THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue lasted two months till the ac ran out and both my headlights went out within days of another. Guy lied said he paid over a hundred bucks to get it detailed but they somehow missed wiping the dirty finger prints off the light switches, door handles, and juice spills inside the doors. My neighbor also bought from them and needed the whole engine replaced within one month of buying their van.

Jay made sure he got me financed for the vehicle i wanted. Got a great vehicle at fair price. I didnt feel fast talked or ripped off. Jay is a straight shooter, which I really like. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Tony and Jamie were excellent. They took car of the vehicle maintenance, followed through on what they said was to be done to the vehicle, and it was a great price for a used vehicle. The car was totally clean and detailed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Excellent pre-sale. But support? Non existent, have not had vehicle 20 days and it keeps losing power. Once stranded till 2 in the am and the second time a week later at 11 pm. They're attitude was that there is NO 30 day warranty on electrical - battery, starter or alternator. They have 2 bays, 2 mechanics and no time. I asked if Tony could make good on this and was promptly told NO. Wouldn't mind but we purchased 2 cars and this is how we're treated. My son's car also has issues such as NO oil and that doesn't seem to be their issue either. Some cars just use oil I'm told. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE

Asked to negotiate price because after a test drive it was clear that multiple things were wrong with the vehicle that I would have to fix after the fact (eg, extensive issues with wiring). The lady caught a serious attitude with me for no reason. She acted like I was asking her to give me the car for free. Sorry most auto dealers are willing to work with potential customers, especially when they knowingly put a sub-par vehicle up for sale. For anyone considering buying from here don t waste your time you ll either get treated like garbage or end up getting sold a piece of garbage.

I bought a vehicle here in October on the fly, filled out all my info online and Jami did all the leg work before calling to say the vehicle was ready and to come down and sign. I think I was in the dealership a whole 10 minutes.In todays market I felt the price for what I got was more than fair, the vehicle was in good mechanical shape and exceeded expectations.What is most important is a couple of days after leaving with the vehicle It was discovered that there was a fluid leaking, this could have easily happened while it sat on the lot or within a day of leaving with the vehicle. I contacted the dealer to let them know the issue and they did not hesitate to take the vehicle back in to fix this issue. It was a fairly large job and required a few days to complete but they did it with no issues, worked with me on scheduling and made sure it was fixed at no cost to me. The owner stands behind his business and without a doubt wants to make sure his customers are happy and he is selling good vehicles to people.I will defiantly be looking at their inventory for any future vehicle needs.

Been looking for a truck for months, everything is either rotted out or over priced with 200K miles or gone within 20 minutes of posting. We found an 08 dodge ram on their site, we called, it was available so I sent my husband down for a test drive, they had it ready to go when he pulled up. He loved it we bought it. It was clean, rust free and priced right. They were very easy to work with, everything was done on time and they did not push the extras. I would use them again and recommend Tony and his staff.

We recently purchased a used 07 vehicle from Calef Auto. On day two we discovered that the starter needed to be replaced. Tony was wonderful getting us taken care of within a day at no cost to us. He helped us after hours and was very pleasant and apologetic. Their warranty gave us the confidence to purchase the vehicle and their customer service made the experience pleasant. I would highly recommend them, they stand behind their product.

Never again!! My husband and I purchased a SUV from them for $12,000. Situations being what they were our backs were against the wall to purchase a vehicle. He had been deployed for quite some time and we needed a 2nd vehicle quickly so he could find a job. Tires barely had tread (which we realized), 3 months after driving it there is an awful howling coming from the front end sounds like a hub assembly or tie rod ends...hoping it's not the crank shaft!!! The worst part... this vehicles KBB worth... $4,000!!! They handed the car over to us without evening cleaning it. It was dirty, nasty and still had trash in it, so we detailed it ourselves. I will NEVER do business with them again. Nor will I EVER send anyone to them! Granted, we should have done some of our own research but an $8,000 difference!!! Unreal!!!

My husband and I bought a small used pickup truck back in January. Very pleasant to work with. We had a few things wrong with the truck in which they took care of for us with no hesitation. Definitely worth checking them out for a good used vehicle.

Buying a used car is never easy, and you have to realize...its a used car. Never really know what your getting, (anything could happen) other than a car that has passed state inspection and a 90 day warranty. I am very pleased with our purchase, barring any normal wear and tear issues, which have been taken care of. Met sales rep. (Jamie) Ernie (mechanic) and owner (Tony), was very happy doing business with Calef Auto!Thank You!

Very disappointed, bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot several months ago $12,000 cash as is , A/C doesn't work, passenger side front ball joint bad, rear toe links bad , rear wheel bearing bad , just don't understand how so many uninspectable items made it past the mechanic! Children ride in these vehicles! Buyers be very careful doing business with this dealership!

The experience of buying from here was quick and easy. There was no pressure for me to commit to anything. Also, not long after my warranty had expired, my vehicle had an issue. They still helped me with the issue and even repaired what was necessary. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely check the next time I'm car shopping.

Went here with my GF looking for a used car for her and drove off the lot very happy with our purchase. We were able to secure extremely good financing and the woman who assisted us was just the best. My GF is very pleased with her new Suzuki and overall we had a very good buying experience.When it comes time to retire my car, I know where I'm looking first.

My 21 year old daughter bought her first vehicle here a few months ago. They treated her like she was their own kid! Went out of the way to help her with the small financing she needed. She got a great deal on the truck (Avalanche) she has wanted since she was 10 years old. Great prices, quality vehicles and above all, amazing service!

Needed a car fast for new job. Looked at a lot of dealers and all the cars were over priced and high mileage. Stoped and talked toTony and he had many cars that worked with low miles and great prices. Purchased a car and drove it home. Had a problem with the car the next day. Tony came to my house and got the car had it fixed and returned to me ithe same day. Would have been very satisfied with that personal service but Tony went over the top with a Check for a battery in case I have to replace in future. If you are looking for a car this is where you want to go..

Bought a auto there. I had to bring it back a few times for repairs and they got it in and out, no problem. No hassle of any kind. Very happy with my car and there service.

Bought my daughters first car there last December. Service was good everyone was very nice but the car turned out to be junk. It only lasted till August of this year. The whole underside was painted bondo and it also have an evap leak. Also left me on the side of the road on 2 separate times when the control arms broke while I was driving it. It was a waste of 5k will not purchase from there again.

Bought a vehicle from here they had a really good sale guy that did everything he can for me. The vehicle went back for repairs and they told me a day then it was two. They said they fixed all the stuff that needed to but they only did half. They promised me that it would pass Maine Starr inspection so I brought them a list got it back still had a leaking power steering pump and the rear of vehicle was still making noise over bumps so I took it in my shop because I own a repair shop back of power steering pump had a crack in housing and the air ride was blown out of rear suspension. So I bought a power steering pump and call the sales guy to get rear air fixed he said no problem so I asked when I can bring it. Sales guy said he had to talk to owner. Then sales guy left and no one is willing to fix my vehicle now. I would not recommend anyone to go there and buy anything they do not stand by there word at all...

I was hoping I wouldn t be another bad review, but the car I purchased had tires so bald they were worn down to the metal wiring, which almost caused me to get into several accidents because they were hydroplaning even at low speeds. It s my fault for not noticing so this is a warning for you to check the tires. All the ones on the vehicle I bought are different brands and some are the wrong size. When I confronted the person who sold me the car he called me a liar and blocked my number. Be warned when dealing with immoral cuckolds.

I bought a car a few months ago and I deeply regret it as it has done a few trips to the garage already. $100 for wheels alignment, straight out of their store, 650 for new tires a few months later, 450 for transmission, and another 700 for back brakes which are completely out. Truly disgusted, will never return.

Absolute worse service. I had contacted them prior on facebook about trading my car for a mini van they had. When I went in, I wasn't allowed to test drive the van, I was told they couldn't give me a price on my car but it would probably be about $200. The guy there was so rude and made me seem as if I was a huge burden asking questions. I'm assuming he was so dismissive because I am a younger looking female. Had he actually taken the time to listen he would have found out I had cash in hand for the full asking price. But after being so rude and dismissive I have zero desire to ever do business there.

Very disappointed in this establishment. Aware they are crooks. Bought my first car here and within two days the check engine light came on. The warranty covered some but not as much as it should have, and the owner (Tony) couldn t care less. This car should not have passed an inspection. Once the check engine light came on we got it scanned by a mechanic who gave us a hefty list of what was wrong with it. Do not understand how any decent person could sell cars knowing they are lemons. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I just bought a car from them Friday, on Saturday morning my check engine came on I thought it was the gas cap. Monday I took it to get the code read, it needs a knee catalytic converter.. the man at auto zone explained this wouldn t just happen over night and they must ve cleared the code. It was run thru emitions 3 times in February and I believe it s because the check engine because of the catalytic converter being no good.. I m very upset I just dumped 3,000$ down for a lemon.

Calef Auto is a family-owned and family friendly business. They have years of experience in all aspects of automotive needs. They have a wonderful sales department and a great service department also with two locations. It's been my pleasure to be friends with the owner Tony Hubbard for 25 years. You won't find another more fair and honest person in the business.

We got a 2012 Ford Focus less than a month ago, within 2 weeks it had what the mechanic called catastrophic failures and that they erased the codes before we bought it which means the sticker isn t valid. We went in to talk to them about it and the guy started yelling and swearing at us and told us there s nothing he can do. He was very rude and were stuck with an unsafe vehicle

They painted over rust to hide problems and the sales guy was very rude and knew what he was trying to hide. I would not trust them

Went to look at a vehicle there. It was extensively rusty underneath. Tried telling me that it was only "surface rust." Not very trustworthy..I ended up purchasing an amazing GMC from Hurlbert Toyota in Epping, NH. I highly recommend for people to go there instead if you want high quality and honesty.

I m surprised to see so many one star reviews on here as my own personal experience was very nice. The owner is a nice reasonable guy and the mechanic is also very helpful and friendly. They have been very helpful to us! I would definitely recommend them!
