Very attentive staff. I went in for an oil change. But just like a doctor, they listen to me and made suggestions to best maintain my high mileage engine.Can't wait for them to have the work done on their two bays, to be back to full capacity.

Idk why anyone would go anywhere else. By far the best experience. Simple, attentive, and comfortable, for a great price and they incl everything you'd hope in an oil change.Kyle & Bryson thank you so much nicest guys see u soon

This was a bit pricey for an oil change for me. But it was worth it for the care & customer service was excellent. My car was done fast, and I feel much safer now. I will continue to go there for my oil changes from now on.

Went here for a state inspection. Their sign said "No appointment needed". They aren't kidding. Got me set up in the computer and were checking out my car within 10 minutes. Finished up and on my way very quickly. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The place was spotless. I'll definitely go back for oil changes etc.

I love this place- they are always so quick, professional, polite and the work is quality. My state inspection came with an 8-page printout with photos detailing everything about my car. The waiting room is clean and the online booking is super easy and convenient. I ve used both the quick oil change and the garage and both exceed expectations every time.Service: Oil change

My wife and I went to our standard 10-minute oil change place in Dover this morning. When we arrived, about 5 techs at this other place gathered around the hood of my wife's car, then the assistant manager told us that they could not perform the oil change because they would need to remove a power steering pump in order to access the oil filter. They decided this despite not removing the engine cover to tell if that was the case. I knew they were lying because we had the car serviced there many times in the past, without this issue.So, we pulled out of their bay, went around the corner, & pulled in the bay at Central Park Express. The 2 experiences couldn t have been more different. The crew at Central Park Express were all pleasant, the waiting area was very clean, & the techs had our car ready in about 15 minutes (again without the need to remove a power steering pump.) They, also, vacuumed the interior of the car, topped off the air in our tires, & checked all of the fluids. THAT S how customer service is executed!Excellent job, Central Park Express!!! We will be bringing our personal & company vehicles to you from now on. We appreciate your knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.Service: Oil change

My service appointment today was one of the swiftest, easiest and most stress-free that I've ever had. The facility was clean and efficiently set up. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The complete oil change was completed much quicker than expected. Very professional people. Recently got a newer truck and without asking they gave me a vehicle history report about my truck. Great group of guys and wouldn't go anywhere else for my oil changes and filter work. Thanks again and see in about 3000 . Always pleased with the service I receive!

I will preface this with, I almost never write a review on a business. It made no sense to me to do it until I took my vehicle down to see Scott and the gentlemen at papa bear. The professional, prompt, and all around wonderful customer service was awesome to have given to me as a customer. Reasonable prices on full synthetic oil changes, with discount incentives for loyal customers! Scott also checked things that you would not always see checked for, air cabin filter as an example. It couldn t have been checked in the last at least 2 oil changes it was filthy and was in desperate need of replacement, Scott ever the professional, replaced and installed my filter at a great price. I would highly recommend going here for any of your fluid needs, I know I will be going back for time to come!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Just go to Prompto. They only have one bay. I was next in line and they told me there was a hour wait. There was cars in front of me even though I was next. Every time I go there it s just a bunch of guy standing around. I mean how hard is it to change oil. It s not rocket science.

I have been here multiple times in the past. Tonight I pulled up at 5:35pm and was turned away because they are open until 6 pm but don t take customers after 5:30pm. I ve pulled up before at 5:35 and been taken care of with no question. Nothing on your website says you stop taking customers early. I guess I will be looking for a new place for oil changes going forward.Service: Oil change

Very friendly and evident they are concerned that your car is well taken care of. With oil change, includes vaccuming your car, checks and tops off all liquids if needed. All this completed in less than half hr. Highly recommended.

Yes yes yes! Inexpensive open on Sunday..What more could you ask for? A+people A+ place. This is how a business should be run. Central Park is just what I was looking for. Very informative, courteous, clean and helpful. Visual pictures of worn parts and servicing needs is a great help.
