I received a quote of $305 to fix my passenger car door handle. The person in the office looked at my car, said both pieces of my car handle were broken and I would need to replace both along with a plastic piece as well. Total labor time would be 1.7 hrs $187.00. Total cost for parts $118.36. Total cost for parts and labor $305.00. I felt this was a high cost to fix a door handle. I called another place got a quote that was much lower. First only the smaller piece of the door handle was broken. I didn't need to order the bigger piece and it only took the person less than 10 minutes to fix the door. Total cost $76.00 for parts and labor. I realize businesses need to make a profit but this is a huge difference in cost.

Someone rear ended me a couple weeks ago. The process of filing the claim was super easy. All I had to do was pick a body shop. A friend recommended Gagnon's. DAMN. I was NOT disappointed. They made everything so easy, got the job done quickly and even vacuumed the entire interior of my car. There is not a single other place I'd take my car to in the future. Choose Gagnon's. You won't regret it.

For some reason, my 2014 van developed rust around one front panel and had eaten through along the edge. I was worried that it would fly off at some point. I got a quick estimate from Crystal and decided it was an acceptable price that I could get it past 100,000 miles intact. They got the job done in the time frame and price estimated, despite 2 mechanics needing time off for funerals. They did a beautiful job and it looks like new again! I think they cleaned the van also. It is looking good. Had I listened more carefully, I could have avoided the 3% charge for using a credit card, by paying with a bank check.Service: Body & Trim

$1000 on our car to be told it's the headlights. Get the car back, it most definitely was NOT the headlights, the USB cord to the aftermarket air ride system that did not need to be touched was broken, and the damn windshield wipers don't work. Absolutely do not recommend.

Reviewing body work:Good experience overall, repairs matched colors to the extent that it would make them virtually unnoticable unless you were really looking. Pleasant family vibe to the establishment. They give rides locally so if you have a long term job they'll help you out. Overall a good experience.

I have gone to Gagnon's for a couple years now. They've always done excellent work on my Jeeps repairs. They are honest and prompt and know their stuff. And it feels good supporting a local business.

Got an oil change there. Everyone was very friendly while I waited. They do awesome repairs to your car and fix everything after an accident.

Got t-boned coming through an intersection. Took the car here and she looks better than she did before the accident. The staff I dealt with were amazingly kind and upfront about possible delays because of the global shipping crises. I have taken my car to Gagnon's on two different occasions. The first time, They had made a mistake on something, (we All make mistakes), but they immediately called me to tell what happened, when a lot of other places would have been dishonest and just tacked on their mistake and charged me. They paid for the mistake and also got me into a rental in the time being. I will give them my repeat business. Repeat business is about building trustworthy relationships. These guys changed a control arm to pass my vehicle for inspection. ( And it wasn't cheap! ) The next year they told me that the same exact control arm needed to be replaced. When I told them it was changed the year before they said " that is not a new control arm" So basically, they charged me for work that A: never got done, or B: charged me again for it, because I'm a girl and don't know about cars??They also took way too long to do jobs. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!

My car was towed without notice. Gagnon s was an accomplice in this Extortion scheme!, actually smiled while they took the ransom money! I can t speak to the quality of their body work ,and I will never have to ! I try not to do business with people who have an additional income stream that inflicts unnecessary pain on others.Rather their grand theft auto and ransom scam is legal or not is irrelevant! The same applies to their partners in crime! Now who pays to repair the damage that wasn t there before the car was pilfered?? Better call Saul

They do a great job on your car if you have damage or you need a small repairs. State inspection,new muffler or anything else.

Went in this time for a small transmission line leak and $528.later it still leaks in same place...use to recommend them but having second thoughts in the future...decided to let them fix another leak $248.more it's not leaking yet!!!
