Best price I could find! I must have called about 6 different locations and this place was less than half the price. It's been several months since I got my car front windshield replaced and there's nothing to complain about. I wonder how other places came up with the ridiculous prices. Will be coming here again for any window replacement.

Best place around for windshield replacement. I stopped in on Friday afternoon with a broken windshield, Bruce had it ready to drive Monday afternoon and helped me with the insurance claim at his shop. They gave me a good deal on my windshield, got me in quickly and provided outstanding service. I got an education on how insurance companies are putting it over on customers after he found out this was out of my pocket. I was told insurance companies are setting customers up with a $500 deductible on comprehensive so windshields never come out of their claims. Typically a windshield has a $100 deductible or less. You should be sure you know what your deductible is before it's too late. I was screwed by Liberty Mutual even after I told them what I wanted. I was told it was my fault for not reading the contract fully. I highly recommend Interstate Glass.

My friend had to have a trucks window replaced. She was too nervous to drive the truck, I had to cancel due to a last minute change of plans, Bruce was amazing! He went with her to her house and drove the truck back for her! We went to pick it up the next day and had a wonderful conversation with him! He goes above and beyond for his customers and has a great attitude on top of it! He did have a good laugh over which one of us was driving the truck (we are both only 5ft tall lol). I drove the truck back, the window looks pristine. Great customer service, exceptional work and turn around time was amazing! Thanks Bruce, I will be recommending you for all glass services!

I had them replace a front windshield on my daily driver. They got me in very quickly and their work has been amazing. Got installed a week before the first big snow storm. It's been a little over a month with no problems . Still no problems even with all the snow. They were very accommodating and respectful. Awesome people, great prices! I will be coming here again for sure!

Service was great! I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The owner even gave me advice about insurance so I wouldn't have to pay as much if I need to replace my windshield again!

I had called them up on a Friday afternoon at about 4 to get a quote on my vehicle seeing as they don't close until 5 or 5:30 and I was told that they needed to call me back because there's somebody else on the line so I left them my name and number I waited and waited and waited and nobody called me back so now I have to sit around all weekend with no vehicle and wait for somebody to call me back on Monday if they're even going to call me back is this completely and utterly unacceptable service by any sort of business and this is the second time I've dealt with this company and had a bad. Experience using them. Experience using them. It is also the same vehicle that had been worked on the vehichle the last time it was replaced. I was also'mi told you that because I did not have a receipt from years and years and years ago if they would not hold up to their lifetime warranty that they advertise so much. Unacceptable service with employees that cant hold up to their word or their warranty.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Yesterday, I had a rock hit my windshield from a car in front of me, leaving a quarter/nickel sized spread of a crack. Today, on a spur of the moment , I stopped here to get it checked and was informed that they could fix it right there and then within 15 minutes. I was warned about possible problems as the pressure of the sealant was pushed into the cracks. I accepted the risk and within the time frame I was told it came out better than expected. I went out to my car and the damage had been made almost invisible. No cracks visible, only the barest smudge to mark the spot. I was very satisfied with the results, time of service and ease of getting it done. I will definitely think of Interstate glass if this ever happens again, and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Once again Bruce to the rescue. I was due to inspect my car on a Thursday a rock cracked my window Wednesday before. I called Bruce he said come see him next thing I know he is on the phone with insurance company, ordering my glass and getting it done the next day. Bruce goes out of his way to get things done! He even lined up having my car dropped off at garage that same day to get inspected. Thank you Bruce AGAIN for helping and making a frustration situation easy.

Replacement sash fit perfectly into window and was delivered when Ibwas told it would be. I thought it cost just a little more than I thought I was told but that could have been my mistake. I have used this company for many years and many windshields and will stay as long as it is run by the outstanding staff and owners.

Needed a passenger side window made for a 1989 Chevy P30 step Van (Grumman Kurbmaster). Gave them our cracked but still intact passenger glass which was laminated and within a few days he had the new piece back to us with all of the metal bracketry transferred over to the new glass. Thank you!!

Interstate Glass replaced the windshield on my 42" RV. The glass was shipped from Indiana to their store. I told them several times to be sure the air is up in the coach before moving it. For those that do not know anything about air ride RVs, they ride on air. If the air is not filled enough, the tires do not clear the fenders and steel frame under the fenders. There are front and rear gauges in the dashboard that record the pressure letting the driver know when it is safe to move. "we know all about them" said the owner Bruce, "we do these rigs all the time". Well they don't know anything about these big rigs. They tore up the fender fiberglass. Bruce was called outdoors to see the damage and admitted to it and had it repaired. Once the rig's front end was raised in the air with the stabilizer gear, the wheels could be turned outward which I did about 2 weeks later. This is when I discovered the rubber torn off the tire, I called Bruce to tell him about the tire. Then it became interesting and expensive for me. Bruce now denied he had done the body damage and that I made the whole thing up. Driving the RV home on a rainy day shortly after this incident, rain water was leaking inside the coach. Again I called Bruce. He offered to come by and caulk it with silicone. After he offered this fix, I climbed up a 6' step ladder to inspect the installation. The entire windshield is caulked with silicone and looks terrible. So I called my insurance company, sent them pictures of the install which they forwarded to the supplier in Indiana. I received a call from Courtney at Duncan Glass company. After reviewing the pictures I sent, Courtney called to inform me that silicone should never be used on windshield installations. She also said that her company is sending a new windshield to a different local installer for a new install. I am thankful for Duncan Company and my insurance company, my insurance agent, Jennifer Haltman at Met Life. Stay away from Interstate Glass is my advice!

Paid $230 for a driver's side window and installation. I was charged a install fee to have my window ducted taped up, because my regulator was broken. I could of duct taped it myself. I left with a sour taste in my mouth, don't see the logic of paying a install fee for having it taped. I was told if I buy a regulator I'd have to pay a additional install fee. Good way to lose customers.

This place is awesome, you get helpful advice even before you show your wallet, and the advice is good. Bruce and his guys have been around for many years and have a wealth of knowledge to give. They have excellent service and will help you with all your glass needs. Prompt, courtious and professional. I am going g back.
