I am extremely happy with my experience with Granite Hyundai. Everyone was very Professional and courteous. We were greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. The gentleman Andrew (who turned out to be our salesman)Introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for? sales or service, etc. He was great and I felt very comfortable and secure in the fact, I was getting a quality vehicle for the money and that they stand behind what they sell. This was by far, the easiest and nicest car buying experience I have ever had! Right from first contact with the associate Austin who set us up with the appointment to come in for a test drive, to Andrew who sold me my car to the financial closer William. Thanks guys for everything!

Had a pleasant experience while having my car inspected. Tom was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even washed my car afterwards! While I was waiting doing some schoolwork multiple employees came up to me to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I definitely recommend Granite Hyundai!

Unfortunately, we went to auto fair Hyundai first ... what a bunch of crooks! They record & video you in finance ... which I'm sure after all the complaints the state made them do it.The next morning I contacted Granite Hyundai and Austin was AWESOME, he had everything all set for us before we even got there ... once we arrived Austin introduced us to Will (a very knowledgeable sales guy).We even met the sales manager ... what a great dealership to work with!If you are looking for a Hyundai definitely contact Austin (online team) he & Will ... will go the extra mile to help you.I also need to add a big thank you to Chris. Chris also went the extra mile to help us.* Please tell them Don & Ronda said hello

Had a Great experience from the moment we walked through the door! From our sales rep Bill to John and Jay the sales manager and finance! They worked to find us the situation that worked best for US with zero high pressure sales tactics. I felt we truly left there with a very fair deal and we re treated with respect through the entire process! Highly recommend Granite Hyundai in Somersworth NH.

Salesmen Bill and John are gentlemen and easy to work with. Austin which sets up appointments among other things is a class act. Tylor in Finance is professional and a pleasure to finish the deal with.Special mention to the newer franchise Owner (congratulations) and GM, they made an important decision, which helped our deal and I ll likely buy another vehicle from them for this reason next year. Overall my experience here was first class. Ownership and management practices are excellent here in my experience.My suggestion to anyone thinking of buying a Hyundai from this dealership is know exactly what you want in detail prior to arriving if you don t like being sold . It also makes everyone s job easier. You will have a great time, as we did.*Thank you very much* for a great deal Granite State Hyundai and everyone mentioned. We ll likely be back for another next year.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rodney was wonderful in explaining the whole process, especially since I was leasing from out of state. Helped to set up the car and explained how all the features worked. They did what they could to get me in the car at the best price. I would definitely go back.

I found the calligraphy I wanted, called them up, worked with them over the phone and drove to New Hampshire from Maine. I met Rodney there and he was great about doing the paperwork and making sure our car was ready to go. Super fast and easy experience.

I went in to Granite Hyundai to look at a car they had online. It was on its way from their other location when I got there but I didn't have to wait long. They were very pleasant and I was perfectly comfortable waiting and chatting with my sales person, Tim. Tim was fantastic. He was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. My family and I loved the car and we were able to take it home this afternoon! The whole process was quick and relatively painless (it is still car buying after all ). I am very happy with my new to me Subaru and with the whole process. Thank you Tim and the team from Granite Hyundai!!!

We had a experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and our team went above and beyond to make sure we identified the right car for our (dogs) needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. I would recommend this dealership to those in the market for a new car.

The service team always takes good care of me and my car every time I go in there. Tom is the highlight here. I ve worked with Tom a good handful of times when coming in for service and he s always respectful and kind. Very knowledgeable and always has good suggestions and doesn t push anything on you. 10/10 will always recommend Granite Hyundai

My first service at Granite. Everything was great. Done when they said it would be. Free snacks, comfortable waiting area, clean bathroom. It couldn t have been any better.

Scheduling online was very easy and intuitive and there was a time available that was convenient for my families schedule. State inspection took approximately 30-45 minutes which was very convenient as we needed to wait for the vehicle. As always the service department was friendly and curious and the technicians were thorough and efficient. We will return to Granite State Hyundai as needed with our vehicle.

I found Granite Hyundai through Progressive auto insurance car buying assistance. I m someone that has worked hard and makes very conscious decisions. Andrew at Granite Hyundai was willing to take time to discuss options while allowing me to take time to the best decision for me. I appreciate the time and dedication he took to follow up with me, presenting me with various options. He even shuttled me from my home an hour away. I was able to buy a new car that I really love, was within my budget and I feel confident in. It s a life changer! My financing took less than 30 minutes! Had a great experience here...twice...2021 and 2023. Will was my salesman both times. He was professional, friendly, caring and very considerate of my concern about shopping for a car when the pandemic was in high gear (Feb '21). I did sense a difference, company wise, when I shopped (Oct '23)after it became Granite Hyundai. A good difference.I love my car, and felt very comfortable through the whole process.

They were awesome! Came in to get a recall fixed and they ended up doing an inspection and car wash for free! They also noticed a nail in my tire and called me to see if i wanted it fixed and was a very good price!

Brought our SUV in to fix a recall issue, to get an oil change and get new wiper blades. Everything was done expertly and efficiently. The waiting area was very clean, comfortable and nice. The Christmas music playing in the show room was a great added bonus. Everyone was very friendly and keptme informed of their progress.Have had nothing but the best experiences with the Hyundai's that I've owned and had a great experience with the service department on this visit. (They even put the 2024-2025 sticker on early).

Went in looking for a fairly inexpensive second car. Left with a 2024 Tucson! It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. There was no hard sell ; it was totally up to us which vehicle we wanted to buy, if any. Rodney took plenty of time with us and we felt very comfortable choosing our new car. Great dealership! I highly recommend it.

The service is always excellent. They never try and sell me anything I don't really need. I appreciate the honesty. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with free coffee, water and snacks available. Additionally, they run my car through the wash.I highly recommend this dealership snd trust the with my Santa Fe.

Granite Hyndai honored my free state inspection from the previous owner without an issue. I also had a major service done. They quoted me the price of the package and that was the price I was charged-nothing added. Also was offered a loaner since it would take several hours. Again this was accomplished without a hassle. Good job Granite!

I am beyond pleased that Thomas is back in the service department! Not only is he knowledgeable but I feel like he truly cares about his customers! He answers every question as well as taking time to be personable. In today s automated world that quality is greatly appreciated!Thank you for maintaining my Tucson!
