Great and convenient location right off Rte. 125N in Epping, NH. Relatively new store that is fully stocked, lots of deals to help save money, and some very nice and knowledgeable staff. I have been here 2x and have been pleased by the experiences. Highly recommend anyone needing Automotive advice or parts.

Quick easy shopping here. Friendly staff and usually have what you need in stock. Reasonable prices, veteran discounts and great loyalty program. First place I go for auto parts.

I had a tire that was giving me a lot of problems keeping air in it. I finally called and set up an appt with VIP and they got me in the next day which was Sunday. They fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I will do all my business from now on with VIP.

On 11/13/2022 around 5:00Pm I went to buy new break pad,rotors,and Calipers and this guy named Rich I think, took my order completely missed what I ordered on the phone i came in and completely had the most worst customer service and Attitude I have ever Received just walking in oreillys wanted him to fix my order and he was just Nothing but huffing and puffing looking at the other employee, and showing the other customers his frustration. I also asked a few questions and he just responded in a rude manner that I don t appreciate, I am a frequently buyer at oreilly and never Received this kind of behavior before, I spoke up a bit but did not want to make a Scene but I will not be going to the Somersworths oreilly ever again. I hope he gets a talking to because we don t need this kind of attitude in any auto parts industry, I was completely calm and had no attitude and I also have witnesses as well!

This is the store that I typically trust to get things right. Tonight, I drove to the store three times because the part was wrong and each time both the manager and the joker who was sitting on the counter laughed at me on my way out. Thanks for nothing. Finding help is tough, but those guys aren t it

Very helpful. I received the wrong part at first but was my fault! That's what happens when you guess what country the car was manufactured in. Customer service get a 10/10.

I went to the store (1/4/22) to get a new battery for my car because it had died earlier in the day and with the cold weather I wanted to make sure my car would start in the mornings before work. I asked one employee for help because I don't know much about car batteries and if he would install it for me since that is what they advertise on their website. His reply to my request was "we're really busy." He and the other employee were the only two people in the store besides myself and he refused to install my new battery for me. The website also states that they will check your old battery for you, which he did not offer to do either. The next day I had to bring my old battery back to get the rebate money and again I was the only customer in the store and when I approached one of the employees, he was very rude and made it seem as if I was inconveniencing him by asking him to refund me my money. The whole experience was very frustrating and I will no longer be going to their store.

Bob was awesome!! He gave us the best customer service we ever had. All the help were very friendly and knowledge! We did not have that experience with the Rochester one. He refused to participate in taking back our starter that was less then 1 year old.

Staff is excellent and part prices are budget friendly,usually has parts for vehicles 9 out of 10 times,if they don't they can usually get them same or next day.

Visited the store today, 12/12 at around 2pm to pick up oil and filter for my truck. Experienced one of the worst managers that I have ever encountered. While shopping one of the isles, what appeared to be the manager, long hair, beard, glasses and ski cap, openly and loudly berated one of the staff members that was attempting to help a customer with his battery issue. He was quite abusive toward the employee in front of other customers. After his tirade, he stormed off to the back room only to appear several minutes later to continue his abusive tirade toward the employee. As a business owner, I could never imagine treating anyone this way! There is no reason for me to return to this location.

I had a flat tire and called around to compare pricing. O'Reilly Auto Parts had the lowest pricing by about $15, including installation, disposal of the old tire and I now have free balance and rotation for the life of the tire. The staff was professional and very helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner and was very pleased (it was a Saturday and they were one of the only places open). I would highly recommend this O'Reilly location.

An excellent auto parts store with knowledgable help. They have a good selection of merchandise on display for the consumer including electrical bits and bodywork supplies. Unlike many small auto parts stores, they are on the pricey side but not a significant amount more than the local competition.Been there several times with my current project and I haven't been disappointed.

I frequent the Somersworth N.h store and there customer service is second to none!! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. There handle returns professionally and do a great job getting the correct part. The only reason I've returned items is because I've ordered the wrong item. I highly recommend O'Reilly. There prices are also good. Great job O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

Quite possibly one of my best auto parts buying experience. What should have been a basic oil change went FUBAR, but everyone here took the time to make sure I was getting the right stuff to fix my car so it would hold oil. There is a 99% chance I will come back here for my parts needs.

I don't think I've come in here once and dealt with someone remotely polite. Questions are usually answered with sarcasm and in the most stuck-up and rude way possible. Take a few extra minutes drive and stop somewhere else.

Steve! This guy did the impossible and managed to remove not one but TWO license plates screws that looked like this. He was kind, helpful, and found me replacements all with ease. I've always had good experiences at any O'Reilly's I visit, but this experience takes the cake. Thanks Steve!

Not a bad place to shop for the average diy person, but some of the staff may not be as knowledgeable as they let on. Also, they often get confused with VIP tires and service, and I will be honest they are two different companies within the same building.

Dudes computer gave us the wrong exaust pipe size. Its jammed me up pretty bad at this point but it's not really the guys fault. And they will take back/exchange the part (I hope, idk if I still have the recipt) but they are usually pretty good like that.

This place also has a VIP auto service/repair shop in the same bldg. This was my first time here, but my issue was not with the employees, but the clientele seemed to be argumentative and louder than my normal auto parts store. The employees that helped me seemed pretty nice.

This was the place that changed my girls headlight. Got the wrong bulb twice in a row. The second time the light was inserted backwards so it would fit because it was the wrong model. I was told I would be able to exchange the bulb no problem at any location. I went to my local O Reilly s in Rochester and was met with stern disapproval. I was told that because it was installed I couldn t exchange it, even though it was installed by O Reilly s. I am at a loss for words.

Bought 4 new tires a few months ago. They left a wrench jammed in the hood of my car, lost a hub cap, and put one tire on backwards.

While on vacation, had blower motor resistor go out on my car. Stopped in at the competition AZ to see if they had a relay while I was troubleshooting the problem. They asked if it was a spark plug and offered no help. Came here to O'Reilly's and Dan was awesome! Very helpful and actually polite. (Which is something I've found is lost here in New England)Awesome job guys! Thanks again for your help!

While they do have a friendly staff, it took much longer than other competitors in the area. I was also told originally that a giftcard could be used to buy tires but they sold me on a "O'Rielly" card and not a "VIP" card.. so when the recipient of the giftcard tried to buy tires, he was told he couldn't use the giftcard because he was told wrong... after the tires were already placed on his car. While I understand mistakes happen, someone should be checking the gift cards if your aware they are not able to be used at both locations... even though your the same store. I now hold this giftcard and have no use for it.

The store layout makes it easy to find what I need, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's easier than running into Walmart, which is right next-door.
