Went in to get my wipers changed as it s part of their deal, and the woman wouldn t switch them because it was wet outside. She was rude for absolutely no reason.

The guys here are always very helpful, even if they don't know or aren't sure of the issues I'm having, they try to figure it out with me. Really appreciate it.

They're always quick to help and knowlegible. They'll also give you advice on car repairs for most things. Plus they're quick to find what you need and they will offer advice when asked.

Got my check engine light checked for free, the staff were so helpful and gave me advice so I knew what to ask the mechanic and how to make sure I wasn t getting bullied into paying for anything I didn t need! Really appreciated their time

Went to get my battery tested because I thought it wasn't holding a charge and they tested it at no cost to confirm my battery was bad. And they also gave a good recommendation on an interior leaner that wasn't to glossy. Very helpful people.

I was helped by both Jesse and the store manager. I needed some bolts for my alternator and they helped me find everything that I needed. The employees make sure each customer is helped equitably, regardless of how busy it gets, very impressive customer service.

I always get excellent service for every visit to AutoZone stores until this afternoon I went to the Rochester AutoZone to replace my car battery, wipers and one headlight bulb. This visit turns out to be a nightmare. The manager in this store, everybody called him Kevin , is super mean and rude, not only to the customers but also to his employee. In addition, he is super lazy. He blamed the boy who helped me to replace the headlight bulb and battery, and refused to replace the wipers I bought from his store, so I have to drive to Somersworth AutoZone to replace them. If everybody behaves like Kevin, mean to customers and his colleagues, AutoZone will close soon. I will never recommend Rochester AutoZone to my colleagues and friends, since Kevin provided a terrible service to customers!

Seriously slayed the customer service experience! Ian, District Manager was at the AutoZone we went to and he just dazzled me up with his recommendations for interior car detailing! Give this guy a raise!!!

I don't know. Autozone is my best auto store but seams like they are often rude . Bored I don't know what's the drama going on inside this store but they are always angry and seam like it's a hassle for.them to help . They need training or change people around. .. makes me want to go to O'Reillys with this attitude .

I came here from Portsmouth after the girl asked them to put it on hold for me. The guy said he already put it back..kinda weird, but I got it.

The guys here are great. Very helpful and courteous. I had to have my check engine light diagnosed today and they did it in just a couple minutes, no problem. Thankfully it was an issue I already knew about and is scheduled to have repaired by the dealership. They have a good selection of parts and accessories as well and are more than happy to help you find whatever you're looking for.I highly recommend you shop here for your auto parts needs.

The employees act like your bothering them when you go in to make a purchase. So sorry, you ll have to put your phone down for a minute. I don t even get a hi when I walk in. Everyone seems miserable. I ll drive out of my way to go somewhere else where employees are nice, helpful, and courteous.

One of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had the displeasure of enduring. Called to verify they had a part. Robin said they had just one left. She said she would set it aside for me to pick up and that the store closes at 8pm. That part was fine. But then I drove 35 minutes to pick up the part. When I walk in, there s a man in a fur winter hat standing behind the counter. He couldn t be bothered to look up or ask if I needed assistance. I then spot a young girl behind the counter. When sees me approaching, she clearly is beyond perturbed that I m present. She asks, in a angry manner, if I need help. I say yes , and explain that we called in earlier and spoke to Robin. She said she would set aside the part I needed since there was only one left. She snapped back, saying all the fuses were in aisle one. I reiterate that there was only one, and that Robin set it aside for me. After rolling her eyes, I see her glance over at the man wearing the fur hat. He lazily flips open a few sliding doors on the shelves behind him, enough that I can see a lot of items on the shelf. He then shrugs and says it s not there. Didn t bother to move any of the larger items to actually verify it was not there. He then tells me that all fuses are in aisle one. I reiterate that there was only one in the store and it was set aside by Robin. When I asked when Robin would be in next, he laughed at me and said he couldn t give out that info. When I asked when a manager would be in next, he finally reveals to me that he is a manager. Since he clearly had no interest to assist me in any way, I took my business elsewhere. I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere.

I ve dealt with Autozone for years and I m very happy working with these men and women. Solid work ethic and knowledge. Where they don t know they tend to ask the right questions. I d recommend this store to anyone looking for parts.

Very helpful and spent the extra time trying to fight with a head light light bulb that just didn't want to lock into place. The staff was very polite and friendly. I really appreciated their efforts and willingness to help me. I was thankful that they did it for me because the first light bulb was defective and if I would've gone home and tried to do it myself I would not have been able to lock it in. Took about 20 minutes even with the defective bulb causing issues and I was on my way! All for under $10!

A big THANK YOU to employee Earl for a helping hand this morning. I came into the store with battery problems on my truck. A quick diagnostic test showed the battery was bad. Earl efficiently changed the battery with a new one, did another test to make sure the alternator was working correctly and got me on my way. Many thanks for a job well done!

Is what it is. A chain store. I like locally owned stores.. I would like to update. My posting. I in no way was the above meant to infer I had a bad experience at Auto Zone. In fact it was quite the opposite. The counter person was helpful. and friendly. I would, and will continue to shop here. If or when My regular place (A locally owned and operated parts store that has been here for all of my life) does not have what I need or can not get it..My experience at Auto Zone was Excellent. The owner even reached out to me and Apologized. When there was nothing to apologize for. It is I that was not clear and it is I that owes him the apology. I am also upgrading my 4 stars to 5 for going above and beyond. Thank you for responding to my original post. I will continue to be a customer..

Order a wheel bearing on a Saturday morning. Employee tells me that it will be in later that night. I go Sunday afternoon to pick up my wheel bearing. A different employee than who I previously dealt with says I ll grab it. Reaches on the shelf behind him and grabs one. No slip or anything attached to the bearing. I told him it s not right, and that it s not even the brand I ordered. He says that s the only one we have. I said why don t you look it up and see if the part I need is in the store. Finally after 10 minutes with this guy he gets some help. Another 10 minutes with the new guy he says I don t know 14 times, finally figured out that the bearing wasn t in the store. 1 hour later I get a phone call that the bearing is in. I wish Advanced Auto never went out of business. This store hires anyone and everyone that has no interest in working.

Staff were too busy talking to each other to be of any help. Not intentionally rude, they seemed like nice guys, but they aren't very interested in actually working. Good products though.

I wish I caught the gentleman s name who helped me today. I was trying to find some windshield wipers and get them installed. He helped me find what I was looking for and he also installed them on for me with the help of another staff member. This was a huge help for me, the staff were so understanding, nice and helpful. Thank you I will be coming back here again in the future.

Not all that exciting. Just needed a directional light bulb. However it was very easy to find what I needed!Staff was very pleasant, polite, even though making such a small basic purchase.

I know basically nothing about cars besides the gas, brake, radio, lights and a few other things. My lights had blown once before and i came here and had great service. Came again because my lights blew and the guy who helped me was awesome. Again i know very little. He put the lights in for me and helped me understand how to put them in properly. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome .Thanks a lot!

Completely rude and unwilling to help. Was told the ONLY way to know if they had a battery to fit my car was to drive over. When I provided the Year, Make, Model AND submodel i was told "There's nothing i can do without seeing the car" The manager was apathetic at best when presented with the information. I will never be using this store again

Very friendly and helpful service. Employee plugged in my car for engine light code. Was told my cam shaft sensor needed to be replaced. She gave me a print out for the part and pricing/availability. This would have cost me 125.00 to diagnose with my mechanic. Thank you AutoZone!!

I went in to pick up a part that a friend ordered over the phone. I immediately knew it was the wrong part when they brought it to the counter. After some research, we "returned" the wrong one and I purchased the correct one. They did a fine job assisting me with making this correct. Thanks AutoZone!

Overall great parts and great service, but it would be greatly appreciated if the employees taking down my information for my parts warranty, don t stalk my social media.
