I had purchased new vehicles for many years at Hilltop Chevrolet and have always been treated well and gotten a great deal. This last time I traded my vehicle in, they had the color truck that I wanted at Dover Chevrolet and not at Hilltop unfortunately, so I took a chance on them instead. Worst mistake I ever made. I had serious transmission problems with my brand new truck from Dover Chevy and they kept on treating me like I was crazy and that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally, I brought it into the service department at Hilltop Chevrolet, and they got everything squared away quickly. They found that there was a speed sensor issue with the transmission and I was essentially driving around with only four gears for the entire first five months that I owned the vehicle; this cost me a lot more money and was unnecessary. The service department got me set up with a rental car for free, and did the actual diagnostic work that Dover Chevy didn t want to do apparently. My truck drives like a dream and I mgetting great gas mileage now finally. Thank you so much Hilltop Chevrolet!

I was able to do some negotiating by texting and email (due to being over an hour away). I had done some shopping around and Hilltop gave me the best deal by far. It s well worth the trip and I was not disappointed once I arrived. Everyone was friendly and I was treated like they ve known me forever. To top it off, their best employee Mash (the coolest black lab you ll ever meet) is more than happy to keep you company in the lobby.

I had a great experience with Hilltop. Was able to go in and buy a Bronze Chevy Trax with no hassle. The salesperson Mike Duquette was not pushy or overbearing during the process. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Hilltop.

I just recently moved to NH and this was my first visit to Ron Currier's. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from booking my appointment to picking up my vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and very courteous. The day before my I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in they contacted to let me know my appointment was going to take longer than expected because it was going to run into lunch. I was really appreciate of the call because it allowed me to change my plans and drop my truck off instead of wasting time and waiting for it. I will definitely go back again for future service needs.

Mike is a very talented salesman with so much knowledge. I was shown many levels of the trailblazer and trax, which I test drove.I was surprised at all the above and beyond extras Mr C has put into owning a cat from him.Very friendly people that stayed late to finalise my deal.

The whole experience was awsome. The previous night my car had broke down and had to be towed. I started my sales experience with Noah who lisened to my tale. My goal was to end the day with something we would both be happy with and that believed happened. Thanks to Noah and the team at Hilltop Chevy. Thank you, and I would definitely recommend the group to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My trucks battery went dead on a Saturday ,I called the service dept and told me it was very busy and probably no appt until beginning of week after a couple of pleas to have it done there asap because of appts that week they agreed to me bringing it in that afternoon and they installed the new battery I had no problem with the breakdown because the battery was 5 years old .Ben at the service dept and my sales rep Noah can't be thanked enough for their outstanding service to a older man's help that cant swing wrenches and do repairs anymore. Its places like this that still standby their sales'. I will definitely purchase my vehicles here.

This was my first service visit after buying my 2022 Silverado High Country at a non-Chevy dealer. The staff was very professional and helpful. They took care of my concerns including a couple of recalls and an oil change. They even found a couple of open service notices that I didn't know about and took care of those as well. Overall, a good first experience and I will choose them for service again in the future.

I received the most amazing Customer Service today from Hilltop Chevrolet and am beyond grateful!!!! It was fairly nice out on 2.11.24 so my panoramic sunroof was opened in my 2022 Equinox RS. Much to my surprise, it would not close. With the temperatures still quite cold at night and a potential snow storm forecasted for 2.13.24, I was panicked! I purchased my vehicle in Lowell which is quite a distance for repairs. Hilltop offered to at least get the sunroof closed for me today and do complete repairs at another time. Instead, they replaced the sunroof motor which involved removing the entire interior lining as the motors location is at the rear of the vehicle. They were not obligated in anyway to accommodate me in this manner. They went above & beyond for me today, I can t thank them enough!!!!

The service department was short handed so the service took longer than expected,that's OK, I understand. What angered me was that I use a cardboard sunshine in the driver side door window, the service person removed that and threw it away, they could have set it on the seat so I could still US it.

Update:I brought my truck to another dealership, guess what!? They diagnosed a now broken seat adjuster! Thank goodness for that comprehensive warranty, it covered that AND THE OTHER THINGS THAT WERE WRONG!When 2 savvy teenage girls outshine the supposed expertise of 2 supposedly grown men that run the service department at Hilltop Chevy, it's like witnessing a cosmic mismatch. Not only did they manage to convince me that my comprehensive warranty covers absolutely nothing, but their notion of a timely transmission flush turned into a mysterious 2 week long saga, as if my car entered the black hole of incompetence. No calls for an entire week after I asked for the service.Oh, and the grand surprise! A $165 bill, apparently for the privilege of having my car diagnosed without any forewarning. Forget the transmission flush; it seems they couldn't even keep track of basic requests in their daily influx of business because, "You know we deal with 50 ppl a day so sometimes notes get lost." A week of radio silence, no red flags to maybe call the owner of said car and when I dared to inquire, the manager's attempt at resolution turned into a theatrical staring contest while trying to pay!?!?Meanwhile, 2 teenage girls are standing there recording the whole interaction because, "This is so crazy stupid that it's TikTok worthy!"All this, meanwhile their trying to find the keys & the car, it took 10 min. Get in to drive away, only to now see the engine light now illuminates like a misplaced star, and my seat adjuster has transformed into an impromptu car horn!Congratulations, Hilltop Chevy, for not only failing to fix anything but managing to add an orchestra of malfunctions to your repertoire!PS- I also was interested in trading my car in for a new one, but again, the notes must've gotten lost in the "50 customers a day" because I never got a call back from sales.

It's an irresponsible company. We made all the contact. We agreed on the price of the car. Suddenly they cut off all communication, after trying to reach for 3 days, I learn that the car has been sold. at least send a message informing that it has been sold. please don't waste people's time.

Needed a dealer only part. Was looking for the parts dept. Asked an older lady where it was. She said "just a minute", and dialed the phone. Evidently didn't get an answer, so hung up and dialed again - never saying anything to me. After about 10 minutes of being ignored, I left. Enough said.

Went in to appraise my 2015 and ended up looking for at a 2023 Chevy 2500hd. Started talking about price and only issue I didn t like about the truck was the upfitter switches weren t on it but Mike talked to sales and service manager and they are going to be installing it for me to make me completely happy with the truck. Now we are just waiting for parts to come in and loving the truck.

The sales teams are great, but in this time of overpriced cars/trucks with less than stellar parts, the dealership seems to be trying to make their money by other means. In this case, the service tech said my car failed its inspection due to bad wiper blades.. and they were almost new (3 months old and in perfect working condition).Our first experiences with the dealership were always good with reasonable prices. Now, they seem to be trying to make money other ways, and in our case, by selling us unneeded, overpriced wiper blades because the vehicle was in great shape. I am done with this dealership.

Ok, here is the scoop on Hilltop Chevrolet Somersworth, NH. Horrible, save your time and money and go somewhere else. After meticulously speaking with every employee along the way to installing a simple trailer brake, they still found a way to waste my time. Unfortunately, we all know too well how hard it is to be satisfied by a large corporation like this. So after years of hard lessons learned I'm sure to hold each individual accountable and have clear communications with them. Somehow places like this still find a way to mess it up. 3 hours and multiple visits to this unfit business has led me to write this review. As the service manager stated we are all human. Well everyone but myself I guess. Since he would not extend any kind of discount to fix his mistake. I'm more than happy to have the uncomfortable conversations and continue through a working relationship if both parties are willing to be humane.Obviously, in Hilltop Chevrolets eyes, all humans and not created equal.

On 12/18/23 I was in the middle of power restoration with my 2024 Silverado and was having issuesI am a power line contractor and needed my truck for a storm that we spent 7 days trying to restore powerI called Ron Courier Chevy and they said bring it right inThey diagnosed the issue , cleared the code which was going to put me in limp mode and ordered the partTrying to work all week without my truck would have been a nightmareThank you to all involved at the dealership and Merry Christmas

Bought a Chevy 1500 Silverado about a year and a half ago this place was recommended to me by some friends well the other day my ignition got stuck and kept turning over and over without starting transmission light is on now and also there is a shudder in the rear when your going down the highway I live out of state so I took it to the shop and find out right before we bought it there already has been a new engine put in and the lifters replace four times never was told about this also my main complaint is I was told this was a certified pre owned vehicle when I bought it we ll come to find out it is not other wise some of these issues would of been covered so my wife and I were flat out lied to about the truck being certified pre owned and was never told about the new motor etc and all I was told was good luck thanks Tyler your a real professional on scamming I specifically remember being told by Mike the sales man it was certified pre owned if not I would have def got the extended warranty and if we would of know about the new motor being put in or the other issues and it not being certified we would of looked at a different truck .. not happy they make u feel real comfortable here but make sure u know for sure what your getting and ask questions don t just take there word now I m out thousands of dollars have not even put a lot of miles on the truck thanks guys y all are real stand up fellas by the way Kyle I did call u twice left message no response

Overall very happy with the experience. Matt Prewitt was very helpful, knowledgable and most importantly not pushy. Very responsive on his communication with me (txt, phone, etc) and answered all my questions. I am happy with my truck and the overall experience at Hilltop. I would defintely recommend them to my friends and family!

Everyone at the dealership was amazing. The dealership was honest about inventory on hand. This was the fourth dealership to buy my chevy trailblazer. Your sales team listen to my needs and wants and got me the financing that worked with my budget and the entire process took a few hours. I was extremely lucky! We bought a new dump truck from these folks for our business a 2022 Chevrolet 5500.We bought it on April 5th 2023 and it s been in the shop now for 65 days with various safety issues including breaks (4 warrantee issues and 3 bed issues)The entire passenger side does not have any lights. The part is on national backorder and with the strike will not be in for a long time.Ron, Kyle, Tyler who are all principals of the business have all been made of the situation and have done nothing to remedy the issue. In fact they have interfered with GM and the NH arbitration board and their offers to buy the vehicle back have been 30k less than what we paid for the truck only months ago.We have been left without a functioning truck to do our work, are out the payments and have spent countless fruitless hours going back and forth trying to get our truck.As of this writing, our truck is still there and they are threatening to tow it out of their yard despite the fact that it needs a wiring harness for the lights.Do yourself a giant favor and buy anything other than a Chevrolet and if you are a longtime Chevy lover, go somewhere other than Ron s to buy your vehicle.
