Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I had a severe issue with my vehicle and the owner (Ethan Clarke) along with the Sales Manager (Trevor Baker-Small) and Service Department (Jason, Denise) were all so fabulous in helping me with the repair. I've never seen such helpfulness and kindness in their response to my problem. Wow, just amazing. I'm overcome with emotion for what they did for me. I give them 10 stars for all of them!

Very clean, everyone keeping up with social distancing! Somersworth Nissan thank you for servicing my car today. My sensors were totally out of wack lets hope there fixed at the end if this, and i even got a free cleaning with the service center as an added bonus for being a Nissan customer! Woo hoo !

I had to have my yearly inspection, which I knew would also include four new tires. I also figured I would have the oil changed. I dealt with Andy, and Denise. Both were outstanding service people. Despite a slight Communications snafu, Everything was done in a timely manner. And all things were taken care of professionally. Can't say enough about Andy and Denise. The kind of people you'd like to have dinner with, very friendly.

I brought my car in for a tiny little issue and then found out it was a lot bigger issue. I worked with Brandon in service. I bought a used car with the help of Ethan Blake and Jay Cuttle. I was able to get financed and the customer service was top notch. There is a great deal of follow up after the purchase of the car to make sure everything was ok. Great team to work with.Kuerstin Fordham

I called to schedule time to have an air filter installed. I spoke with Andy who was thorough and super helpful. Once he learned more about my vehicle he was sad to let me know that this dealership/service center couldn t handle my HD vehicle. While I was sad too, I was super thankful to have encountered someone so knowledgeable about my vehicle and their business scope. He gave me some tips on how to ensure I get the vehicle serviced at a Nissan dealership that can handle HD vehicles. Thanks, Andy! I feel a lot more confident moving forward.

Not very helpful when dealing with out of state people, Ashley is very pushing about getting a good review rather than helpful in the car buying process. She also has none of the knowledge about the used cars that is important to know before buying the car, such as if the car has any rust, things that come with the car. Dustin was also very unhelpful knowing ahead of time the situation but not making any suggestions before hand that would help the process go smother. The General manger and mechanic are the only people willing to help and had the correct information necessary to make a decision about buying the car.

I bought my Nissan Truck at a different dealer. I need a routine service and tried them out. They are very respectful of your time. More importantly they don t try to up sell you every service. I had a 60k tune up, and it was completed in the time my wife got a tire rotation elsewhere. They stand behind their work. More than the dealership I bought the truck from.
