I have bought my cars from Somersworth Nissan for years! So when my son (January) needed a car we went there! Trevor and his team worked diligently to get what my son needed! Fast forward to now! I had to bring in my car for some service! And the service team was quick, knowledgeable and alway keeping my husband and I updated! My car is getting older so my husband wanted me to test drive a car (naturally I wanted something different) . I came in contact with Dan(sales) and Trevor (manager) who worked very hard to help find me a car, but I wanted only one on the whole lot! And Trevor made it happen in the middle of a snowstorm and several power outages! Thank you so much I am so appreciative and a very happy woman! I highly recommend Somersworth Nissan and their team that they have!!! From sales to maintenance, Service to management! I do apologize to the other people that were involved in taking care of my husband and I I only remembered the names of the people I had direct contact with, but the people that my husband worked with thank you very much! And thank you very much Trevor and Dan! I am very happy and thankful for all your work

We had such an amazing experience at Somerworth Nissan from beginning to end! Starting with Dustin who was extremely helpful with listening to what we were looking for and finding the perfect car, it was very obvious he loves what he does. We met with Dylan at Nissan on the day of purchase, he was so friendly with a great sense of humor and seemed just as excited as us about the car, he made it extremely fun! Dave from finance helped us with the paperwork, he was super nice and made sure we understood everything that was being signed!At the same time, we had our older truck being serviced. Another great experience! Jason and the service team did an amazing job on our truck (it was in desperate need of some TLC). When we picked up the truck, the detailing Gilbert did on it was unreal, it looked and smelled brand new. I felt like I left that day with two new vehicles!!!Thank you all SO MUCH!! You made what initially felt like a stressful situation into one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. We will 100% be lifelong customers and recommend you to anyone we know in need of a new car, service or detailing!

Nothing but the best of the best working at Somersworth Nissan s Service Department! All amazing workers! I d like to give a huge shoutout of thanks to the service department including the technicians they are on point providing great customer service, informing me of where the process is with my car something that I have never experienced at a car dealership. Somersworth Nissan I would recommend to everybody Jason Hamnett is the manager of the service department he s very professional does his job great his employees B-Money Has been my service advisor for well over a year now he s very prompt Informs me of everything that I need to know about my car He s understanding of financial issues he does not take advantage of the every day person. He s a wonderful salesman. Somersworth Nissan is very lucky to have such great employees dedicated to making the dealership run smooth and efficiently to where all customers enjoy coming back.I would like to also say they are very consistent, keeping the service bay pristine clean! It s great every time I go there not only are the employees incredible But they also managed to take time out of their day to make sure that their customers come into a very clean Drive service bay! Brad from Somersworth Nissan Does a great job at making sure the service bay is kept up with and always clean for the customers I think it s important for customers to see Clean while running serviceable area and Brad is incredible at making sure that everything is clean For all customersIf you haven t been to Somersworth, Nissan , I highly recommend that you go there check out their service drive + Their sales department. This is a dealership of excellence in my mind.

Troy and I had a wonderful experience here with Evan! Customer service was through the roof and the newly renovated building is an excellent environment. The cars are in excellent condition and this dealership is an amazing place to purchase. This is our second vehicle and we are more than pleased to have worked with Evan and his staff today!

Bought a used Subaru WRX. Car was priced well, Dan and a host of others at the dealership made the deal seamless. Car had some rust and a dent on the rear driver side quarter panel. I asked them to take care of it as part of the deal for the car. They did that on the rust issue was resolved beautifully

We ve been leasing Nissan cars for our last 5 cars over 10 or so years. We went to both port city Nissan and Somersworth Nissan. Somersworth Nissan is vastly superior in terms of service and care. We left port city feeling like we d never buy a Nissan again and came to Somersworth on a whim. We worked with Patrick D. & Trevor B, Dustin AND Ethan who were simply fantastic to us and never pressured us to make a decision. They were very transparent and did not waste time. Patrick treated us like highly valued customers. We were well supported in our exploration, and became more encouraged by Patrick and his team. Long story short, we ended up BUYING our first Nissan, crazy rates and all they made it work for me and my family. I could not recommend this dealership and their amazing team any higher! Go in and see for yourself!

Came to Somersworth nissan looking for a new vehicle. John quickly came out to ask if I needed any help finding anything. He then identified 4 vehicles in the size, style, and price I was looking for. The next day I returned to purchase his first recommendation. Great price awesome experience, they definitely took care of me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to head on down.

Best car buying experience in a long time! Dan, Trevor and Will all worked very hard to get all the pieces in place for me to purchase a vehicle. From reserving a test drive, to putting it on the lift for a look at the undercarriage, to figuring out financing, everything went smoothly with no pressure. Everyone worked very hard to get us on the road quickly as we had a time constraint and and important event to get to. I highly recommend this dealership and Dan is an amazing salesperson to work with!

So Thankful to Tim, Tom, Dustin, and anyone else we encountered that I may have forget their name. They did everything they could to get us into the vehicle we were dreaming of, including keeping us comfortable with snacks and making sure we had everything we needed in the meantime. It's an amazing vehicle and we're so thankful!

This was the first dealership I visited when searching for a new vehicle. They set the standard for my car search experience from the get-go with excellent communication, a no-pressure environment, and friendly service, which is what ultimately led me to working with them after exploring multiple options. John is exceptionally knowledgeable and was very helpful in guiding me towards the right vehicle, from understanding my needs to working within my budget. Just purchased a used Audi for my son at Somersworth Nissan and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their salesman, Will Dileo. Will was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. Not only did he sell me the car, but he also saved me nearly $2000 per year (not kidding) on my car insurance by suggesting we look into another company (I ll let him tell you how).Will went above and beyond from the moment we walked into the dealership until we drove away. More importantly, Will made us feel at ease with his kind smile and positive vibes. Will was also extremely patient with all our questions and indecisiveness! You are the best, Will!

I even had a little meltdown all of them was really good about an dealing with my concerns . I would tell anyone to see them . Mike is a really nice guy up front straight shooter . No pushing .

The customer service at this dealership is top of the line, I have never had such a great experience with getting into a new vehicle. Danny helped me by explaining things clearly through the entire process and even helped me transfer my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one. Dylan has been extremely helpful with our car buying process. We came in here nervous about buying a car and the possibility of it, but with how encouraging he was through the process beginning to end we left feeling a lot more laid back then when we arrived!!
