues they identify and text them to you with a description of the issue, cost, and severity. Will definitely be coming back!

Always a great spot when servicing my car, they have comfortable seating in the waiting room and a bench outside for those who smoke. They are always diligent about telling me what they did and the cost, too. Also, a plus is they never look down on a woman bringing in their car, making her feel stupid! They owe their staff a raise!

Really disappointed in the level of care and attention put into my vehicle after bringing it in after a small accident. They failed to recommended me necessary services when my car was brought in. Now a year later I am stuck with a lot more damage and expenses caused by the lack of knowledge I was given by the tri city team. Not to mention I have called and voiced these concerns and would just receive excuses probably to just shut me up. I really don t recommend them and am highly disappointed.

Great experience. Super easy to work with. Everything done over the phone. Bought truck sight unseen. Signed a few papers on arrival and drove away. Plate and sticker was on it when we showed up. Ask for John Mcsharry, tell him I sent you.

We bought our car from tri-city Subaru back in 2019, and have been going there for services since then. We loved them so much that even if we moved to Concord, we kept scheduling services at tri-city. However, our last two appointments through us off - one was significantly delayed and another canceled for being us late for 20 minutes. We ve nothing against those. What disappointed us the most was the way service representatives behaved and communicated with us. In both instances, they were rude and disrespectful. We didn t plan on writing a review after the first instance, but as it happened again, we felt obligated to let everyone know. We hope people in the front desk are at least being trained in personal communication.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I love using this Subaru dealership. They are super nice there in the service department. Everyone greets you when you walk through the door & they actually try to help you get the best deal there is! Mike and Andy from Sales, Len from financing, Patty at reception...they're all completely amazing! I rarely write reviews - on anything, but my experience at Tri-City was so awesome that I can't help but leave them a good review. Each and every car I test drove was spotless. They're mechanics/detailers do an A+ job. Mike in sales helped me find the perfect car to fit my budget and taste. He was professional, friendly, absolutely zero pressure, and went way farther to make me happy with my new car than any other sales person I've met in the last 20 years.Every concern I had was addressed quickly, thoroughly, and thoughtfully. I could go on and on about the little things the team at Tri-City Subaru did to make this car buying process stress-free, but I think I'm about to run out of characters. All in all, they are completely worth your time! You will NOT regret bringing your business to these folks.

Bought a car there. Craig was amazing and very friendly, we ended up showing up close to closing time and he still took the time to show us a car. We came the next day and he was very thorough and kind. Not pushy at all. 11/10 recommend!!

I just purchased a Subaru Forester. The sales staff actually allowed me to look around before approaching me. And didn t try to up sell me when I told him I knew what I wanted. He stayed within my budget range and got me into exact Subaru I wanted. Very friendly. I was in my car the next day. Best car buying experience by far. I ll definitely be sending my family to try city. Anthony and Matt were exceptional and worked fast and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone serious about owning a Subaru.

I've purchased three cars from this place and I've never felt like they put a hard sell on me or anything. I always bring my car to be serviced there because they never price gouge or try to take advantage of me.They recently serviced my car in an emergency during down-pouring rain despite me not having an appointment. These are real people that care about their customers.

My Subaru recently needed extensive work done and Ally / Gary / Service center exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to educate me on time lines and what was happening. Highly recommend this dealership / team as it was a transparent, professional and quality job!

Sheila in Sales at Tri City Subaru was outstandingly. She is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The entire operation is very organized and I highly recommend stopping in if you are searching for a new or used vehicle.It was a very good experience and I am extremely happy with my now second SUV purchased there.

When I received a call to confirm my appointment the service department advised me that I had to reschedule my appointment because their computer system didn t match their actual hours and then telling me I had to wait another week when to get my vehicle serviced. When I explained that I had the confirmation email with exact date and time and after asking the representative to confirm with management about the confirmation I received she started getting attitude and hung up on me. I understand that systems are not perfect but hanging up on customers is beyond unprofessional! This is my first experience with my Subaru and this makes me not want to deal with them!Service: Auto engine tuning

What an amazing experience at Tri City Subaru right from the start. I spoke with Patty McSharry on the phone and via email and she was awesome. She was knowlagable and pressure free and made me feel comfortable instantly. When I was asked to show at the dealership she transferred me to deal Brian,also an awesome salesman who was equally nice and made you feel very comfortable right from the start. Brian Santos was also very knowledgeable about there vehicles and very easy going. My favorite part about this experience was not once did I feel pressured about anything, including when I sat down with financing. It was a no pressure amazing experience and now I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a Subaru!

There was an issue with a loud noise in one of the wheels and I was able to get in quickly for someone to have a look. The issue was found and taken care of in a timely manner and I was charged labor which was reasonable. Technicians are very friendly and professional. I purchased my car at tri city and will purchase my next one there as well

Amazing experience with Cody and Sarah. Easy and pressure free. I had a bad experience at another Subaru dealer in Newington. They lowered my payment and gave a detailed explanation of the car. Great work Tri-City!

We are from out of state and got a check engine light near Tricity Subaru. We pulled in and everyone couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. They got us back in the road I just a few minutes. Kudos to Cindy. Her knowledge was amazing. Honestly, if we didn t live 2 hours away Tricity would be our Subaru dealer of choice. Got the 5k mile package, did a great job on my car. Everyone there is very professional and easy to talk to. I could write a book on this place regarding their service department, sales and finance department. Their genuine care for customers is real and at no point will you ever feel they are just trying to make a sale. I have purchased 4 vehicles from here and truthfully the only reason I keep coming back, especially when I have a Subaru dealership twice as close to my house, is the quality of the people and service. You will not be cheated or disappointed ever by taking your business here.

Ringo is an amazing guy. I went in for an oil change and my concern about a squeak in the engine. He had the tech listen and had to change out the belt. Bought my WRX here years ago. I kind of avoided them way back around 2013 because of somebody in the service department who was rude and condescending every time I went in. Fast forward to now and I needed a steering wheel job done after someone elses handy work went wrong. Bill the service manager is the man. Wicked nice guy, all the staff were nice actually, he got my parts in, my car in the shop a few days later, inspected it, threw a temporary sticker on, I brought it back in after a week to clear the codes, super quick, inspection done, all good. Subaru parts are pricey but that's not on him or the service department, and I feel like the labor rate was fair. Definitely a redemption story for me lol, I feel way more confident bringing my car here again. Good experience.

Emergency loss of power while driving late Thursday night. I had my Subaru towed to TriCity knowing it wasn't open. The driver left my key and my details in the drop box. The next am I spoke to Ringo who said their appointments were all full and he l he'd try to get to it. Later that day the car was assessed and he said the work would be done on Monday. I said I was desperate not to lose any more work time. Then on Saturday I got a call - they found the problem and could get my car finished that afternoon. I know Ringo "went the extra mile" for me. Work crisis averted. Thanks Ringo - you rock! And thanks to the guys that worked on my car.Service: Electrical repair

Highly recommend Tri-City Subaru. I just had the pleasure of working with Sheila to purchase my first Subaru. She really listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and was able to determine very quickly that the Crosstrek had everything I was looking for and so much more, perfect fit! She really took her time going over all the features of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. She made the whole car buying experience a dream. Shout out to Sarah who made the paperwork portion of the sale painless!! Thank you ladies and thank you Tri-City Subaru!!
